Everything is clean, access to the bathrooms is great (clean as well) and there is lots of shade along the seat wall the borders the splash pad. There is a pavilion with picnic tables and playground in the same area as well. There are several berms that keep the kiddos from running into the street too. There is a large button that sets the water features into motion and it runs for about 2 minutes at a time. My son is a bit possessive of this button when we're out there (sorry other moms) and I've seen a few scuffles break out over the privilege of hitting the button next. There are buckets that dump water, jets that create water tunnels, little fountains safe for the younger kiddos, and lots of rubberized play surface. I hired a catering company to provide the tea service; they provided almost everything needed for an amazing tea but we were able to use some of the Kitchen House's dishes and supplies to fill in the few items we needed. The space was generous in size; parking was free and there was plenty of parking. The space is light and airy; the bathroom is spotlessly clean. My guests and the catering staff were raving about how great the venue was. The rental process was very easy and the rates very reasonable. I would be very happy to rent this space in the future for other events.

I let Maddie know we would be cancelling our membership on July 1st, making the 30 days expire on July 31st. Maddie stated that we would be charged August 1st because they require an additional bill cycle when receiving notice. It does not say that anywhere when you sign up, nor do they tell you that. When I asked for a manager or the owner or whoever could help me with this issue, Maddie stated in a text message that she was the program director and nobody else could make the decision. All this to say, be careful about signing up for this program as their business practices are terrible.

The kids absolutely loved all of the animals and especially the pony rides! The people are friendly and very informative of the animals while the kids were petting them. They were able to set up wherever we wanted which was convenient and so exciting to have right in our backyard. They were quick to set up and to even put the animals away. Terrible experience that almost ruined the event, gratefully I was able to find a replacement since I could never get El Rancho representatives to email or call me back after many attempts.
