A great reminder I need to take care of my body post workouts and after long days at the desk... My biggest feedback for them would be to have more info on their website about the pool access and what's offered (towels, robes) and how long we have pool access (it's all day, btw). Before booking, I had to call to get that info; it's be more convenient to add all of that info to their FAQ page. They also allow you to bring snackies, so I brought a fruit, cheese, and tinned fish spread. Also, wondering if they had hot tea service. That's always a nice touch post-massage. I've had an appt for 5pm today booked for a couple of months now, but when I checked in, I was informed that my appt slot was canceled because the therapist didn't show up today. I never received a call or anything, which apparently was a miscommunication between the therapists & their manager. I was sad at first, but Rubye (who checked me in) came to my rescue & offered to take me in after her client. It took me 30 min to get here, plus I didn't have anything to do, so I opted to wait for Rubye. While I was waiting, everyone was so sweet & kind. Kept checking to make sure I was okay, & one of them (a lady) offered me a mimosa & an array of goodies because of the inconvenience caused, even though I was perfectly fine! Btw, the 1.5 hour long wait was TOTALLY worth it! Rubye works wonders. I didn't realize how tense my shoulders were, but she worked them out & they're much better. I got a Groupon for the Pure Bliss package, so I got a facial & a 60 min massage. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep during the massage, & I dreamt that I was falling ... which meant I jerked awake, startling Rubye ): so sorry! But hey, I was so relaxed to the point that I was dreaming, so it's a good thing in my book! Hopefully I didn't snore ...
