The staff at St Lukes took such great care of me the anti-anxiety meds were unnecessary. Ensconced in Room C3102A, the aides, Michele and Alexis, and the nurses Shanon, Michelle, Margaret, etc, were empathetic, caring, and knowledgable, able to listen and comprehend what I needed. I'm difficult! The last time I spent an overnight in a hospital was in 1959! I am used to VIP treatment, and I am often a dilettante. However, my arrogance was diffused by the sincerity of my caregivers at St. Lukes Hospital. I'm home recuperating, but I will never forget the kindness and care shown to me by the overworked and underappreciated staff. You are all amazing.

Each week I get several automated requests to check in to the same appointments. While this requires no more than five minutes of my time, it is very redundant, particularly when I am often asked for the same information when I get to an appointment. The result may be greater accuracy in billing, but I seriously doubt it improves care Further, twice I've been given a pile of papers to complete while waiting, only to have them ignored by the provider. Finally, the only apparent people with which issues can be addressed are nurses and MAs who are similarly frustrated by these issues. In the end, it's not about health or care, and the system is not about people.

Even though I'm not part of this community, everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. I was seen quickly, given my shot by a really friendly tech and sent on my way after waiting the necessary 15 minutes. If you are coming for Covid services (testing or vaccines) you can make an online appointment but they are also happy to take walk ins.

Then you have to do an overnight stay (can't imagine how many thousands that costs) and buy your cpap machine. Plan to throw away $5grand easily. There are home sleep studies you can find online for like $200. Or go through Reggie White Foundation if you can't get the help you need. This stuff can be deadly for people. So my day started on a bad note, I had some serious tooth pain. I've been down this road before…read more.. I could tell it was infected. I needed some antibiotics ASAP! But, as it goes, I had a busy day. We all want to put ourselves first, but we can't always. So after my day was done I was desperate to see someone and get a prescription. Naturally, most places were closed already. Thankfully, this new place was open, and with the added bonus of a "save your spot" option. I filled out everything online while I headed over. The building is still under some construction, looks like it used to be a bank so they're removing the drive through part, but it's not affecting the business at all. I was greeted and brought in quickly, no wait. I explained my situation and they checked me out. The doctor or nurse or whatever title they have was great! She was friendly, kind, and quickly agreed that I needed some antibiotics as well as something for pain. She also recommended some over the counter options to help me sleep while I waited to get dental care. She put through my prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy right away. I'm really glad this spot was here when I needed them. I'd definitely return for any issue that didn't warrant a trip to the E.R.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was done with care and compassion. I was given an excellent explanation of what had happened and that I may need surgery and why. I was given a list of doctors in the area to evaluate my broken bone to see if surgery was necessary. I would highly recommend using this Urgent Care.
