We went here for a birthday party. I can't say much about the value because we didn't pay but I gathered that it's pretty pricey. The cost of a large pizza is around $40. It is large but sheesh! The pizza itself was fine... nothing to write home about. My kids really enjoyed the rides. The waits weren't too long. The thing that really got to me was the smell in the place. Our Texas Girl Scout troop was planning an end of the year large group trip and intended to book 20-25 rooms through Kalahari group sales, with approximately 50-60 people participating. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. Our point of contact was Jeselle Corpuz. For over a month, we were repeatedly told by Jeselle they were "working on our group rate," yet they still expected our group to commit to staying there without knowing the actual cost. We would receive emails at the end of the business day with no new information -- only that they were still working on it. Keep in mind, this was coming from the manager of group sales. We emailed several times and rarely received responses. We also left multiple voice messages and never received callbacks. We even contacted corporate, only to be referred back to the same person who had been unhelpful throughout the process. Communication was slow, unclear, and lacked professionalism. After waiting weeks with no concrete answers, we finally decided to move our troop's trip elsewhere. We ended up booking another waterpark, reserving a different hotel, and even adding another group activity -- all with far better customer service and much quicker responses. It was especially disappointing because our Girl Scouts voted for this as their end-of-year trip. We were prepared to bring not only the girls, but also their families -- which would have meant a very large group and significant business for Kalahari. Unfortunately, the lack of competence, communication, and ability to provide even basic information made it impossible to move forward. In my 10 years of planning end-of-year troop trips, this is the first time we have been unable to give the girls the trip they requested and voted on. Over the years, we've successfully planned trips to Great Wolf Lodge, Epic Waters, Jellystone, SeaWorld, the Fort Worth Zoo, NASA, Moody Gardens, and many other destinations, and we have never experienced such a frustrating and poorly managed booking process as we did with Kalahari. read more

This is definitely a family friendly place. (Food, games, hotel). But it's overpriced. Especially the food and alcoholic drinks. We stayed here 3 nights. In room 4517. The AC unit was loud. Construction woke us up the first morning. We heard big trucks beeping and backing up constantly @8am. Then 830am a drilling that we had no idea where it was coming from. Us and other guests on floor 4 peeking were our heads out of our rooms trying to see the source of the disruption. The hallways of the hotel smelled musty, and stale. No complaints with our room smell, the staff serviced it when asked, and room service request were responded to promptly. The grotto for 21 and up was a nice vibe, but the drinks were watered down and overpriced. Each drink we got was around $24 and not a strong alcohol content, with a lot of ice. At the waterpark, you use your wristband to check out towels, and you turn them in at the end. And you get a text confirmation as to whether or not you have any outstanding towel returns. The drinks at the piano bar were pricy too, but tasted better than the drinks we had at any other area at the resort. There was a singer/pianist that was working for tips and taking song requests and that was a nice vibe There is a Starbucks downstairs, but the menu is different from the regular Starbucks and the drinks Do not taste the same (I believe they used Starbucks products, but I don't believe they were Starbucks trained baristas). If you're staying at the resort, the waterpark is included with your stay. Multiple full service restaurants on site, including a burger place, a Mexican place, and a buffet style breakfast place. You truly do not need to leave the resort once you are here, but be prepared to pay a lot of money if you get your food and drinks here read more

This is a very beautiful resort with lots of restaurants and activities. The check in is seamless, overall, though Im never a fan of self check in taking the place of a human for a job. For us, we chose to use the wrist bands, which was great. It's your room key, credit card, and activity card all in one- so make sure you don't lose it. The indoor waterpark is quite impressive! Lots of slides and pool areas for all ages with plenty of lifeguards. Cabanas seem unnecessary in an indoor water park, especially for the cost. The outdoor waterpark is seasonal, which I find odd. This is Texas, it's typically hot. I could understand if it needed to be a certain temperature. I received a discounted rate, which is absolutely the way to go. We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath during the week for around $475 a night. (See video below). Here's my biggest concern that has me wondering if we should return- cleanliness. I never saw anyone cleaning machines, laser tag vests, putt putt golf clubs, or the resort in general. Our room was supposed to be serviced. She only did half of the job. They made the bed and put some fresh towels. We still had to call for more because not enough was replaced and there were zero wash cloths. Came for a SiteOne university where I was giving a lecture and manning a booth. This is a pretty nice location! I wasn't here for the normal activities so I didn't get to try out the water park or the games but I did eat at several of their restaurants and I stayed in their room... all of it was exceptional. The location its self was spotless and maintained to an excellence of the highest order. They have several eateries, a confections/bakery, a coffee shop, multiple shops, a large convention area, a water park and a kids gaming section. Honestly it is a great location! My room was perfect! Kalahari in Round Rock is ridiculously pricey for what you actually get. We did the math, and we could have paid for flights to Disneyland, a hotel, and park passes for less than what we spent here--and Disney actually has a lot more to offer. The rooms are a total letdown. For these prices, you get a basic room with two beds and a sofa--nothing special at all. To make it worse, they don't have adjoining rooms, which is a huge headache for families. The resort itself isn't "cozy" at all; it feels massive, corporate, and there is an upcharge for everything. The service was not accommodating. When I asked for contact information for security, I was told that guests cannot contact security directly. That is a bizarre policy for a "family" resort and honestly felt a bit dismissive. read more

