My biggest feedback for them would be to have more info on their website about the pool access and what's offered (towels, robes) and how long we have pool access (it's all day, btw). I got a Groupon for the Pure Bliss package, so I got a facial & a 60 min massage. Karen would not even let me speak, it got to the point where I had to ask her to stop talking please, because I was at this point not comfortable using them anymore and requested a refund. The very opposite of a clam, relaxing, hospitable experience....and I never even got to visit the place.
