I loved my apartment when I first moved in I overlooked a lot of the bad things prior to moving in that I didn't catch at the time I was viewing the apartment. First the tub in the 2nd bedroom was stopped up when I checked to see what it was it was like somebody had a whole wig down the drain. I was cooking dinner for my family like the second night in and I was using the oven, and I pulled to open the oven and one of the side panels came off and cut me. I was like what the heck I didn't even pull the oven hard and when I looked at it, it wasn't plastic it was aluminum when I opened it up it was a red bull can. The plastic sides were missing on the oven, and they bent up a red bull can I guess to make it not noticeable that the sides on the oven were missing. When I called to let Leah know what I seen because I didn't want to be charged at move out, she wasn't surprised and said that's what they do. Next the water pressure was super low in building 6. I would wash dishes and it would take me FOREVER!!! I called maintenance out to check to see what was going on all he did was change the washer and said the water pressure was low because the construction was across the street and it was nothing he could do. Mind you I moved in before they even started digging and the water was still the same. Every time you see maintenance they are either smoking or just riding the golf cart around. The younger man they recently hired they had him doing everything while the others just watched, smoked and instructed him on what to do. Summer months people would always be soooo loud at the pool all night even the leasing agents that live in the community partakes in the all-night drinking and loud music it's like as soon as they clock out from work they head straight to the pool and do it every and all weekend. When you're late on rent if you need a filter changed, anything fixed, or if you signed up for the concierge service they don't do it until they receive a payment. And apartment manager feels like she has to enter your home while you're not there to deliver the letter inside your apartment. Lord knows what she does when she goes in. I had to start putting cameras up inside my apartment. One night I witnessed at around 3AM I was going to work I seen two guys in all black with mask on one was pulling on the door handle of my car, and the other was going through the trunk of someone else's car. When they saw me coming around the corner, they took off running. I called the police they took my statement and said they would inform the front office. When I returned from work, I noticed the apartments did not have any cameras only the leasing office. I went to the front to let them know that I was the one that witnessed what happened that morning and that they should let everyone know to make sure to lock their cars before they go inside. Me and a couple of other neighbors witnessed some trunks being open a few mornings while taking our dogs on a walk, but we thought nothing of it. We would just close the trunks down thinking they hit the trunk button on accident or something. Until I witnessed what happened that night. I figured this probably happens often while everyone is sleeping or at work overnight. They told me they would send out a mass message on the neighborhood portal which they never did. And that many people come over to rob this area because its right off the highway. Which did not make the situation any better. So, a couple of nights later I've seen the same build of young men out walking around this time with only hoodies no mask and one of the young men looked like the leasing agent's son. And I wondered if this is why things are not being reported or taken seriously when it comes to theft or anything going on in the apartments because they are aware of what's actually happening. But in my experience if you just need somewhere to move in quick and somewhere that doesn't do snappt you can live here. But if you want to be somewhere safe where you know you won't be robbed or your paying rent every month and things are going to be good this is not the place for you. I love Mansfield but these apartments was not it.

I believe this complex was originally built as condos so they are much better built than the typical apartment. High ceilings upstairs and downstairs, lights in every room, multiple ceiling fans, wet bar, patio and master bedroom storage areas. Plus two bedroom units have a garage...and it's bigger than I expected. No need to worry about banging your doors in the walls getting out. The floors don't creak, each unit seems very well isolated in terms of noise. Keyless entry, smart thermostat you can control with the panel or an app on your phone. Well lit at night, feel much after here only 500' from where we used to live.

They claim to have a community attendant who has never shown up to investigate the noise I've complained about. Now, the noise line says they can only come out if the noise is happening at the moment. The office staff have come by and tried to listen for noise, but if it's not happening when they stop by, it's not a problem. I'm paying too much money to deal with noise every evening. Skip these apartments and find another property. Oh, and they will let you transfer units for a ton of money. Scam! Save yourself.

When I walked in the door, Andrea greeting me and assisting me right away. And Robyn has been nothing but awesome. They both gave us a tour and explained the whole application process. Robyn was very responsive and she kept her word with contacting me regarding an update on my application. The maintenance staff keep the property very clean. The fitness center is a good size and is always kept clean. I haven't got to use the volleyball court or pool yet, but it looks great. The only two improvements I can think about is that there are: 1. you receive many emails that you get during and after the application process and it is a little difficult to keep track of which one is most important. It's not only from the apartment complex but from third-party apps as well. 2. Assure you have your parking permit visible , and If you have a visitor, please follow the instructions regarding visitor parking because there is a tow company that is regularly here and will tow your car quickly. I have been a resident for about four months and I have no complaints. I feel very safe residing here along with my 10-year-old.

Speaking of the patio, it is massive--a rare find for most apartments--and easily fits a full furniture set, offering incredible sunset views over the city. The kitchen also has plenty of counter space for cooking and small appliances. It's a perfect setup for a single person or a couple. The community itself is quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors have been great. While the back gate had a brief issue early on, management promptly fixed it, and the gated access has been reliable ever since. The leasing office--especially Timeka and Monica--has been incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions from day one. Management does a fantastic job of keeping residents informed, and maintenance has always been fast. I love this community so much that I decided to stick around, renew my lease, and transfer into a larger 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom floor plan with an extended patio and a garage! The upgrade has been fantastic. DON'T LIVE HERE AT ALL COSTS. This was quite possibly the worst renting experience of my life. This…read morecomplex is currently under investigation by the Tarrant County Public Health Department for communicable diseases due to roach and rat bacterial infections and infestations. First my apartment was infested by roaches, I would see five to 10 a day (see photos). They literally would get on my plate of food after I made dinner within seconds. I was charged a monthly "Pest Control Fee" and notified management multiple times, but they never fixed it. Second, I lived downstairs and the upstairs neighbor had a large black pit bull that WOULD NOT take his dog to the dog control area to use the bathroom. He let the dog POOP right under my window and all around my downstairs apartment. Even on the concrete (see photos). I notified management multiple times and even supplied photos and video, but they never did anything. I was given an apartment on move-in that had NO WINDOW SCREENS and NO SECURITY LOCKS for the windows. They were broken on move-in (see photos). Anyone could just come right in my window. I had to go to Home Depot when I moved in and pay $56.87 for two security locks on the windows. There were huge gaps between the drywall and the flooring because the building foundation was so bad, that bugs and ants from the outside could easily just walk in the bedroom. The trash is was just dumped all over the complex, yet we pay a garbage and trash clean up fee of $10 every month (see photos). Finally upon move out, I left the apartment exactly as I got it. I hung nothing on the walls and I didn't even use the kitchen cause of the massive roach infestation. They charged me $159.47 move-out fee AND another $53.72 electric bill fee for four days even though I was moved out of the apartment as was gone. Just completely scammed me. Stay away from this roach infested, ripoff complex.