HOLY KALAHARI!! We came here with both our girls along with another family and somehow 6 hours flew by! I love that they have sections for different age groups, a ton of open tables and chairs along with pay-if-you-want private bungalow areas, lots of great yummy food options! The only thing was a constant noise that made it hard to talk to others easily! We are coming back later this year for our child's birthday to actually stay so we can't wait to experience that hotel side as well as other on campus food options! Went to Kalahari Resort for a conference. Overall it was a really great place for a meeting. The rooms are very comfy. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of free parking. The wristband is used to access the rooms, the water park and can be used to make charges. The conference center is very large. The dinner and lunches were great. Breakfast at the buffet was great, but the breakfast in the conference center was lackluster. The smoothies and fresh fruit juices in the buffet were a great way to start the day. There was a conference social in the open Amatuli marketplace under the stars with fire pits and live music. Open bar and three separate lines filled with a taco bar, Mac and cheese, salads, grilled veggies, roasted Brussels sprouts and more. They even had the cutest burros that offered capris suns or cervezas. Thanks for the creative mocktails using Topo Chico or ginger beer. Amazing! Red's Piano Bar was so much fun. The hibiscus mocktail was so delicious and a bargain at $4. Place your request for a song in the glass bowl near the piano. Sweet Caroline to Bohemian Rhapsody to Lose Yourself. First time that I've ever heard/sung a rap song at a piano bar. The waterpark is pretty insane. Voted the #1 indoor water park by USA Today, it is easy to see why it has that honor. Water slides. A lazy river. Wave pool. Flow rider. Hot tubs. And an adult only indoor outdoor cave. So nice to be in a huge hot tub under the stars after a long day of learning and networking. And the theming. So cute! Elephants, giraffes and hippos. Oh, my. Lots of cute photo ops with all of the life sized animal statues. Outdoor movies with s'mores. A bowling alley. We wanted to love Kalahari because we try to take our kids on a staycation or local trip about once a month. They absolutely love Great Wolf Lodge, so we decided to try Kalahari for something different. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. We arrived just before check in. We walked in around 3:55 PM and reached the desk at about 4:03 PM. We had reserved two rooms under one reservation and had previously called to confirm they would be near each other. At the desk we were told our rooms were not ready. When I asked for clarification, the employee said that check in starts at 4 PM but that does not mean rooms will actually be ready at 4 PM. That explanation did not make sense, especially after we had already unloaded all of our luggage with kids waiting to swim. After asking for a supervisor, she eventually found one room but said the second was not available. The two rooms were also halfway down the hall from each other despite our request to be close together when booking. We were told we would receive a text when the second room was ready and that our wristbands would automatically work once it was assigned. We waited an hour and never received the text. We finally went swimming and later called the front desk and were given a room number, but the wristbands did not work. After swimming and eating we had to go back to the front desk around 10:30 PM where they told us the text should have been sent but was not and everything had to be reprogrammed. While swimming both of my children's eyes began burning badly from the pool chemicals. This has never happened to them at any pool before, including our own backyard pool. They were walking around the hotel holding wet rags over their eyes and we had to rinse them out repeatedly. Because of this they refused to swim the following day or the day after, which defeated the entire purpose of the trip. There were also several safety and service concerns. My mother lost her prescription glasses at the pool and asked an employee how to check lost and found. The employee said security handles that but could not contact security and told her she would just have to tell another employee if there was an emergency. As a retired federal law enforcement agent, my mother found this response very concerning. Additionally, there was an area of the lazy river that was not visible to lifeguards. When I pointed it out, the lifeguard said she knew but that it was set up that way by her supervisor. That also made us uncomfortable since visibility is such a basic safety expectation. We also purchased the unlimited souvenir animal cups for both of our boys, but one straw had a crack and would not work. When we asked for a replacement we were told they were not allowed to replace it, which made the cup essentially useless. Since the kids did not want to swim anymore, we tried the arcade the next day. We asked about packages for rides and games and purchased what was recommended. After my kids won about 7,000 tickets on a game, we were told the package we bought did not allow tickets to be redeemed. When we went back to the desk the employee casually said that was correct, so we had to purchase another card. By that point the kids were already frustrated and disappointed. We paid for two nights but ended up only staying one because the experience had been so negative. Overall, the customer service, safety awareness, and overall organization did not meet the expectations for a family resort at this price point. We truly wanted to enjoy Kalahari, but our experience was very different from what we have experienced at Great Wolf Lodge. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because families come here expecting a safe and enjoyable experience for their kids. read more

