They provide multiple videos with the 20+ pages of forms. Due to a disability, I have a hard time watching or just listening to videos. I requested the written docs or transcripts to look at; was told nothing existed but not to worry, the doc would spend extra time answering any questions. I completed every form and requested all recent lab work from several doctors and sent it scanned as requested in advance. Why? No reason apparently. The doc came in and clearly had not even glanced for one second at anything I submitted. How do I know? My medical situation is extremely complex; I have multiple issues that turned out to seriously rule out the surgery at all; she seems very uneducated about many of my conditions, but didn't admit it or ask questions about them. She seemed to think I could just quit taking lithium; but, conversely, Her answers about the surgery, pre and post procedures, etc. were very thorough and easy to understand. Obviously, you want a surgeon who can operate, so, if the pesky patient communication is too much, assign someone else. BTW, I was not asked if I was comfortable with another doctor/student/resident, etc. being in the room. I don't care, and I am not shy. However, I know many people uncomfortable with this who would not contradict a doctor. This was a very long drive. My boyfriend had to take time off work. The doc said all of their materials for education, maintenance, etc. were videos only. i guess if you are disabled, you are out of luck. She clearly seems to have helped many people and since I am not having surgery, I cannot speak to that.

I have hardly ever written an online review, but I feel absolutely compelled to do so after my experiences at AustinMD Aesthetics & Wellness have been extraordinary exceptional. Simply put, there is no better place when it comes to the field of aesthetics, integrative, and regenerative medicine. There also is no better and more caring of a doctor than Dr. Roy. He has been my doctor for 3 months and he is as caring, attentive, and focused today as he was on day one. Dr. Roy came into my life when I was critically ill and at the weakest point I had ever been medically. I am a very active, outgoing, and productive man, and my illness rendered me unable to do even the most basic things in my otherwise busy life. The mortality rate for my diagnosis was around 40-60%. Thanks to Dr. Roy's attention, care, and treatment -- I was able to spring back to life. The numerous things he recommended as well as the Ozone Treatment I did at Austin MD A&W restored my immune system and helped me return to my life. In short, I am not exaggerating when I say Dr. Roy saved my life. Five stars all the way around! I have been going to AustinMD for well over a year now and can not stop recommending to everyone I see! They care about you as a person which is not easy to find. I went in to start my weight loss journey January 2024 and they cheered me along every single step of the way. They helped me clear my skin as I continued my journey and when I had my last appointment I felt confidence I haven't felt in years. In July of '24 I got engaged and by April of '25 realized I had gained some weight back I wanted to loose for my wedding in August. I made an appointment and it was like a home coming walking through the doors! It was as if I never left! Ms. Lydia and Dr. John cheered when I told them about getting married and we immediately started carving out a plan to get me exactly where I want to be for my wedding day. I was suffering from muscle pains (fibromialgia), for many years, then liver issues, then thyroid and then became prediabetic. Regular doctors did not look for the cause but only prescribed pills to treat symptoms, i am highly sensitive to meds, after they learn about side effects, they just stopped treating me. Fortunately, I met dr John Gonzales PA, who started looking really carefully at what's going on! At first consultation he right a way knew what is the problem! I was heading to Austin for work and I was recommended to visit the Austin MD Clinic. During COVID times, I was a little apprehensive, but their regard for safety and cleanliness was amazing. When I arrived they did a temperature check and questionnaire. Social distancing was maintained whenever possible. The doctor (Roy) was extremely knowledgeable, and guided the conversation to understand more about my health. He created a custom tailored plan for me, and reviewed the pros/cons thoroughly. The results were amazing, I received several treatments from them and I've literally never felt better! I first met Dr. Roy Kausik when I was a patient in ICU at Cedar Park Medical Center. I was impressed with his peaceful demeanor, the amount of time he spent listening to me and his insight into the chronic conditions that had paved the way for my current issue to happen. I was thrilled to learn that a few months after my hospital stay, he had opened a clinic in Cedar Park that focuses on preventative health and correcting underlying conditions. I've been coming to see Dr Roy regularly for months, along with Tammy in Nutrition and Jackie in IV services. Update: I love working with Jeanine. She knows what's best for your skin. By her recommendations, I did MOXI treatment in October then a month later, used brightening pad daily. I've attached the comparison picture. (No filter, same lighting!) You can see the significant difference. I'm so happy with the results! It was my first time visiting the AustinMD today.
