Aur Embroidery offers incredibly reasonable prices for single item embroidery with a very fast turnaround time, while also staying in contact via email about the specifics of the job. I emailed Aur Embroidery on a non-weekday asking for a price quote for two different designs and whether they might also be able to supply two hats. Kiet emailed me back that day, letting me know the estimated cost and that he would be in contact on Monday after he checked his inventory. I was happy to receive an email on Monday, letting me know that he had to order one of the caps but it would arrive in plenty of time and he was able to complete my proposed embroidery job by the end of the week! I cannot give Aur Embroidery a higher rating than 5/5 stars, but if I could, I would! Kiet is the owner of Aur Embroidery and I have worked with him on three separate occasions for embroidery orders (ranging from a 20-30 item embroidery to a single item embroidery order) that I have had. Each time, Kiet was professional, prompt, reliable, transparent and fair. I have yet to find another embroidery company in the Bay Area as excellent as Aur Embroidery. I've communicated with Kiet both on email, over the phone, and in person, and he is as accessible as this Yelp page. Fun fact: Aur Embroidery used to be the official UCSF embroidery company and Kiet would create all their bookstore items. in case you didn't know, if you order a Carhartt jacket online and wanted to get some of that *free* embroidery they offer- you'll be politely asked to order SIX jackets in total. now, i don't know about you but there aren't 5 other people at my job (or in my life) that deserve a shiny new Carhartt jacket. so i started googlin' embroidery shops in my area. the first place i called didn't do one-offs so that phone call ended pretty quick. the second place i called was AurEmbroidery and Kiet answered the phone. i didn't know he was Kiet then but i know he's Kiet now.....ANYWAY, the first thing i asked was about one-offs and he said no problem. just like that- "no problem". that's my favorite phrase when i'm looking to get something (done). he was really friendly on the phone which i also appreciated. so when the UPS driver did a drive-by and threw the box addressed to me threw the window- i headed on down to the spot which was conveniently located a few blocks from where i work. THE VERY NEXT (working) DAY it was ready. Kiet and his Moms were very friendly, gave me a quality product for the nice price, and the whole experience made me a customer for life. this is the place to go when you want things done right. read more

The worst place to do business the chinese guy is so rude, we have some uniforms dropped at this place around jan 10 i was told it may take 2 weeks to get it started jan 24 my wife called and he said they just started ok past 4 days after that we asked for the status hes claiming i just dropped the uniform last week and it may take another 2 weeks to make the story short he told me come and pick up your shirt if you want. Wow what an a hole of a businessman i am hoping it will not happen to others my experiences be carefull dealing with this arrogant freak. Sorry about my wording but thats how i feel. Did not even try to make a word like i am so sorry it may take another 2 weeks instead vome and pick up your clothes. I would rather give my business somewhere else. read more
