She can be fussing all morning, but as soon as she sees Rosalba, it's all smiles and giggles. It was hard getting started with the naps on demand- first she slept too much and now she doesn't sleep enough. She's very social and always on the move. It has been amazing seeing his language skills develop at Didactica and understanding so much Spanish before the age of 2! We now have our 5 month old baby girl enrolled as well and she has been with Miss Yisel since she was just 2 months old. We know she is safe, happy and loved in the classroom and is always welcomed with a smile! He isn't nearly as aggressive at home as he was with the other school and has learning to communicate better and follow direction better and he just loves the playground so much too and they do full on potty training too so the months of stalled potty training at his last school and two months of being at this one and at home training he is almost 100% trained aside from nighttime.

After talking to a few pest companies, not only did they get the species of ants wrong (acrobat vs carpenter) which affects the bait being used, but they also can't get their story straight. I contacted them about an ant infestation inside my home. The technician who came out placed sugar bait inside to eliminate colony. He told me that an exterior treatment was not necessary at that time. I accepted that recommendation, due to potential exposure for my active dog. Months later, I called to follow up because the ant problem had not been resolved. I was then told the $216.50 treatment of simply adding sugar bait for the interior also included exterior treatment during the original visit. That was surprising because I was never told an exterior treatment had been done. When I asked where it had been applied, they did not give me a clear answer regarding the exterior. Paying for another treatment isn't the issue. If the ants require another visit, I'm happy to pay for it. My concern is that the explanation of what was actually done has changed. Now, they're saying I have to pay another $216 for their services again. Something just isn't adding up. If there's a reasonable explanation, I'd like to hear it. Based on the conflicting information, I have little confidence in their service.

The quarterly exterior treatments have been well worth it for me. Wasps and ants are a recurring issue around my home, so keeping up with regular service has made a big difference. If I have a specific problem between visits, like a wasp nest, they're quick to come out and take care of it. Most of what I need is included in the annual service. Mosquito treatment is an additional charge, but that's separate from the standard plan. I also appreciate that they don't push unnecessary interior treatments when there aren't any issues. Their pricing is competitive, and their payment and scheduling system is excellent. It's easy to manage appointments, and they're very responsive by text whenever I have a question or need service. Overall, I've been very happy with Atex and would definitely recommend them.

My Takeaway Apex delivers on availability and technical competence when you're in a crisis. However, I'd strongly recommend getting multiple quotes if time permits, as their emergency pricing appears significantly above market rate. The convenience of immediate service came at a steep premium that I wasn't prepared for. Would I use them again? Only in a true emergency where no other options exist, and I'd request detailed pricing breakdowns upfront. For future customers: Get clear, written estimates before work begins, and ask about all potential additional fees.

For the price I would've appreciated if they included atleast one add-on such as slime or crafts. 3. It is a very tight window - 1.5 hours with only 30 mins in the private room. I wish we could've had a total of 2 hours in the space so it wouldn't have felt as rushed.

At the time she was in the infant room. The first day seemed to go okay, but the second day she was out by lunch time. I use to work in childcares so I understand what all happens behind closed doors. So when I tell you I saw her asleep on the floor twice and the teacher never picked her up to put her in her crib was all kinds of wrong. It took multiple calls to get ahold of anyone. When we finally reached someone to tell them our daughter was asleep on the floor, they said they would go talk to the teacher. We live under 10 minutes from the childcare, within the time I hung up, got in my car, drove the 10 minutes and walked into her room, she was still asleep on the floor! The teachers excuse is that she was having a rough time and didn't want to wake her. When I left with her and all her stuff, the director could care less that she was loosing a customer. No attempt to try and keep us or give us a refund. What a disgrace!

This center just opened and Lashelle and Manoj were so helpful and understanding in our situation. So knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate them so much from the tour to our last day. If my work schedule required me to continue day shifts I would have definitely kept my baby girl there. 10/10 thank yall so much!

My daughter just turned 2 and has been attending for almost a year now. She's been in 2 different classes during that time (older infant and then toddler) and we have never had a disappointing day. The director Manju is so kind and helpful. The front desk/admin Annette is warm and welcoming everyday. My little girl always gives her a big hug. Our teacher Angela is a superhero. I don't know how she does all she does with these toddlers! On top of that, the company has an amazing app, cameras to check in on your child, the teachers send photos and updates throughout the day and the meals and snacks always look so yummy. There are "theme" days (today was wear your favorite Disney!), curriculum, school wide events (hello Trunk or Treating and Thanksgiving lunch!) and parent teacher conferences to keep parents engaged and in the loop. This was the first experience my kids had at a preschool, and they struggled with being left for the first few weeks, but each other teachers was patient and understanding. They helped them transition into this new schedule with gentleness, and soon my kids couldn't wait to go in the mornings. On more than one occasion my older daughter would ask if I could come pick her up later because she was having so much fun. Now that I'm finished with school, going back to work and finding childcare for my youngest was a no brainer - why would we go anywhere else? My hope is to keep him here as long as possible! I'm so thankful the open communication I have with their staff, and their policies during everything that's happened since last March have been easy to understand, and appreciated. Their director Joyce is very hands on, and helpful in meeting our childcare needs. Other staff members have been so kind, and I love that my kids love going to their classes. The way they keep me up to date through their app is also super awesome. 10/10 would recommend.
