Authority Auto negotiates your car deal for you - they have the domain expertise to save you serious cash, and you get the bonus of a white glove treatment as a buyer. They set the appointments, they negotiated the contract, they approved the financing, and they reviewed the documents with me as I was signing. Kim saved me thousands on my Audi S6. If you're buying a less expensive car it will surely be less, but without a doubt it will cover their fee and you owe it to yourself to discover the wonders of a serious concierge service like this. I wasted $200 and my time Like many others, I was impressed by the multiple 5 star reviews. I called to see if they could help me find a used hybrid Highlander. It is a relatively rare car, especially where I live. They were enthusiastic that this was well within their capacity. A couple of weeks went by without any real progress. Lee, my main contact, claimed that there was nothing available. When I easily found a few options myself online, I forwarded them to him so he could see what kind of price he could get. After several days had passed and I called to inquire about status, Lee told me that he had called to try negotiate but that the dealers had refused. I never did get any additional used-car ideas from him and eventually, three weeks later, I gave up and decided to just go for a lease. I held out hope that Authority Auto could at least help me with that easier task. After several emails letting me know that he was continuing to look and would get back to me soon, I eventually gave up on Lee and kissed my $200 goodbye. I never heard anything more from him. They came to me HIGHLY recommended by close friends of mine and after my experience with them over the last several months, I cannot recommend Oren and his team at Authority Auto more highly. I had a very specific used vehicle in mind that was very difficult to locate, in addition to being on a very tight budget. Oren and his team pointed me to all the resources I needed to find the car of my dreams, and gave me advice and encouragement throughout my search. I had constant questions and concerns throughout the whole process from finding my car to getting it registered and insured in CA - Oren was always patient, pleasant, thorough, (funny), and timely in getting back to me. Months went by, until finally we found the car of my dreams: A 2017 Lightning Blue Mustang GT with a million specific packages and only 11,000 miles. Angela D was great. She let me know right away that she had a client or two ahead of me that she was helping, and I was not in a big rush (ideally you should NEVER rush a car buying process) so it was perfectly fine. Once it was my turn she made me feel like I was her only client. Communication via text, phone and email was very good. Concise and just the right amount. She researched specific features I had questions about, and found me the exact car I wanted. Then, even after saving me a ton on the deal, she continued working and found me an additional rebate which alone completely covered her fee. During the close when I talked to the finance manager on the phone, of course he was offering me the blah blah blah add-ons (would you like fries with that?), Angela was on the 3-way call and told me via text that she could save me a bunch more money on a pre-paid service package the dealer was talking about. I would never do it any other way. there are really TWO great services in Authority's car buying service: First is a great price: I feel like i am good at negotiating deals with car dealers, and i'm always willing to walk away if I don't get a deal I feel is good.
