The front area is very clean, organized, and has a welcoming vibe. I was taken back within a few minutes to the room I'd be in which was also very cozy. My esthetician was Cameron and he was phenomenal! He answered my questions and made the experience relaxing. He also was intentional about the products he recommended for my concerns while not pushing me to change my whole skin care routine which I greatly appreciated (a common experience I've had at other places). I got The Restore Deluxe Organic Facial and it was reasonably priced and included all the things I enjoy (cleansing, mask, exfoliating, massage, and I added on derma planning).
