I'll add one more five-star review for this place. It is outstanding. I'm not sure how you could improve on this place. My wife's wedding ring had developed some nicks and cracks over the past decade and some change. We had taken it to several jewelers, all of whom said fixing it wasn't possible. When I came here, they had the same diagnosis as everybody else but a much different prognosis. Rob, one of the master jewelers, was excited at the chance to fix the ring up. He and Kathy explained to me everything that they would need to do and gave me a walking-out-the-door cost; no surprises. When I got the ring back a few weeks later, it was a piece of art. Really. The detail and love Rob had put into it was clear, as was his well-earned pride in his craftsmanship. The ring look even better than it did when it was first made almost twenty years ago. This is a place that puts love into their pieces, listens to their customers, educates their customers (I can't say how much I appreciate their explanations), and does excellent work. They went on to give me some tips about cleaning the ring, and they boxed it up very beautifully. This place is a great secret that I hope more people learn about. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I brought my watch in to get repaired Cyndi told me it would cost around $300.00 to repair. I thought that was a little high considering I can buy a brand new one for $120.00. I asked what was wrong with it Cyndi told me that they could do an estimate and let me know in a few days. How can they tell me it's gonna cost around $300.00 if they don't know what's wrong with it. Since the estimate is free I to her to do the estimate and she said it would be ready in a few days that was on a Friday today is Thursday I called the store to see if I could pick up my watch the girl I talked to was having a problem finding my watch she said can I call you back in a few mins I said ok that was 30 mins ago still haven't heard back from her. read more

Absolutely amazed with my engagement ring! My fiancé first got me a necklace with the pendant I wanted which is his badge engraved with his badge number on the back. It's gorgeous! Now, back to my ring. We were promptly greeted and directed to a room with all kinds of engagement ring styles and all kinds of diamond shapes and colors etc. it was such an easy process and Ronda is so so knowledgeable! She really made it easy and smooth. I opted for a 1.5 ct oval center stone and she kept me in the loop the entire time. They are a little harder to find but she found me an absolute stunning diamond!!! Seriously, if you are shopping for any kind of jewelry, do yourself a favor and stop here. I was looking for a store close to my home and selected Celestial Jewelers'. I needed a tennis bracelet fixed that meant so much to me but not sure of the cost or even if it could be fixed. I walked right in and was greeted instantly. I showed them the issue and it was taken back to be looked at to see what could be done if any. The next thing I know, the bracelet was fixed and cleaned!!! I was given my bracelet back with a "Happy New Year" send off. This was my first time here and the experience was fantastic. If you search to find a place to be treated like the old days from a family run business, this is the place! Took two watches in, one for battery and one had to leave as it took a special tool to change clasp. They called me the next day saying it was fixed. My wedding ring was very damaged after having to have it cut it off my finger quickly. The platinum was bent, prongs broken and we lost one of the diamonds. What an interesting store! Very friendly, aaccommodating and it's not stuffy like other places, a very pleasant environment. I really like their selection of unique jewelry which includes the typical diamonds and weddings sets but they also have a really nice selection of colored stones and celtic stuff!
