Their pricing looks great at $10/unit, but after my recent experiences, I honestly do not think it is worth it. The last time I got Botox there, I barely saw a difference. I went back two weeks later for a touch-up, and still barely noticed any improvement. At first, I thought maybe my face had gotten used to Botox since I've been getting it for over 10 years. I ended up trying Dysport somewhere else, and it worked right away. About a year later, I decided to give Beautiful Solutions another try and got Xeomin. The results were awful. I came back two weeks later, and the injector touched it up with Botox because we thought maybe my body just didn't respond to Xeomin. When I asked how many units I had received the first time, I found out it was way under the 50 units I paid for. That was really frustrating. I was paying for units I apparently did not receive, and the results showed it. I ended up going somewhere else for Botox before summer, and it worked just fine, so I clearly was not immune to Botox or Xeomin. I believe I was just severely under-injected. To make it worse, they ask for a tip at checkout. By the time I paid for the treatment, touch-ups, and then had to go somewhere else to fix it, this ended up costing me over $900 when it should have been closer to $500. I went there because I thought I was saving money, but I ended up spending more and getting poor results. I would avoid this place and just pay normal pricing somewhere reputable. You'll likely get what you actually pay for.

I requested the written docs or transcripts to look at; was told nothing existed but not to worry, the doc would spend extra time answering any questions. I completed every form and requested all recent lab work from several doctors and sent it scanned as requested in advance. Why? No reason apparently. The doc came in and clearly had not even glanced for one second at anything I submitted. How do I know? My medical situation is extremely complex; I have multiple issues that turned out to seriously rule out the surgery at all; she seems very uneducated about many of my conditions, but didn't admit it or ask questions about them. She seemed to think I could just quit taking lithium; but, conversely, Her answers about the surgery, pre and post procedures, etc. were very thorough and easy to understand. Obviously, you want a surgeon who can operate, so, if the pesky patient communication is too much, assign someone else. BTW, I was not asked if I was comfortable with another doctor/student/resident, etc. being in the room. I don't care, and I am not shy. However, I know many people uncomfortable with this who would not contradict a doctor. This was a very long drive. My boyfriend had to take time off work. The doc said all of their materials for education, maintenance, etc. were videos only. i guess if you are disabled, you are out of luck. She clearly seems to have helped many people and since I am not having surgery, I cannot speak to that.

My husband and I both tried to resolve this issue with them. They wouldn't try to work with us to resolve the issue. Now it's turned over for collections. This is fine because they aren't getting another dime from me.

I'm pregnant and less than two weeks away from delivery. My Obgyn recommended getting an IV cocktail to boost my immunity before I go into the hospital. I contacted IV Drip Ladies and Sonya spent the time to answer all of my questions and recommended a custom blend of vitamins, minerals, and glutathione. Communication and scheduling were easy and very prompt. I'm a nurse and very picky about medical procedures, but Sonya was excellent! A buddy suggested that I go to an IV hydration clinic instead. The obgyn nurse said an IV hydration clinic would probably be cheaper than paying ten percent at an ER. My husband found Smooth Aesthetics. Smooth Aesthetics is owned by nurse Oscar and his physician wife Dr. Leyva. Oscar was able to see me within two hours at their Round Rock location. I paid $200 for two saline bags plus Zofran. Zofran is an anti-nausea medication, which Oscar thought might help with the other end, but it didn't. Nonetheless, I didn't feel like dying from dehydration anymore, and the baby was safe. For an additional $25, Oscar will travel to your house if you're unable to get a ride. If you only need one bag of saline, it's $150. It's much cheaper than going to an ER. He also administers generic semaglutinide for $300/ month. He showed me before and after pictures of his personal weight loss of forty pounds, and he looks amazing. I would be interested in a NAD IV in the future as it's all the celebrity rage right now for anti aging.

At a visit meant to review abnormal labs (elevated testosterone, estradiol, and hematocrit) and address a promised phlebotomy, Dr. Hughes walked in with a nurse he was training, made a cross/blessing gesture over me (like the sign of the cross -- "in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit") instead of using a stethoscope or checking my vitals, said "you're alive, see you next week," and left -- all in under 10 seconds. All the while his nurse in training was laughing. No exam, no discussion of my labs, no plan. The phlebotomy that had been promised for that visit never happened. I had sent an initial email with my concerns about the high levels of hematocrit, testosterone, and estradiol. Dr. Hugh said that he would do a lobotomy to remove blood And he would prescribe something for the estradiol level. That never happened, and instead I had that bad experience I just explained. Immediately after the visit, I emailed him to say that we never discussed those things, and I never received a response from him. At my first visit with him, he also spent time on unsolicited political commentary about the president rather than addressing my health concerns, which felt out of place in a medical appointment. If you're looking for TRT care, I'd recommend a provider who treats hormone monitoring -- especially hematocrit, which carries real clotting risk if unmanaged -- with real attention. I switched to a urologist who specializes in Low T and it's been a completely different level of care. Looking at other reviews, there has been complaints about Dr. Hughes here, so it looks like Total Men's Primary Care does not concern themselves with the professionalism of their doctors. Go ahead and avoid this place. It may be convenient, but it's not safe for you.
