After being reassured from staff that the points would be transferred over and 4 visits into the shop over the last 3 months leaving my information each time to inquire about it, today I was finally able to get the staff to try to speak to whoever is over them at a corporate level and was told to shove it about my original point balance. The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. The official Wotofo site had the part for $1, a shipping cost of $29, and would reach me within, and I quote, "25 business days"... Lol On a whim, and because my wife told me to just try, I called Jake over at Pink Cloud and told him my deviating and irreversible problem. He asked me some details about my set up (diameter, location of gasket, etc) and proceeded to instruct me to come on in and see what he could do. We show up, mangled o-ring in hand and zero hope. Jake hits us with the old reliable "What's up yall!?" So I told him I had spoken with him on the phone about an o-ring blowout. He immediately sprang into action, ripping open drawer after accessory drawer. Dropping every rubberized electronic cigarette component imaginable onto the crystal clear glass case in front of me. But to no avail. Nothing fit! Not surprised, due to the rarity of my tank, I slowly prepared for departure when, out of the blue he yells "this might be a stretch, but try this" a tiny glimmer of hope gets slid across the display case. So I compare the size and whatnot. Looks small. But he did say it would be a "stretch" so I forced the ring into the cap of my tank and utilized the provided-by-Jake utility knife to pry the o-ring into place. Perfect (forced) fit. Immediately my issue disappeared. TLDR: Jake is awesome and went above and beyond to help fix even the most intricate of issues. 1 billion stars

The vape technician I worked with was able to remove that stubborn vape cartridge with a trick I will not disclose here ;-) He was very friendly and did not pressure me to buy any products, even though I wanted to. Walking in, the shop smelled like a perfect blend of tobacco, fruit and a slight hint of menthol. Nothing too strong or offensive odors. I was so surprised they were able to remove the cartridge with such ease so I'm bringing my two other Vapes that have just been sitting around in for a little tune up. I don't expect to pay too much for this (maybe $$ range). The prices seem reasonable and I wish I had brought in a little more money with me at the time so I could try some of the custom vape blends. I highly recommend checking it out if you're having some issues with a cart, or are in need of a new place for some custom juice. On a defective product I had just bought an hour earlier. And to be clear I wasn't asking for money back, just a replacement that wasn't broken, and that was apparently too much to ask.. She's not on the hook, I guarantee you they have a return policy with the manufacturers, she just didn't want to be bothered. Guys in the shop were really nice and apologetic, unfortunately they appear to work for someone who doesn't care about her customers and is totally fine with selling customers defective products and keeping their money. Extremely disappointing, terrible business. There are dozens of smoke shops in the city, don't waste your money here.
