SO IMPRESSED!!! I needed the ignition cylinder replaced in my vehicle, and had called several locksmiths, all of whom either gave me astronomical estimates or made excuses as to why they couldn't show up at the times initially set. Felt like they really didn't want to work or they thought I was some gullible rube eager to throw money their way. However, when I connected to Mario, he gave a more than reasonable estimate and offered to drive over immediately from Fremont to Castro Valley even though it was nearly 6pm and traffic was horrific. Mario has helped me two times. The first time I needed the door unlocked and a key made to match the front door. The second time I needed it unlocked and a new cylinder and key. He was on time both times and he's a really nice guy. I have never needed a locksmith before but I hear it's really expensive and that a lot of people had problems with prices increasing once the locksmith was there. I had to re key my entire office building which had 50 keys.He came and counted 62 total and said he would charge me $1200.00 and will give me 2 keys to each office and 2 Master keys. he kept promising and saying don't worry I can give you 2 or 3 keys. we fixed a day and time. Mario arrived within minutes of my call, I needed an ignition key. once he arrived he noticed my trunk wasn't fully closed due to a crash accident on my car so he offerered to make it close and open for a few extra bucks and so he did. I'm glad I found Mario on yelp, finding a locksmith to replace an ignition sounded super expensive prices ranging from 250-400 depending on the vehicle, pretty outrageous for a 1998 Toyota Camry. I came across Authority Locksmith which had really good reviews, so I gave them a call, I told Mario exactly what needed to be done and he gave me the estimate which was super cheap compared to all the other businesses I've contacted.
