I've been to several local & non local spas for a variety of services, so I'm not easily impressed. I started going to Aurora about 7 months ago for hydra facials. Then had a couple of other services. I can't imagine going anywhere else!! EVERYTHING their is perfect! From the moment you arrive in the beautiful, peaceful reception area until you're ready to leave you'll be treated like a VIP because that's how they treat everyone including each other. All of the services I've had have been above my expectations. When you schedule a service the price you are quoted is the price you'll pay. From their top tier customer service, an extremely user friendly website where you can conveniently book appointments and view detailed descriptions of their services, their medical grade skin products, their gorgeous medical spa office that is glamorous and clean, to their extremely talented and educated nurse injectors. I went here a few years for Botox & lip filler. I saw Jeanne. She was professional but talked too much. The final time I needed to have my Botox done (here) it did not take properly. I waited two weeks as suggested to ensure I wasn't just reacting differently. I returned dissatisfied at my results on the third & a half week because she was out of town & I was not offered any other option to come back in. At almost 4 weeks post injection & having paid almost $500 for this product my forehead is still reacting exactly the same as it did prior to my appointment but at this point ALSO feels very heavy between my eyebrows like a Neanderthal. My brows were visibly sagging. I was 31 years old with sagging eyebrows. So something is obviously wrong. Clearly not happy, she offers me more but I'll have to pay. Like, is she actually serious??? I was shocked. I told her I wanted & expected this to be fixed immediately and I would not be paying for it. She said that would not be happening. I got up, walked out of the consult room & straight to the administrative woman in the office up front & told her how terrible this customer service was & that for them to not fully back up their work & product (which mind you THEY mix themselves- it comes in a powder form & I now believe this facility dilutes/cuts to save money), I expected to be taken care of. She offered nothing more to remedy this problem they created & allowed to fester for a month. I WAS PISSED. I waited over a year to write this review so I did not do it in anger. I will NEVER return to this shanty establishment. They're tactics are a not that of one I would ever want a friend or family member to be treated as. The outward prestigiously smug appearance of the workers is a front for incompetence & unkind non-solution. I had decided to do some treatments at Aurora Spa. However, the have a fragrance machine at the front desk that evidently diffuses perfumed air thru out the entire store front. I am sure this is just perfumed chemicals that cannot be good for anyone After about a half hour in the building, I had an asthma symptoms. Unfortunately, I don't think I can do the treatments I had planned due to this. The spa lost income due to the use of this "air freshener" which everyone with allergies cannot tolerate and everyone should not be exposed to. Please Check out the toxicity of air fresheners on the internet Aurora and do not impose your use of strong perfumes onto others. read more

The girls really take the time to explain everything to you and tell you what they fell what would be the best options for you. Alexis has been doing the laser treatments on me to remove the dark spots I have from sun damage and she's so nice and let me know before the sting Is going to zap. I love this place! I get laser hair removal (Brazilian) and it's super affordable (compared to other places). The inside is so cute and recently they've even offered hand sanitizer! I have been seeing Alexis in the Chesterfield location for about six months and she has really made a big difference in my skin. I had some capillaries and brown spots and between IPL and chemical peels my skin looks much improved. (I get tons of compliments) Alexis is also the sweetest young lady in the world. Jamie is an artist (no really, she told me she paints in her free time) and it shows in her attention to detail in her practice. I've been going there for about 10 years and have had several different services, very happy with all. I waited a few years before becoming a Skincare member and I would recommend becoming a member sooner. Great saving and a good way to afford some of the more expensive services.