This is a very overpriced waterpark which they over pack and under clean. It's so dirty inside, so expensive and they have the most ridiculous rules. My friends daughter is 55.5 inches tall and 7 years old and refused entry on the kids slides because she's too tall, as a neurodivergent kid who paid for a 2 night stay it's absolutely ridiculous. We reserved one of the seating areas ahead of time which might not be necessary if you get there early enough to dump your stuff on one of the many free seating areas. Having your own waitress is pretty nice tho instead of standing in line for food and drinks. The kids really liked the outdoor hot tub eventhough towards the end when it was packed. Lots of employees at the kid areas to keep an eye out. The outside arcade area is also nice if you want a break from swimming but it's expensive. From the parking lot to the entry of the resort I was completely amazed. I love their landscape, but the best perk was the valet parking. Immediately upon entering the resort, the scenic view is everything. Wide open floor plans, bright and dim lights, colorful welcoming balloon arches and a coffee stand for immediate access for a beverage or snack. Check-in was very easy. They have several kiosk, but also have live agents available in case you need further assistance. IhSon was our agent and he was thorough with communication and gave us beneficial information for the dining hall and the indoor waterpark. As we explored the resort, I couldn't help but notice how clean it was. The resort is exquisite. They offer many different restaurants and food choices that are appropriate for children and adults. There was so much to do here that just staying over a weekend was enough to keep us busy for the whole trip. I specifically fell in love with the ice cream shop . So many sweet treats and ice cream flavors. My kids were in love. The rooms were exceptionally clean and offered everything we needed like shampoo, conditioners, bath soap, and extra blankets. Our stay at the resort was amazing. When it was time to check out, the process was very easy and we were able to use the facility for the remainder of the day even after we checked out of our room. We took the Grandkids to the arcade for Christmas. Oh boy did we have fun. Granted, it was expensive fun, but everyone loved it. They have rides, games, and a rock climbing feature that was set from easy to difficult. There's also an obstacle course that the kids went nuts over. It is sorta like being tethered from above and walking a balance beam 20 feet high. The place was clean, and safe. Second time at the spa and can't wait to go back. I love the atmosphere and freedom of the spa area. I came with friends last year and this year with my mom celebrating my birthday. The jacuzzi is so relaxing, all the services are top notch and the relaxed vibe is super catchy. My mom got a massage and facial, I just used the day pass to go to the steam room, and stay in the lounge area. We got delicious beet juices and the cheese plate. The lockers are super clean and spacious. We spent the entire morning there just hanging out and celebrating. What a wonderful time you can have just disconnecting for a few hours. The outside waterpark one has very limited hours so that's lame. The outside pool was just a reg pool. Temperature the of the waterpark 0/5 It was extremely cold which is ridiculous. They should not be having the ac or fans blasted in an indoor waterpark. I was freezing even in the water. I can't imagine how kids would be sick from that. Temperature of the water 4/5 It was a decent temp. Not too cold but the combo with the fans were just not it. Rides 2/5 It was kind of a let down especially the ones for under 42'. They were limited and some operator have to jump from ride to ride. Some of the operators were super anal and didn't even measure correctly and didn't let the kids ride due to that. (We recently visited the doctor and got exact measurements) this was costly so not worth. Games 4/5 It was a vast amount of them. They were just very high in credits but nice to have. Kalahari's indoor waterpark, the largest in America, opened in 2020. As a new facility, I expected accessibility to be a priority welcoming families with strollers and mobility devices. However, this wasn't the case. The waterpark entrance is accessible only through the arcade. This entrance at the back of the arcade also lacks an accessible handicap door. I was unable to locate info on the Kalahari website about their ADA support. However, they do offer a limited number of electric wheelchairs for rent at a cost. When we arrived at the arcade entrance, we found that the limited handicapped spots were already occupied. We spoke with the Kalahari staff about additional parking options, and they suggested that we illegally parking our vehicle in the "No Parking" fire lane. We rented an ADA-friendly cabana for our trip, at an extra cost. The door to access the elevator and our rented cabana was difficult to find as it was unlabeled. Actually both of the elevator doors at the top and bottom of the cabana rentals lacked signs or any labels indicating elevator access. The bottom elevator access was particularly inconvenient as kitchen staff used that space for cart storage. We couldn't access our rented cabana until the storage carts were removed by Kalahari staff. Additionally, our party had to wait on staff multiple times to gain access to the only available cabana bathroom. The single use bathroom on the floor for cabana use was constantly being utilized by Kalahari employees. read more

