It was only about a $20-$25 difference, so honestly, as a new customer, I would have expected them to honor the price their own system allowed me to book. There was really no flexibility or effort to make it right. I still came in for the massage, and the massage itself was fine. However, since the lymphatic add-on was removed, I would have had to wait about 30 minutes to use the salt room. I decided not to sit around and wait, so I just left after my massage. Overall, my issue was less with the massage and more with the customer service. Would I return? No. Would I recommend it? Probably not. Most spas at this price point are beautiful, but what really makes a spa experience special is the customer service, the guest experience, and the business thinking behind it. In this case, it felt like they chose saving $20 over creating a positive first impression with a new customer.

I haven't had much shoulder back pain since the massage and cupping and would like to try to come here maybe 1x/month.
