She might not look like much, but she's got it where it counts, kid. The facility is a little funky, and it could probably stand for some repairs. Temperatures can vary strangely, due to inconsistent climate control. Restroom facilities are decidedly not luxurious. I don't think the water fountains work. In a nutshell, this is a utilitarian facility that does one thing pretty well; indoor soccer. The fields are good, and it is nice to have both a small and big field available. There are competitive and entertaining soccer leagues to be found. The soccer is good. Everything else is window-dressing in the scheme of things. So, grab a cheap pour of Modelo, rub shoulders with some soccer-loving Pflugerville locals, and enjoy the beautiful game. read more

The refs are totally biased and care only and I repeat only about the money and never about doing their job. The staff is kind but quite unorganized. I've played here for years, but only because I'm local. They could do more to improve the condition of the facilities from top to bottom.

I would encourage anyone and everyone to not play at this facility. Unfortunately, it appears the refs will play favorites, not make appropriate calls and allow players to get into fights without consequences. Ther don't care about doing a good job. To them it's just a paycheck. There are other places to play that are more reputable and actually care about reffing well. read more

Ridiculous and unprofessional organization. Our team received an email from Austin Indoor soccer center to confirm our game at 11:25 pm on 01/17/17 , it was a very cold night and raining heavily. As soon as we got there they told us there was a schedule mistake , and just said Sorry. Sorry doesn't pay for our time to go all the way there to play, and at 11:25pm!! For the same price you can find a better field and a much better organization. read more

Good: soccer camps for kids are overall organized, kids are usually kept busy, coaches seem knowledgeable, prices are reasonable, overall well worth the price. The younger of the male coaches was super strict. I liked that. He demanded everyone's attention when explaining stuff and didn't let the kids rough house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. Improvements: facility is old and run down, building is super dirty, several of the kids who attend, especially the little ones behave terribly. I saw one kid in particular pushing, knocking down other kids, pinching and hitting them, while the 2 ladies who were there didn't do anything to stop this child - maybe the didn't see him. There were several times that the older kids were all lined up against the wall while only a few kicked the ball to make it into the goal / net. Maybe they were resting or it was part of the game, but it seemed like wasted time for those kids. During their lunch time there is no adult supervision of the kids who eat on the stands. They eat and then start misbehaving and horseplaying around. The coaches should eat with their group. read more

My son has been playing indoor soccer inside this facility going on two years. The facility caters to the U-5 and above with a soccer field for U-5 to U-8 and a full size field for U-9 and above. The officiating for any of the games is horrible. There is no management oversight to ensure games are played fair and within the scope of good sportsmanship and football. In previous seasons, this facility has been great, and for some odd reason this year the facility, management, and amount of kids playing has significantly decreased. Management allows one club to play older players within the lower divisions though each player has a player card to make sure that only kids of a certain age play within a division. If I were you, I would pick another indoor soccer arena to play at or continue playing for your outdoor club. The kids in my son's club are finishing up this season and are not returning. We hope to find a better facility where kids can grow and learn the game of football while also learning good sportsmanship. read more

This place is filthy. This facility is truly the "armpit" of family recreation in Central Texas. The staff competently observes the overflowing trash cans, with little regard for modern sanitation practices, forcing its customers to pile their refuge on the provided picnic tables nearby. Most of their walk-ways and grand-stands are sticky with soda. Most of the carpets are full of ground potato chip crumbs. The bathrooms are reminiscent of 2am truck stops...smell and all. 124 teams pay $535.00 each over 10 weeks to wallow in the filth. Do the math. That should cover the wage of an employee who can actually find the dumpster and not the adjacent field where it congregates. read more

I have to disagree with Tonia M., this is not one of the worst it is the WORST facility my family has been involved with. When practices were scheduled (parents had to ask for them) the coach assigned was on her phone longer than working with the kids. Game dates and times were given to us one day prior to game day. For a coach that spends practice times on her phone she sure did not use it for team communications. I will never come back or recommend this facility. read more

What a joke! This place is so un-organized and un-professional! The "kids" that run the place don't care about the money your paying, I felt like I was bothering him just trying to find out when our games were! Then they never had the right times for anything, games or practices, again with no regard for the money we paid. We will never go back to that filthy place. I had to select one star for my review to post, otherwise I wouldn't have given any stars. This is the most poorly run soccer facility we've ever had our kids involved in (we have four children, all who've played soccer in the past 10 years). Communication within the organization is horrid. Prior to the season, we could not get a clear answer as to when the season would actually start. My child was playing on the house team and my emails to the coach were unanswered. No one answered the phone during business hours and I could not ever leave a message because the mailbox was always full. I had to go to the facility to actually get information. When I did that, I stood behind the counter for 10 minutes before three staff members who were having casual conversation (literally with their feet up) came out of the office. The first two walked by without addressing me. Finally, with me standing there, our team was scheduled. This was the day before they were supposed to start the season. At our first practice, they had combined all of the house teams into one practice. So, they had 30+ players ranging from age 5 to 12 working with one staff member. The kids mostly stood around for an hour. The games have been equally frustrating in that the refs do not seem to know the rules or apply them consistently. We had one ref stop the game entirely because he wasn't paid by the organization. Also, our coach from the facility has never been able to actually coach our team since she is always involved in our activities happening at the center. Again, the place is a ridiculous waste of time and money. read more