For my youngest daughter's 15th birthday this year she requested to go here. It had been all over her FYP on TikTok , and you know how people are about TikTok and the recommendations from there these days . So during their school spring break we made the trip from Dallas to explore for ourselves. Really Beautiful resort and very accommodating for sure. We chose a two bedroom suite that came with a really nice view. While visiting, we had the opportunity to enjoy the water park, the arcade and a couple of the restaurants. We only stayed 1 night and paid over $700 for the experience . Although we did enjoy our stay , we agreed that it didn't live up to the hype of those who highly suggested it and for us it wasn't worth the 3 hour drive from Dallas. We're regulars at great wolf lodge, or at least we use to be until my daughters started to feel that they were outgrowing the place. So for us, it wasn't a bad experience by far , but we felt like we could have avoided the 3 hour travel time, saved a couple of hundred bucks, and obtained the same experience at great wolf lodge . Kalahari is a great place to spend time with family and friends. We noticed a couple of family reunions, a couple of conferences going on, some like us whom traveled for spring break , and we even had the opportunity to interact with some of the locals who weren't staying at the hotel but instead just came out to enjoy the water park. The water park had something for all ages , and that's always a plus when it comes to having family events with children. We enjoyed a couple of the water slides , the lazy river and a few other attractions. I appreciated the fact that it wasn't as packed as I imagined it would be, taken into consideration the time of the year we chose to attend. Lines for the attractions like the slides were moving really fast (THANK GOD) , allowing us the opportunity to ride a lot of them more than once in short period of time. Now getting to the slides , like many other amusement parks there was plenty of walking and stairs to climb and I definitely burned a lot of calories for sure. The Water was a nice temperature, it wasn't too cold like some of the reviews I heard. Our hotel room was very beautiful and comfortable, I personally wouldn't have mind spending more time in the room, especially considering the amount we paid for 1 night . Overall, we had a great time with each other making memories and trying somewhere new. It's a really nice resort and I can understand why a lot of people speak highly of it, especially those with younger children . I wouldn't mind returning again to be honest , but personally don't think it's worth the 3 hour drive for the short time that we stayed . We recently stayed at Kalahari in Round Rock, and overall, it was a mixed experience--leaning more toward disappointing, especially for the price. Everything is VERY expensive. Unfortunately, the outdoor water park was closed due to weather, so everyone was forced inside, which made it much more crowded. Friday wasn't too bad, but by Saturday it was packed, so I ended up reserving a cabana for the entire day just to have some space. That helped, but it's another added cost. Food policies are strict--no coolers allowed in the indoor waterpark including for 1 year old snacks and water. For dinner: * The first night we ate at the bowling alley restaurant (B-Lux). There was no attendant to check us in, and we had to wait about 35 minutes before anyone showed up to help us. The food was mediocre at best--burgers, fries, grilled cheese. Fries were okay, but everything came out lukewarm and bland. Even my husband, who eats everything, didn't finish his meal. * We also ended up grabbing an extra meal at Cinco Mexican restaurant (again mediocre food) we had 2 kids meals 4 non-alcoholic beverage and the total came out to more than $80.00. * The second night we ate at Double Cut Steakhouse. The food was better, but the service was inconsistent. The hostess was rude and gave off a borderline discriminatory vibe, which was uncomfortable. However, our waitress was excellent and really helped turn the experience around. Dinner for our family was $358, which felt steep for the overall experience. We skipped the Italian and mac & cheese spots, but the ice cream place was actually really good--one of the highlights! I had read poor reviews about the breakfast buffet, so we brought our own breakfast items to eat in the room. We had no coffee cups in our room, and getting them took forever. One frustrating issue was with the towel system--they charged a service fee because I didn't return a towel the same day, even though I tried to return it the next day while we were still staying at the resort. That felt unnecessary and poorly handled. Overall, Kalahari can be fun for the kids, but between the cost, crowds, extra fees, and inconsistent service, it didn't fully live up to expectations. read more

