In the past I owned 2 vehicles that were both leased and in which I had done the deals myself. Having driven my car for years and years it was time for a new one...but what? I didn't know, I only knew my budget. I can't say enough good things about Clyde. From day 1, I knew he was a car guy and enjoyed his work. I love cars but don't like the time and effort needed to find the next deal. I had used a different broker in the past and they were good, but I still felt it was a bit like the old-school used car salesman. So I thought I'd use a different broker and that's where SMG and Clyde come in. Wow, talk about exceptional service. My ask during our initial conversation was very broad, but speaking with Clyde, I could tell, he knew his cars and wouldn't steer me wrong. I asked him to help me narrow down my next car based on what I had driven in the past. We discussed at least 5 different cars that I was interested in. Not many brokers(like the one I used before) would have taken the time to really listen and get to know my wants in a car. On top of that, he researched all the cars I had mentioned and given me a breakdown of numbers, value, and impression of each car. Right from the get go, he had a car in mind that would fit the bill, but didn't push it upon me at all. I am so thankful for these guys!! First off I know I am picky and not that easy to work with! I wanted the impossible. I wanted a 2018 Range Rover Sport in British racing green. It seems they stopped making that color unless u special order it!! I was a bit thrown off and thought maybe they were lying to me, so I went to my local dealership in Encino (btw, they are so rude) but anyways, it was true. No more green on 2018 and up. LIKE WTF!!!! So Clyde, my broker was telling the truth. That was cool that he wasn't lying to me like the rest of the car people I had spoken to. Only thing that threw me off was the 500 dollar service fee. Of which he explained they take 250 upfront to get started. I thought this was a bit sketch then later realized why!!! Clyde is so awesome. He really truly cares and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He worked it all out for me. He got me a black on black with the wheels I wanted, then had it wrapped for me in green vinyl. It's so PERFECT!!! I love my car and I can honestly say I'm the only one out there with a green 2018 Range Rover sport lol. Once the deal was done he asked me to go the there website and pay the final 250. I did gladly. Best 500 I spent and well worth it. I didn't have to do a thing. He brought the car straight to my house and I was just in awe and in shock. Love love love my new range. I've referred my mom to Clyde as well.
