I have a membership to Massage Envy and should have come here sooner! The reception area is bright, clean and spacious and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I booked a 90 minute massage with Dianna and it was excellent! While scheduling the massage, I was prewarned that she doesn't do deep tissue which is generally my preference but I really needed to use my mounting number of credits that I figured a firm pressure is fine. To my pleasant surprise, her pressure during my massage was actually perfect and I had a very relaxing time. The massages are a little better than I am used to, having only gone to the Sunset Hills location. My therapist used warm towels to wipe my feet prior to starting the foot massage which was quite soothing. She also used a warm towel prior to the start of the massage which felt great on my back! Watch out for this place! They will lie and bully you! They don't care about their customers. They only care about how much money they can get out of you. I was told on the phone when I booked a massage and facial that I could use the "May Special"and purchase 2 gift cards for each of my services and get 2 $20 off promo cards to use that day. On the day of my appointment when I went to pay they said I couldn't use the promo special. No where in the promotion does it say you can't use the promo cards the same day you purchase the gift cards. They became rude and bullied me on my birthday! I have been going here for the last 10 years and will NEVER return!!! read more

I had won a facial off of Instagram and was excited to pamper myself at Massage Envy. Scheduling online was a breeze and I was able to get in on short notice. Parking was convenient I was able to park right outside the front door. I was met with friendly faces at check in and they quickly took me to a sitting room to complete my paperwork. My facial started with a consultation and the actual facial was about 45 minutes. They used high quality products and the moisturizer didn't feel too heavy on my face at the end. I typically LOVE this location and drive past others to go here and have Tiffany do my Massage. I've had an appointment scheduled for several days and got a call today, 24 hours before my appointment, to tell me they won't have water and need to reschedule my appointment. They offered different days two days later (wedding scheduled), to shorten it (signed up for a 90 minute special), or a different MT (last one I randomly had was horrible). I asked if they could just push my appointment back the 30 minutes to when the water would be back on and was told no because my MT is scheduled to leave at 4 no matter what. So you can ask your client to change their appointment time, length of appointment, date of appointment, or the MT doing it ... but you can't adjust your staff by 30 minutes to keep the appointment? read more

I bought some massages then Covid hit and everything, including them, closed. I called to get a massage and they said they expired 3rd week in March....ummmm you were closed!! Then they said they extended them until June but never sent a email or made a call to say they were open. How is anyone supposed to know they were open when everything else was still closed. She basically, rudely said I was out of luck. How does a massage expire? This practice is how they scam more money out of people. I will never use them again read more

Very professional. I had Allison for a medium intensity massage and she was great! This was my first time at massage envy. They had me fill out my forms while sitting in their mediation room. I have been seeing the same therapist (Stephanie) for several years now and I am so grateful for her. She applies deeper pressure and completely understands the body and identifies the problem areas immediately. Without her massages, I would find it difficult to move and live life as normally as possible due to disabilities I have and chronic pain and migraines. It's not just a pleasure massage for me, it's about helping me be as normal as possible. Every therapist though I have seen has been very good. And their facials are also excellent. I am a super fan of this location in particular as a member since 2007. Staff is always extremely friendly and I look forward to seeing their happy faces each time.
