Heroes Brought in a dead Alienware with a graphics card and power supply I had bought separately trying to fix the problem. (Had no idea what was wrong). I feared the worst, but they found it was just some bent pins that were shorting out the board. On the original assessment, they had not seen the issue but afterwards checked again unsatisfied with the lack of results and found the issue when I had given up hope. They could have up charged me on a random part or something but instead just charged me for the hour diagnostic and set me on my way. I brought my laptop in to replace the battery. When I picked it up, the bottom right corner of the cover (display screen) was lose and not that way when I brought it in. The tech said it was no big problem and the way these computers are made they have all sorts of plastic snaps and one should not present any problem. Well not true. As I opened and closed the lid, slowly the edge of the cover started pulling way. Now this is what it looks like and I will have to purchase a new computer. Horrible service. Our computer has had the battery replaced twice in 6 Months. Again the battery went out and we took it back as it was still under warranty. We were told no warranty and it would need to be replaced a 3rd time. We paid for the name brand battery then last week was told they do not install name brand batteries. This has cost us over $500! we have called twice and left messages for the owner to call us. Or he is never in the office. Never returns calls. These guys are great! I have taken my older laptop there a couple of times now. This last time, I was just sure that the new battery that I had recently installed was somehow defective - however they immediately checked the pin in the power cord and noticed that it was bent. Less than two minutes later, they had it unbent and were booting up my computer. They patiently waited to make sure that the battery was now charging, and even did some minor adjustments to the start-up programs so that it powered up more quickly. And the best part, they didn't make me feel like an idiot for not realizing it was something this simple! I've been using Click since I moved to Georgetown. They've been out to the house to set things up and more recently I took our tower in when the hard drive froze up. Travis listened to what was going wrong and what I'd done attempting to fix the problem, then detailed it all in his typed notes for the file. Charles had to replace both drives and was able to recover all of my files without any data loss. They also had replacement drives at better prices than I found online. Charles and Travis were both extremely professional and polite, and the billing invoice is very detailed in regards to everything they did. It's 3 pages long. Really. Everything they did.