Very disappointing, all of the outdoor pools were closed and there was no notice anywhere before we booked our stay. When we brought it up to the manager we were told that if we had raised the issue before checking in he could have moved our dates but after checking in there was nothing he could do. We enjoyed the attractions that were open while we were there but our room overlooked the outdoor pools and my kids kept asking when we could go out to them. I tried reaching out twice to guest services afterwards through the post trip survey email and also through their direct website but never even received a response. This place is not cheap and I'm not saying it's not worth it but we went here for the pools and couldn't even use half of them. read more

We're currently staying at Kalahari for two nights with our two little kids, and I have to say the cleaning service is absolutely awful. No one ever came to clean our room. Instead, they just left a card basically begging for a tip before doing any cleaning. With young kids, things naturally get messy, and as busy parents, we don't always have time to think about tipping ahead of time we usually tip after we see the service provided, like everywhere else. Apparently, if you don't tip in advance, they just skip your room entirely. No trash taken out, no beds made, no towels refreshed. Nothing. We came back from a long day at the water park with tired kids only to walk into a messy room with zero clean towels. Totally unacceptable. This is a terrible way to treat families who are here to relax. We paid a lot to stay here, and basic room cleaning should be part of the experience not something held hostage behind a tip card. Kalahari, please fix this. You're ruining the family experience with this approach. read more

Wasting time finding a place to eat was primarily because of this. Restaurants weren't all open on Saturday - minimal choices. We came here in 2023. We had an amazing time. Stayed for 3 days, 2 nights. I felt taken care of during check-in and we were able to unload everything, find close parking and get to our room early. We went straight to the waterpark when we first arrived and it was very clean everywhere which we loved. The food inside the waterpark are basic snacks and American foods like burgers, pizza etc. Pricing was exactly like going to a tourist spot, overpriced, but we knew what we were getting into. Our room was very clean. Very comfy beds and spacious with two queen beds and a sofa bed where my niece slept and she loved having her own space. Next day we went to coffee shop (Starbucks related?) downstairs for my coffee and we went to their breakfast/brunch buffet. Very pleased with the breakfast and brunch options here! Worth the price per person. We especially loved the juice shots. My kids ate a lot here. My husband and I went to the adult swim up bar/grotto area which was so nice. We wish we could've stayed there longer. Our last day we explored around, went to the waterpark for a little bit and then went to Tom Foolery's arcade. It is a huge arcade area! Because we had such a great experience we are booking a stay for this year 2025 and will be trying out everything new and all the things we didn't get to do like the steakhouse restaurant and more time at the arcade and the bowling alley. We went to kalahari and stayed the night for my nephews birthday! We found quite a good deal which was only 100$ more than just doing the waterpark itself. Also when you stay the night u can enter the waterpark the day of check in and the day of check out, for the entire day! The rooms were nice and beds were comfy however we had to turn the air wayyyy down to 65 to get the room cool enough. We had a great view of the dell diamond fireworks from our room which was a nice touch for the kids after a long day. We also had a slight issue with our fridge upon waking up we noticed it wasn't working and some of our items weren't good to eat. The staff was kind and quick to respond and gave us a food voucher which came in handy. Since I'm a local I would stay again if I get a good deal but the place is kinda pricy all around. We got 3 coffees in the morning equaling $30. Our food for 2 adults (we shared a few appetizers and didn't get meals) and 3 kids meals came out to $97. While I understand it's a "resort" there I feel should be some standing discount for everywhere around there for locals (maybe within 30 miles?) on any given day. BUT that's my opinion I suppose. We stayed one night at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions on a Sunday, and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were able to check into our room immediately, which made everything so much easier. We used a check in machine up front in the lobby. One night was sufficient for us since you can take advantage of the water park the day of check in and check out. We did not need to valet as we found a luggage cart easily. As soon as we arrived, we parked in the parking lot and grabbed a luggage car to load up our items. I took the advice of other moms where I immediately put the tray of snacks and water up on top of the shelf so we could avoid getting charged for the $7 water and expensive snacks. The highlight of our stay was definitely the water park. We had a lot of fun and were pleased to find it wasn't too crowded, making it more enjoyable for everyone. One complaint I had was the fact there is no changing table in the three bathrooms near the little kids water area. Another mom gave me a tip to put two chairs together and change the diaper super quick. Very thankful for her tip as I would have to walk to the main area for a baby changing table and wait in line. The kids had an absolute blast the next day playing games in the Tom Foolery area, and it was heartwarming to see them so happy and entertained. As parents, we do these things to create memorable experiences for our little ones, and Kalahari definitely delivered. We had an awesome time and look forward to coming back for another fun-filled stay. read more

