My nails were wrecked from taking off acrylic nails & the technician completely restored my nails and gave me a wonderful shellac manicure. This salon is not like a typical nail salon where they do a rush job just to get the next customer in the chair. She took her time and was also knowledgeable of the products when I asked her. Appointments are required although she took me as a walk in! I would highly recommend this nail salon!

I asked for and when I asked for a different color The lady gave me a hard time and said I'm not allowed to keep changing my mind. She filed underneath my nails and she totally cut my skin and I said, how can you please be more gentle, and she did it over and over again not kidding. And I kept asking her to file them all down with the dremel because they were so bulky and she was like is this good? Is this good? Is this good? She was very nasty and it's not even when I asked for. There is gel polish all underneath the nail, these nails look like globed pieces of garbage. She constantly blamed my nails that it was them, and not her. The manager would bot refund us, btw this was $107. The manager told me he would cut them all off then i could have my refund. There was a gentleman who greeted me at the door and I waited only about 3 minutes before I was escorted to the wax room. The owner (I didn't ask her name) was very sweet and passionate about her business and her work. She makes her own sugar wax and sugar scrub for after care. The appointment was quick. Maybe a half hour from parking to being back in my car to go home. Everything was clean and quick and she asked questions to determine how to proceed with the wax and what kind of aftercare I would have. As a first time Brazilian wax customer I would recommend Sugar Sugar. Although I have nothing to compare this experience to, I don't have any reason to go anywhere else.

I found the experience from a customer service perspective to be a bomb. The manager seemed harried and rushed and not respectful of my appt time. Ditto to the tech who did my pedicure who seemed pained by having to do my pedicure. I sat in the chair waiting for her to do a pedicure I had scheduled. In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon. I would never return, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time.
