The owner, Nichelle, responded swiftly. She listened to my complaints and gave me tons of advice on how to care for my inflamed skin. Although the burns healed, they left dark discoloration that I am still dealing with. After reporting the burns, I requested a refund but was repeatedly asked for photos and told to wait until after my dermatology appointment. Even after providing my dermatologist's documentation, I did not receive a decision within the promised five business days. I understand chemical peels have risks, but I expected accountability, better communication, and compassion after being injured. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this business.
