My house is old and some things done by previous owners were problematic like having that circuit powered by two breakers. They fixed that problem, fixed the outlets and installed a new breaker. Now my right side of my screen won't work and I have to go to an authorized apple installer for a new screen to spend even more money!! They repaired my screen and immediately after the sound on/off switch stopped functioning. The man on the phone when I called just kept telling me it wasn't his problem. Aside from that the screen he installed is faulty. It double taps the space bar constantly(as you can see), and the screen won't light up unless you hit the lock button. Update: my new screen now has a mind of its own and operates without touching it. DO NOT let him SCAM you with his "1 month warranty" when I brought the issues to the business owners attention he told me I had one week to bring my phone in or he would not be doing anything to repair the faulty screen that HE INSTALLED! New frig installed 4 days later, breaker flipped again. I knew it was the breaker but I won't mess with that type of electrical issues. Sent a request through Yelp and was contacted by Russell Electric. He wasn't able to make it until Wednesday. After our conversation he decided to come out that same night. (I had just lost a lot of food with the old frig and was rather frustrated with it all) It was 9:45pm. It took him 45min to an hour. Fixed the issue in like 15 min and made sure all was well before he left. He knew what he was doing and he explained it as he did. He gave me some information about the breaker and put my mind to rest. Friendly, courteous and just all around great guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN! I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile. He will be who I call if I ever need anything ever again. Thank you again! I slept well knowing this was not an issue anymore.