I went on a Thursday evening, and it was pretty much packed. The lines for rides were mostly not too long but moved pretty slow. The rides are fun but very similar to one another, so it feels a little repetitive after a couple of them. My biggest eek was the women's shower room. In the shower booths, the water pressure is so low it's basically a trickle. I tried another shower booth and it was also the same. I couldn't take a shower properly afterwards, and had to leave feeling yucky. My companion said that men's shower booths were okay, so I'm not sure if women's bathroom had an issue temporarily, but there certainly wasn't any signs/warnings about the low water pressure anywhere. read more

We love this place, we came last year the same days (veterans Day and the day before) the kids area is huge, they have a wonderful time. Last year the kids were never cold, they had a great time. This year the kids lips are turning blue they're so cold. I would have to agree with them, I've spent the majority of the time cold. I don't know what they have done from last year to this, but the temperature of the building and the water has changed drastically. It is too cold. This is a great indoor water park, good hotel, and it's proximity to restaurants off property makes up for lackluster on property redtaurant experiences. We have stayed here twice now. Once for almost a week and once for a couple days. Separated by nearly a year, these experiences were consistent enough for me to feel I can fairly review the resort. First off, it's more expensive than it's primary competitor. That may give you pause, but I encourage you to pick Kalahari anyways. Pros: The water park. No stinging eyes. Food options are adequate for staying in the water park most of the day if you want. The slides range from kid appropriate to high thrills for solo and groups alike. The rooms are larger, generally, than the competition. They are also better maintained or at least newer. Cons: Back to back days on our first trip we had 1.5 hr waits for food in the restaurants. And all that wait just to get decent food for great food prices. We gave it one more shot on our 2nd trip and that was the end of that. Again a very long wait. The arcade --- we've got four kids and two can pull about anything on the first try with a claw machine at any arcade. That is, except this one. Watching plushy after plushy, ticket roll after ticket roll, dropped after a perfect pickup due to obviously weak claws and intentional programming to shake items loose is super aggravating. In summary for a great experience we recommend the water park and the hotel rooms. Desert on site can be pretty great. Hand food like fries and pizza in the water park aren't bad for keeping the kids energized. Consider leaving the resort for regular meals and while you are out, take advantage of an arcade or other similar entertainment off resort. read more

Bedbugs in room 5516. When we went to the lobby to get a new room the front desk accused us of "making up" the issue. The rest of our party is in a suite and there was blood on the sheets. Next day update. First call if the day from management I was told no bugs were found in the room. Second call of the day it was now been determined tiny "beetles" came in on the luggage cart, jumped off the luggage cart, crawled across the room, and crawled between the sheets of my still made bed. ALL the sneaky beetles stayed in the first "not infested" room. Nothing will be done about the front desk person with poor customer service skills. read more

Worst check-in process. Check-in kios were useless. Disorganized bunch here. Valet is stuck, nobody there to move the line. Staff is not helpful other than to tell you none of their stuff are working. read more

This place is expensive but oh so fun. More slides, pools and age appropriate spaces for young's kids and an adult grotto (21+ IDs are checked). The park is better than Great Wolf, pool water is a comfortable temp and food prices inside the water park aren't terrible. The hotel stay is SO expensive but once you're here there is no reason to leave. read more

It's s beautiful, there's an indoor amusement park/water park, they have lots of different places to eat, (you can make smores), they have gorgeous African artwork all around, and they have live concerts and more! read more

Lots of games and actives and rides outside the water park. The kids actually get tickets which my daughter loved.
