After another two weeks, I called and went to pick up. But the front desk lady didn't let me take the printer because she could't find the warranty paper. But I handed the paperwork to the same lady 41 days ago! So I used her computer to download the paperwork but her printer was broken and couldn't print it out! I have been in the US for 18 years and have never seen people do business this way.

I found two rows of printers, along with an entire row of printer ink options. In the center was a small computer area. In the back of the store there were many discount end caps, from decorative desk items to children's toys. They sell computer and office software, and, right now, tax materials are available.
