It was actually Mr. Hassan's first day, but you would never have guessed it. He handled everything with professionalism and confidence, as if he'd been doing it for years. The dealership had such a welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful Fourth of July and World Cup decorations that made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly felt valued as a customer. This is definitely going to be my go-to dealership from now on. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for excellent service and a great overall experience!

Here is how my afternoon went trying to get a status update on my daughter's 2017 Corolla, which Northridge Toyota Service Department had all day: * 4:20 PM: Returned a call from my service agent, Anthony. The representative who answered informed me Anthony had left for the day, but promised to leave a message so someone else could call me back with an update. * 5:30 PM: Still no call back. I dialed in again and spoke with Stephanie. I explained that I just wanted a simple update on the vehicle. She assured me she would have Anthony's counterpart or a manager call me immediately. * 5:50 PM: No one called. I reached out a third time and spoke to Stephanie again. * 6:00 PM (Northridge Toyota Service Department closing time) After being placed on hold by Stephanie for 10 solid minutes, the line went dead. She simply hung up on me. To treat any customer this way is wildly unprofessional, but to treat a loyal, repeat buyer like an afterthought is completely unacceptable. To say I am deeply disappointed in Northridge Toyota Service Department's complete lack of basic customer courtesy is a massive understatement.

They also didn't sugar coat the work time like another dealer we visited before coming here, who told us to bring it in right away first thing in the morning and just let the car sat there for days without any work being done. This dealer actually scheduled us in a week down the line and started working right away after we dropped it off. Didn't sugar coat the time it needed to work on the car. Only thing i took a star off was because they said that they called us when the car was done, but neither my wife or myself got any calls and we checked all our call logs. They do charge $150/day for not picking up your car, good thing that we called in to check on the status of the car and found that it was already done. Customer service attitude was ok. Not Porsche/Mercedes white glove service, but just ok. At least they took the time to listen to what I was saying and looked at me while i was talking to them unlike the other dealership that just buried themselves and not even look at you. Overall, my bar for Stellantis is pretty low. Very low in fact. If it weren't for high gas prices that drove us to change our purchase decision from a Range Rover (Gas) to a Wagoneer S (electric SUV), and the fact that Jeep has the only mid size electric SUV on the market that our 70lbs husky can JUST fit into the back without losing her head; because for some reason most electric SUV these days are all obsessed with chopping off the roof for style and forget the utility part in their name. If it weren't for all these reason, we would have ended up with a Range Rover instead. It would be better if they could provide loaner vehicles for people who need to have a long list of recall warranty done, but it seems that all Stellantis dealerships all have a measly small pool of loaners available. Overall, I would come back here again just because they were straight about the time it needed to get the work done, scheduled us into a slot when they actually had the labor to work on it, and updated all the system software like I asked them to. The system updates that all Wagoneer S (EV) owners needed that should've really been categorized as Recall software updates to fix all sorts of critical issues. There are tons of horror stories online where owners take their car in asking for those software updates and were refused by their dealer because they were not technically recalls and were told not needed. I hope Stellantis can do better and make all these software updates mandatory as part of the recall to bring trust and confidence to their customers in their products.

Recall Service Led to More Problems and Refused Follow-Up Service…read more I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE in for a no-start condition and active recall work. The dealership completed the recall software update and determined the 12V battery had failed. I was surprised to be told the battery replacement would be my responsibility, as the vehicle is not even two years old and the no-start occurred alongside known electrical recall issues. After pickup, the infotainment screen was completely inoperable. There was no issue with it when I brought it in. And I was quoted an additional charge to replace it. I initially declined. Realizing that I could no longer control radio, GPS, climate, etc. I felt trapped. I later accepted a reduced repair quote for the infotainment issue, but after leaving an honest negative review about my experience, the dealership informed me in writing that they would no longer service my vehicle moving forward. Retaliating against customers for honest public feedback is deeply unethical and made an already frustrating situation much worse. I appreciate the recall work being completed, but I am still dealing with ongoing expensive concerns tied to the vehicle and the service experience. Make it right, Dependable.

The car was certified and Vista Ford took our trade without any hassle, which made the whole process smooth. During the visit, we noticed the bumper was missing a clip. Danny wrote it up right away and told us it would be taken care of when we came back. We are not close to Vista Ford, so we returned a couple of weeks later. Danny happened to see us in the parking lot and came over immediately. It was great to be remembered and helped even after the sale. Danny was helpful, honest, and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a Mach‑E or any Ford.

First off just making sure that it is known that this review is for Galpin Ford 101 and not Vista…read moreFord as it was previously known before being bought out. With that said I had the best experience with Vista Ford and it seems they got rid of some great advisors. I went in today due to a recall which basically is an update to one of the modules nothing major. I was quoted about 2 hours and a half and which I get it's not going to be exact so that's fine. And that's including I guess the topping off of certain fluids and possibly washing the truck at the end. Well once the 3-hour mark started coming around I texted Marvin Morales how much longer it would be? he never responded. This was using the link in case you have any questions to contact them. So I decided to go outside to look for him he walked by sees me and says Gilbert?and I'm like yes. So after waiting 3 hours he tells me that it could not be updated because I had a tune done on my truck. I said this isn't something that could have been brought up before I waited 3 hours and his response is well they have been trying for 3 hours. You'd think this is something that would be asked considering tuning trucks is popular. I asked him well under the hood I have a sticker that says there's a tune performed on the truck and he responds we never open the hood. After waiting another 10 plus minutes to get my truck I asked him if you don't go into the hood how would you top off the different fluids and he said well it never got to that, that would have been another two and a half hours in a different line. Mind you this whole time he's being condescending and at this point service was with a smile is non-existent and he's acting like I'm taking up his time and I was a waste of time to have to deal with. So after all that time there wasn't even an apology not even a consideration and to top it off he still walks away shaking his head making it noticeable. I was upset but respectful yet I was made felt like I was wasting his time. I'll still have to return to get that recall fixed once I remove my tune but I will definitely not be choosing him as an advisor.

A month goes by, no plates. 2 months, no plates. 3 months, no plates. We had a windy spell and the paper plate tore in half and my wife got pulled over for it, and a ticket for not having permanent plates. During this time I tried texting the salesperson, emailing the salesperson, calling the salesperson... no response. Tried contacting the dealership through their contact form on their website, no response. Called the DMV and they had no record of plates being ordered for the car, and said the plates should have been on it when it was bought so I had to order new plates, which now don't match what's on the title. 2. I noticed the front didn't have a plate bracket on it and when I asked about it the salesperson said "LA county doesn't require front plates on EV's." Which I thought was wrong and I checked when I got home and yeah, he was wrong. All passenger vehicles operating in the entire state of CA require front plates. 3. The charging connecter was broken. The nub that clamps down to secure the connection to the car. Not a huge deal, it still charges fine, but still. 4. Not a big deal but was promised one of those leather key fob covers. The salesperson said he'd call when he got it. Never called. This salesperson clearly was just after the sale and once it was done, wiped his hands of it. Got an OK deal on the car (1 star) and the service people seem ok to deal with so far (2nd star). Those are the only positive things I can say about this place. The post-sale experience with the salesperson (ie: non existent) and the communication with the location in general were frustrating and make me sigh in annoyance when I have to take the car for service. Luckily the service department is a better experience.
