I had a massage with Nataliya and not only did she greet me in a warm and professional manner immediately, she made me feel at ease and comfortable in her professionalism and tone and mannerisms. Now I don't usually write reviews, but I had to take the time to appreciate and commend Nataliya on what an amazing job she did and the great experience I had with her. I would highly recommend this spa and Nataliya to all of my friends, co-workers and family as I think everyone should have an amazing experience as I did. The only downside was I was poorly received by the front staff member working the day of Saturday January 19. The reason I sought this spa out was because of the amazing reviews I read online about it and was highly disappointed by the unprofessionalism and curt and rude way I was treated the second I walked in the door. I think she used dollar store products on my face the whole time, no lovely smells, musky steam machine... she wiped my face with baby wipes!!!!! No name baby wipes to wash my face?!? And then she placed the wipe over my face for an extended time at one point! It felt like she was just trying to do things to fill the hour... she just slapped some lotion on that didn't even smell good and then roughly wiped it off and then I think she put one of those dollar store sheet masks on (right from the tinfoil package) and continued to dump the remaining liquid on my face. She kept shining the very bright light in my eyes, it would be so bright and then she turned it off and turned it on and off - nothing covering my eyes... it was not relaxing! So we were out of our massages by 10:00 we were allowed to go into the hot tub but there was a sign that said you could only be in the hot tub for 15 minutes so there's 15 minutes taken up, but then we still had to wait till 11:30 for some food i don't know about you but as an older person I have to eat before that. So what do you do while waiting for any type of nourishment in a spa. We decided to ask for our meal sooner than later so that we could leave when the charcuterie board arrived we just looked at each other thinking there isn't anything we could possibly eat on here for breakfast. We ate the grapes and a couple of crackers and left the rest which for $58 for two Sparkling Waters and one charcuterie board that was very small i just didn't think it was worth the money. Atmosphere: amazing, clean and modern. Has several different rooms like a cafe lounge to have your lunch. A serenity room which is a super cozy place to just lay back and read a book after your massage. A waiting room with amazing assortment of snacks such as mixed nuts, fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, homemade granola. They also have an espresso machine there. There are around 15 masseuse working the day I went because the place was very full in the waiting lounge which was a downside. They have a steam shower in the ladies room and a hot tub which I love! I wish there was also a coed one for me and my husband to meet up and hangout in but i can live without that. Don't even bother bringing your husband here this is the best place for YOU time. I did a whole 6 hour spa day here. Moisture drench body treatment - amazing! Fell asleep. A therapeutic massage Also great! Personally I don't think it appropriate to ask for a tip when it is a medicinal massage (This isn't a spa). I discovered you could book appointments online and pre-pay for them to avoid the awkward Tip function. I did that a few times, without issue. I noticed there was the ability to book appointments for someone else through their online booking system so I decided to book an appointment for my spouse. There must have been some kind of glitch in the system because when he arrived for his appointment, they had no record of it. I had received and email confirmation of payment and the charge had already come off my credit card. There was a little confusion because one day prior I had booked an appointment for myself as well that did show up in their system. I spoke to a woman on the phone will my spouse was there and they were able to honor the appointment. I also provided proof that I had paid for both my past appointment and his that day. I mentioned to them on the phone that I would need an actual receipt that they usually provide at the time of appointment to submit the expense to his benefits. They did not provide the receipt and he may have forgotten to ask when he left. I called back a few weeks later to ask for a copy of the receipt and the woman on the phone (the same one I had spoken to when he had showed up for his appointment) was less than pleased to help me and went on about how they would make a receipt out of good faith because there had been an error with the booking. I pointed out that yes there had been some sort of glitch in the system and their online booking allows you to book an appointment for someone else and charges you for it, but it does not actually create the appointment on their end. Never did I blame her, I said several times that it was a glitch and that happens but it is up to them to deal with it as, it is their system. She decided to raise her voice at me over the phone and tell me that "It was my fault, I made the appointment wrong". Her raising her voice was very unnecessary as all I was asking for was a receipt. She had seen my proof of payment, and she had seen him come in for the appointment, there was no need for "Good faith that the appointment happened". In the end she sent me a receipt with the wrong date on it, and I had to call back and ask for another one. I will not be booking another appointment here ever, there is no need for you to blame a paying customer for a glitch in your system and raise your voice at me.

None of this would have mattered however if the massage I booked were lousy. Quite the contrary, Emily was...and I say this with a decent amount of experience behind me in this regard, thee BEST massage I've ever had hands down (no pun intended)!!! Not only was the pressure just precisely what I needed for my chronically aching lower back, she used no annoying elbows or otherwise jolting body parts to make her point. Here's the huge kicker: I ordinarily find any sort of conversation beyond "how's the pressure?" during a massage to be the opposite of relaxing. I actually had a good conversation with Emily *while* being perfectly relaxed; didn't even know that was possible. Though with the exchange rate, the 30 minutes + facility use was on the steeper end, this was definitely a "you get what you pay for" kind of deal that was for the best.
