In Scottsdale for 5 days and this was the absolute best place my mother and I went to. Both of us had amazing people. These women knew what they were doing and left both of us feeling far better than when we came in. This is the best massage I have ever had. May is excellent and I was fully stretched out after my session. If you haven't had a massage in a while, you will go through massive pain because she will get every possible knot out. I was feeling great in 48 hours. You can get a combo massage which is a mix between Swedish and stretching. I highly recommend this. The staff is very respectful and good. Plus their pricing is awesome. I am so glad there is finally a truly authentic THAI massage place in the Phoenix area that actually has THAI massage therapists providing real Thai massage unlike some of the others in town which are really just foot massage/reflexology. I don't think most locals even know what a real Thai Massage is supposed to be, but now they can by coming here. Previously I would have to wait until a vacation in Los Angeles or Las Vegas to get this type of quality so having it in old town Scottsdale is great! I was expecting stretching, back walking, as well as really deep massage and got it all with the pressure I wanted. The therapist was very attentive and asked periodically if I was ok. BEST MASSAGE I EVER HAD!!!!! I've traveled the world and have the had the good fortune of getting massages in countries like Croatia, Sicily, Italy, Bermuda, Thailand, Etc. I also frequently get massages in NYC where I'm from, and this massage with Rosa was the best ever! It was unique in that she combined Thai and Swedish massage with walking on your back, hot stones, and awesome stretching. I've never been stretched like that before! My body definitely feels less achy after the massage, and I wholeheartedly attribute it to Rosa's magic fingers! I wish I lived here as I would go weekly. Randomly found this place while walking the area and decided to get a traditional thai massage. What's different about traditional thai and all those Chinese massage places is that the thai one also uses their feet to put pressure on you instead of mostly elbows and arms. Great atmosphere and very attentive work. Left with a very satisfied massage on my lower back and feet and feeling great. Probably will try to come back before I leave the area. read more

Amazing Thai massage. I will be back whenever I am near Scottsdale. I went for Thai/Swedish combo for an hour with a wonderful masseuse who's name is pronounced A. Like the Fonz would say. Asked for medium to deep. I am no expert on Thai massage but this is the best massage I have had by far. She used hot stones and cloths and did a lot of stretching in addition to massage. My fiancé and I highly recommend Authentic Thai Massage! This is as good as it gets. We've had the most amazing couples massage and we haven't felt so relaxed in a long time! The therapists are highly skilled at what they do. They ask you about any physical issues (I have a rotator cuff + slap tear), and preferred areas of focus (my fiancé's lower back: herniated disk) beforehand and find a way to respectively carefully work around it and relieve the pain. Having traveled a lot through Asia we've had many massages while there - we can honestly say this is the real deal - even better! My teenage son and I had an opportunity to visit this spa in November 2016 shortly after they opened. This is the real deal for thai massage and we both loved it. All the masseuses are Thai and having had Thai massages by multiple folks I found it very authentic. The massages take place on beds with a head cradle. They washed your feet and then proceeded into comfortable pressure , stretching l=movements, and massage. Heaven. I added hot stones in the mix as well.You have the option to share a room with someone if you like. My masseuse also frequently checked in with me on pressure and if I was comfortable. It was very inexpensive due to introductory rates. We wish this new business the best! read more

A lot of focus on working out the knots and also stretching for the last 15 minutes or so. This is a very late review from a visit I made to the area in March of this year (to see Cubs Spring Training, woohoo). The pressure applied throughout was perfect, after the massage I felt a lot of relief in my typical problem areas (right rotator cuff and lower back). My rotator cuff is something I will have to watch for the rest of my life, and after this massage it felt just like it did in my 20's (healthy!). The masseuse incorporated an outstanding stretching session, felt great in the hamstring and quads. Hot stones are always a wonderful touch, and they used them expertly here. I regret that I don't recall the name of the masseuse; she was Thai and did a wonderful job. I will update this review with her name if I remember. Authentic Thai Massage is located in a great part of Scottsdale that I really enjoy visiting when I'm in the area. The facility is very clean, water and massage clothes were provided upon arrival. I did the 90 minute traditional Thai hog massage - loved it!! I walked out feeling light, relaxed, and taller -I will definitely go back the next time I'm in Scottsdale. The beds are large, the entire place is spotless, and the owner is warm and welcoming.
