This place is awesome. I called around to so many screen printing shops in Marin to see if they could do one shirt for me -- all of them said no as they don't take less than quantities of 10 or so. I spoke with a lady and she really wanted to help so she suggested that they could use a new machine they just purchased but it hadn't been used more than a few times so they were still testing it out. I was behind on time so I decided to try it out. I met with the owner the next day and he was transparent about my shirt fabric, fonts, etc. which was helpful and set my expectations. There was a miscommunication on what day I needed my shirt so when I called asking if I could pick it up on Thursday (they had the date at Friday) they immediately said it would be done in 20min! I have used Marshall Arts many times for Screen printing and Embroidery. The whole team is great! They print and embroider most of the gear for G Family, Inc. I usually give them complicated orders with lots of different types of shirts and placements and they are very accommodating and helpful. Jayson allows me to come in for a press check before printing in order to make sure the colors and detail are right, and tweaks the colors until they are perfect. The printing is very clean and they have a quick turn around time. Etelka has embroidered all 4 of our logos on puffy jackets, fleece and hats and they always turn out beautifully. She has a fantastic attention to detail. Tera at the front desk and Phil the owner are also very easy to work with. Excellent customer service is alive and well here. I am really impressed with Phil Marshall. I was considering getting a one off custom print of an image made. I called just after 5pm one day and he took the call. Even though it was late, he was very patient and took his time explaining what I needed to know to make my decision. Even though he does large commercial orders, I felt just as important as one of those corporate customers to him.
