Everyone was super helpful and never pushy, which made a huge difference for me. They gave me a great deal with good rebates and no unnecessary add-ons or surprise charges, which I really appreciated. Big thank you to Ricardo for helping us throughout and to John and Derrick for making everything quick and seamless behind the scenes. I left really happy with my new car. Definitely recommend if you want a straightforward and positive experience.

Recall Service Led to More Problems and Refused Follow-Up Service…read more I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE in for a no-start condition and active recall work. The dealership completed the recall software update and determined the 12V battery had failed. I was surprised to be told the battery replacement would be my responsibility, as the vehicle is not even two years old and the no-start occurred alongside known electrical recall issues. After pickup, the infotainment screen was completely inoperable. There was no issue with it when I brought it in. And I was quoted an additional charge to replace it. I initially declined. Realizing that I could no longer control radio, GPS, climate, etc. I felt trapped. I later accepted a reduced repair quote for the infotainment issue, but after leaving an honest negative review about my experience, the dealership informed me in writing that they would no longer service my vehicle moving forward. Retaliating against customers for honest public feedback is deeply unethical and made an already frustrating situation much worse. I appreciate the recall work being completed, but I am still dealing with ongoing expensive concerns tied to the vehicle and the service experience. Make it right, Dependable.

From the moment we connected with Danny, he was professional, transparent, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to answer every question we had, walked us through all of the numbers clearly, and made sure we understood every part of the deal. There was zero pressure, which is rare in car sales, and instead it felt like we had someone genuinely advocating for us to get the best possible deal. What really stood out was Danny's communication and follow-through. Whether it was sending over pricing breakdowns, explaining lease options, or helping us compare trims and payment structures, he stayed on top of everything and made the process smooth and stress-free. He was patient while we evaluated different scenarios and never made us feel rushed. Thanks to Danny, we drove away in a new Bronco Sport, and we couldn't be happier with both the vehicle and the overall experience. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely focused on taking care of the customer, Danny is the person to work with at Vista Ford.

My main goal was to get the best deal, I told them I'd check a few other dealers and come back. Came back two days later because the sales person jre said he had the van and we can finalize the deal. Arrived at the time he told me and was told that it was sold..and they didn't have anything matching the one quoted. Left to check other dealerships Got a call from their fleet manager who said he would make a deal happen for me because of the negative situation, gave him the cost and quote that was given to me prior. He said that he doesn't know who gave me that price and that he cannot honor anything or put his name on it, also started complaining that he plans to leave the dealership next year because of the bad deals that are made. In any case, I'm a customer who comes to a dealer, I'm given a quote by your sales peoples who you manage and train, how could you then tell me this kind of information. This just means that the manager is lacking in training his staff. At the end of the day, no van for me and bad taste in my mouth about this entire dealership.

Unfortunately, a recent interaction at the Woodland Hills branch was deeply disappointing. In December, my husband visited the branch to deposit the second of two large checks of very similar amounts. After looking up our account, an attendant took the check away to consult with a manager (initials G.B.) without providing any explanation. When the manager came over, he did not introduce himself or explain the situation. Instead, he abruptly asked, "What's up with these checks?" His tone was condescending and inappropriate. The interaction was upsetting enough that my husband later chose to address it directly with G.B., giving him the opportunity to apologize. G.B. claimed he did not recall saying this and stated that they use "certain standard verbiage." He offered an apology only in the form of being sorry that my husband felt offended, without taking responsibility for his conduct. We strongly disagree that "what's up with these checks" is acceptable or standard language to use with customers. At a minimum, the manager should have introduced himself, explained the concern, and allowed my husband the opportunity to respond. A few days later, my husband contacted Member Services to report the incident. The representative agreed that the treatment was unacceptable. However, it has now been two months, and we have received no follow-up from the bank. We expected, at the very least, a letter of apology and some indication that the issue had been addressed. This experience has significantly diminished our confidence in the level of professionalism and customer care at this branch and with Logix.

During one of the hardest moments I've faced, they supported me with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. Their positive energy and the way they treat every client who walks through the door is something truly special. It goes far beyond regular customer service -- it comes from the heart. Because of them, this bank has become more than just a place I go for financial needs. It has become a family to me. I appreciate everything they do, and I am deeply grateful for the care and respect they show every single day.
