It turns out I didn't buy a chair that was right for my body, and she said I needed to go to Ergoprise where they will fit you for a chair. Stephanie spent a lot of time with me showing me different chairs that would meet my needs and how to adjust them. I decided on one that REALLY supports my spine. It feels so great, and my shoulders aren't slumped forward. I also got this cool separating keyboard and an Oyster mouse that's better for your hand than a normal one. I hope my neck appreciates all this TLC!

I learned more about my chair from Stephanie than from the other guys who sold it to me. I highly recommend Austin Back if you want to improve your work or home office setup. Stephanie is very knowledgable on ergonomics and solutions for your home office. Austin Back can customize a chair for your height and size. I did purchase a fatigue matt that Stephanie recommended to use with my stand up desk setup and it is awesome, I can now put in more work hours....but who wants to do that? I will definitely go back for future home office products.

called these guys, i cant remember the gentleman's name i spoke with but he was extremely helpful…read moreover the phone. I have an HP- all in one and wanted to know if it was worth fixing or just replacing altogether. He diagnosed the issue over the phone, advised me it was not worth the price of fixing (although he couldve easily made money from it) and even advised me on which brands are most reliable and which to stay away from. So needless to say, I'm now on the market for a new Printer all-in-one ... thanks to this person's honesty, saving me money, time and headaches. *hint - wont be buying HP again ...

They initially told me abut one week. 10 days later no response so I called them and was told that the part has not been ordered yet. After another two weeks, I called again was told that the part has arrived but not installed yet. After another 14 days, I called and was told the part was installed but not tested yet. After another two weeks, I called and went to pick up. But the front desk lady didn't let me take the printer because she could't find the warranty paper. But I handed the paperwork to the same lady 41 days ago! So I used her computer to download the paperwork but her printer was broken and couldn't print it out! I have been in the US for 18 years and have never seen people do business this way.

The store really does seem to have all of your office needs, plus some things I didn't expect…read more There were more notebooks and planners than I could count (who knew there was such a demand!). I also found a lot of calendars: small and large desk calendars, wall calendars, day by day calendars. And, this review is in February and they are still full price. Other than that, they sell office furniture: desks, chairs, shelves, filing cabinets. Many pieces are available for you to touch and try out. I found two rows of printers, along with an entire row of printer ink options. In the center was a small computer area. In the back of the store there were many discount end caps, from decorative desk items to children's toys. They sell computer and office software, and, right now, tax materials are available. There's so much else, so check out the pictures! I wasn't bothered by anyone as I walked around. Two people asked if I needed help and politely left when I said no. That said, the person at the register was false-friendly and obnoxiously enthusiastic. She also had an aggressive memorized speel to try to sell some kind of membership, which I declined quickly with the answer to a single question, but it threw her off, so she continued talking until she caught herself. Someone needs to get her to chill out and act like a real human. Overall, this is a solid office supply store.

Stay away from this store and its print/copy center. I would give this location zero stars if that…read morewere possible. Due to its convenient location, I continued to give this copy center multiple chances--more than three--to complete an order correctly, but each time resulted in poor service. Not only does the staff lack a basic understanding of how to perform their job properly, but the manager also appears to be lacking the skills necessary to effectively run the store. After a significant amount of wasted time and frustration, the manager advised that a credit would be applied; however, it was never processed as promised.

The frustration is coming in to the printing services now a second time and then the employee tells you they don't know how to use the system at all (hits now i am a employee not getting paid to train your staff- make it make now I'm an employee night, since leadership )and hoping that they print on your labels correctly so that you don't rest any more time or paper.not sure what's going on or if this location is under new management, but we have to do better and how we train our employees and make sure that the communication and clear so that there's a proper expectation. It is frustrating that the staff argues with you after sharing they dont know how to use the system. Smh and then turns the screen back to you to figure out which label needs to be printed out. This also may be a personal growth for me and learning more patients. As a small business owner, you have to learn to work with other people, regardless of their lack of customer service skills.
