However, the patek store is not listed separately here on Yelp I scheduled a service appointment ahead of time prior to arriving at the store because that was required even for a battery change. Leading up to my visit I did call the store to ensure turnaround times as well as cost. Upon arriving at the store, I must say it is absolutely beautiful with obviously only display watches. And the gentleman who helped me branyon was super nice and friendly and helpful. In fact, he even beat the turnaround time that was quoted to me over the phone by the store earlier in the week. He even went above and beyond by offering to show me watches, even though I had not made a separate sales appointment. That was very kind and very tempting of him. I must say unfortunately this trip was not for shopping. It was for a family celebration. I will say if I do ever have to get my watch serviced again I will definitely come back here. Flying to Atlanta from Chicago is barely 2 hours and not expensive at all. And getting to this location is super easy right outside of the city. I wish I had more time during this visit. Otherwise I would have gone into the Brown and Company store, which is right across from the Patek store. Perhaps on my next visit I will and maybe the people who work there will be just as kind and gracious as the staff were here

I sent my earring out to be repaired almost 2 weeks ago and picked up my earring on monday! All I…read moreneeded was a small diamond chip fixed on the corner of my earring, and when I looked at my earring it don't look the same! I have a vs2 diamond that was in the center piece of my earring and now it look like it's been swapped out. The vs2 diamond isn't sitting in the middle of the earring like my other earring. I talked to the store manager Tiffany and she put the diamond under the microscope to look at the serial number on the diamond. She couldn't figure out the numbers because she said a lot of the numbers had faded out. I have other vs2 diamonds and I know what my diamonds should look like. I asked her for the jewelry repair shop information so I can contact them. I signed the pick up form on the iPad and I didn't get the email stating that I picked up my earring. I told her that, I would be contacting corporate regarding this situation. I called the repair shop in Newman ga and talked to the manager. She told me that Tiffany was supposed to have called them herself to rectify the issue. The manager said that they don't speak to customers and they aren't a stand alone location only a repair shop. She said that Tiffany should've did her job and contacted them so they could look at the service request regarding my earring. I called Tiffany back and she lied like she didn't know it wasn't a standalone location. She had a nasty attitude, told me that she just came back from her pto (like I was supposed to care), and told me to contact customer service to help resolve my issue. She said she didn't appreciate me accusing Kay jeweler of swapping out my earring and she thought that my earring looked good. I put a complaint in with customer service, contacted the president, and all of the executive team members at signet jewelers. It is ridiculous that I'm dealing with this unprofessional location and this is the worse location in the state of Georgia. I regret ever coming to Kay jeweler to have my earring repaired.

My wife's wedding ring had developed some nicks and cracks over the past decade and some change. We had taken it to several jewelers, all of whom said fixing it wasn't possible. When I came here, they had the same diagnosis as everybody else but a much different prognosis. Rob, one of the master jewelers, was excited at the chance to fix the ring up. He and Kathy explained to me everything that they would need to do and gave me a walking-out-the-door cost; no surprises. When I got the ring back a few weeks later, it was a piece of art. Really. The detail and love Rob had put into it was clear, as was his well-earned pride in his craftsmanship. The ring look even better than it did when it was first made almost twenty years ago. This is a place that puts love into their pieces, listens to their customers, educates their customers (I can't say how much I appreciate their explanations), and does excellent work. They went on to give me some tips about cleaning the ring, and they boxed it up very beautifully. This place is a great secret that I hope more people learn about. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you're looking for a jewelers for whatever capacity, look no further. This place is great. Thank you, Celestial Jewelers. You're terrific.
