I am really grateful for Dr. Jenny & Austin MD. While my blood, urine & stool test results weren't easy to swallow, I am grateful to finally understand what is happening in my body so that I can make adjustments, ESPECIALLY with the my diet (and I thought I was really healthy). I think we all get cosmetic procedures for different reasons, and choose providers for different reasons too. Here are my thoughts: 1) ease of scheduling: maybe you're like me and you're fine, you're fine, it looks ok, it's fine, EMERGENCY ACTION IS NEEDED! Dr. Roy's team scheduled my via emails and got me in right away. 2) cost: beauty is expensive, but not here! I've done the gamut--Groupon, Botox parties, elite derm clinics...Dr. Roy's team gave me the look I wanted at 1/3 of the price I was anticipating. 3) expertise: Rebekka blew me away. She suggested dysport (convert!!!) and her treatment was on point. I told her that I wanted a smooth forehead but expressive eyebrows. She delivered. 4) Covid: eh. Needs to be discussed. I felt very safe. They had a large waiting room and I was there by myself until my friend arrived for her appointment. Everyone wore masks and distanced wonderfully. Dr. Roy's team has so many other interventions I can't wait to try! Definitely check them out for cosmetic procedures--novice or pro they'll treat you like a gem and make you shine that much brighter. read more

I am so glad I finally took the plunge to better myself with the help of the AustinMD team! Coming off of a bad experience from one of the nationally known med spas, I was apprehensive about starting over. But this was so easy. From the first consultation to education around the options that were best suited to me to the skin care, I felt in great hands. They answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in my choice for procedure and future maintenance. There seems to be a wide-range of treatment options for all needs and within each type of treatment there are different levels they provide based on your comfort level. I was ecstatic to learn that I didn't have to go down the route of injects or invasive, painful procedure to address my concerns! Right then, I knew this was the right place for me. They weren't in it to just take my money; they really wanted me to be happy and to help me feel my best. Jeanine was great! She walked me thorugh all of my options and answered all the questions I had about products and procedures. The location is great even if you're coming from south, just a straight shot up the toll or 183; the office is beautiful and comfortable and the staff are so nice and non-pretentious. Update to my previous 2 star review. I so wanted to love this place a few months ago and now I do! Co-owner Lidia Roy reached out to me to apologize for my bad experience and offered to me 10 free units of Botox and a free hydrafacial as an olive branch! I certainly did not anticipate this, and it was not my intention to get anything free when I wrote my last review. I took her up on her offer and was treated with utmost respect and professionalism as soon as I walked in the door. Jennifer, who is very sweet and welcoming, signed me in, and Lidia welcomed me with open arms. Yes, even after I gave them a bad review...she is such a gracious woman! Jeanine took me back and gave me the hydrafacial which was amazing, and she explained to me everything she was doing...also gave me a complimentary VISIA scan to assess my complexion. This girl really knows what she's talking about and seemed to enjoy her job very much! I left her treatment room with a glow that my skin has never had! Next I was taken to see Kat, who was a definite pleasure...so outgoing and easy to talk to. I felt like I'd known her for years! Her knowledge and expertise of injecting Botox is truly amazing. She is very conscientious in the way she injects, and is also good at explaining her technique and the whys and wherefores of that technique, which by the way was pretty close to painless! The Roys, who own this place, really have a wonderful business model and will do anything to please their clients/patients in my opinion. I love this place and will definitely be back again and again and again and...you get the picture. Oh yeah, I also purchased some of their products for my complexion (that I'm very picky about), and so far so good. They're keeping me glowing...what more could a girl want? I would give 0 stars if I could. Supposedly a detective, but that's a lie. Dr. Roy kept telling me there was nothing wrong with my neck, even though I knew there was. He wouldn't help me get an upright MRI, and did not tell me that maybe I had EDS. He didn't tell me about mold either. I had to find out about both of those on my own. Didn't tell me that physical therapy was important for me. So now I am nearly paralyzed, and no idea how long I will live thanks to him and lots of other doctors. I have learned that traditional doctors don't know or care to learn about EDS. He had a big hand in this even though he wasn't my primary doctor. I worked with him for quite some time. Doctors want to believe they know everything though, because of their huge egos. I knew some thing was wrong, but he convinced there wasn't. There will be a huge lawsuit. He needs to be held accountable and his life ruined just like he ruined ours. I am sure they will try to cover it up as well, but I won't let that happen. I will post about this every where I can write reviews, so that way everyone will know what he really did and what he's really like. He seems nice and good at first, but it's all a facade. Especially if you have EDS, you will be on your own, abandoned and neglected. read more

I'm very grateful to have found AustinMD. I go there for healthcare not aesthetics, but based on my experience, clients will likely be pleased with whatever service they need. Dr Roy impressed me on so many levels. I'm not used to having an MD who talks to me with respect, and who fully listens to my details and ideas. I'm also not used to a doctor devoting so much time per patient. 90 minutes!! It was enough time for me to ask every possible question and receive full and clear answers. I'm also impressed with his eagerness to look into the finer details for each individual. He's not just going to quickly write basic prescriptions and send you off. I think he wants to actually heal you so that you don't need the prescription. The approach shows that he is serious about finding health for his patient, and that he believes health can be found. This is a Doctor who clearly cares about people and will make a real effort for you. I've also been fortunate to spend time with many of the other staff while receiving treatments that they offer. I experienced genuine kindness and caring from everyone there. This is a team of hardworking people who are honestly interested in helping people. I would NOT recommend Tammy the nutritionist. Her knowledge seems to be limited in scope to the stool test which obviously has its limitations. I also really question the accuracy of the test. You are better off googling to determine a diet that works best for you. She was aware of my histamine issues, yet recommended several high histamine foods. She also recommended grains, which really should NOT be recommended for anyone with GI issues. Furthermore, she also stated that bile helps break down bile... Does that really make sense to anyone? No I think not. Probably the most frustrating of all is that her primarly recommendation was to make an appointment with one of their practitioners. Obviously if I had wanted to do that I would have done so. Unfortunately this was a waste of time and money. I cannot recommend her to anyone. read more
