On day 1 I love the HS soup broth, day 2 the soup vegetables with the rice, day 3 I repeat with the broth and day 4 vege and leftover rice and day 5 veg lo mein, this method works for me, and helps my body get back on track. Linda totally understands that her food makes me feel loads better and I able to get out of bed and function- I am not saying she is a miracle worker but...... after 10+ years of this, whenever I am sick- I can only say- that her restaurants hot & sour soup is my happiness, gets me out of bed able to work.
