Great customer service. Manuel and David worked with us so we can get a car that's within our budget. They did all the paper works for the car, and we just had to wait for it. When we got home after we bought it, I noticed that there was a little crack in the front glass. My dad called David, and he told us to bring back the car so they can see it. David called someone to fix the crack. After an hour, the crack was fixed. These guys are still willing to help their customers even though the car was already sold. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid dealership. I was in a vulnerable position about 4 months ago and had to get a "work truck" fast. I had jobs to be done and all I needed was something to get me back working again. I located this little dealership online and found a truck that I liked that was available and was about $1,000 dollars above my funds. I took out $10,000 in CASH and walked in their door and stated that I wanted the truck, I would pay cash and lets get the transaction started. The guy starts haggling me over the $1,000 dollars. We went back and forth and I finally got annoyed with the chinese gentleman and said listen we are all in tough times and I can take this truck off your hands right now! I was not asking for a 50% discount, just $1,000 off. They would not budge....so 4 months later the SAME TRUCK is available for $9,996.00. You can make your own conclusions but you would think a dealership would be willing to work with a client. read more

I would not recommend this place to any one. David never cares for his customers and he jus wants to sell the cars. I bought a corolla from him which seem to run good when i bought it and I was in a desparate need to buy a car. I was asking him quite a few time to give me a good car and i do not mind to pay more for a good value car. As this was my first car i did not know much and i kind of trusted him. now i know i should never trust any dealers. the car has a v. good engine but i had to change the front and rear suspension, tires, front brakes, serpentine belt. i could not find the suspensions were bad in my test drive because i was the only one driving and it showed up only when there was load in the car. I did not do much research as i did not have much time. I hope some one who does not have time atleast have time to read these review here before you go to this place. you will definetely get a better car for better deal in some other place.. He also said you have 3 days to give back the car if i did not like it and the next day i went in and he says we are sorry but you need to pay 100$ or something to take that option of 3 days. I came here and was unexpected about the fact the place was in a lot and in the back. I didn't do my research by looking for reviews on yelp so I hadn't known. I did find a car I liked, and happen to purchase it, do I regret it? Hmm.. that is currently in progress, I didn't like the fact that the owner was unwilling to replace the battery because it was dead and we had to jump it. I didn't feel safe driving home, but it worked and you know how dealers are, they won't replace unless its broken. The 99 Accord I looked at was in pretty good condition considering the others, the inside was clean and there weren't too many cosmetic flaws. We test drove it and it seem to run good. The tank was on empty and the owner offered to give us $20 to fill it up a little, in my opinion, he should've offered to fill it up all the way. Anyway, on my way back from the place, I experienced a really loud squeaking, grinding noise? Which eventually went away, but not for long, I'm not sure what the problem is currently. And a leak in the engine, haven't figured out what that is exactly. THANK GOD I have a certified mechanic extraordinaire for a brother, he will be helping me fix it. So far, I've had to replace the battery. I've looked on craigslist for similar vehicles and I could maybe find 1 or 2 that had the same mileage and everything, therefore I think I did okay on this deal. But here's the kicker, I receive my temp reg card and sticker and this place misspells my LAST Name. HOW can that be? They have a PHOTOCOPY of my driver's license. The bill of sale had my correct name, so this really puzzles me. I don't understand. SO NOW, I have the luxury of going to the DMV when I receive my title in order to correct it. I am giving Mr. Lin 3 stars today. We did actually buy a car from him, because it was what we were looking for. We traded in a car that he gave us fair value for, but he would not work on the price of the car we bought. It was listed at 12,300 online, but he insisted he raised the price to 12,500 before we got there.... He talks a bit fast and would say one thing, but the paper work says another. He gave us 300 cash back! But he also said the sale price was 12,000, though it says 12,300 on the paper work... So cash back or not, we are still paying that other 300 back at some point.... Would I recommend this lot to anyone else? Yes, but only if you know you are going there for a specific car you can not find else where. We got exactly what we were looking for, with a competitive price, and low miles. He did not have a car fax ready for this car probably because it says "open recall" when he printed it he promptly had us sign it. The rear bumper of our car need to be repainted at some point, which we are not worried about, but it would have been nice if he tried to make the paper work looks like the deal he had talked about. Over all they are sales people, and will try and sell you any used car on the lot even if it is junk. They do have some decent cars, but their prices are high, and I know they can work better deal than they claim. I can not see giving him a shit review if you did not buy a car from him, and after dealing with him I will not give him 5 stars. I am satisfied with how things went, and the car seems to be in over all good shape, minus the pep boy exhaust tip having been welded on, and rear bumper scratches. We are not complaining, seeing our car was in worse shape with double the miles as the one we left with. The price for the car we bought was better than Carmax for the miles of the car. Thank you again Mr. Lin. I hope you can figure out what you need to do to properly turn your Yelp score around. After looking at all my paperwork though and having spoke with you the entire time of trying to buy the car I think it should be easy to realize what you need to work on. Do not say one thing and put in paperwork another, this is the biggest thing keeping me from a 5 star review. His prices were fair, he would tell you what car to get or to steer away from. He provided full disclosure of the cars he knew, he got in touch with me when you found a car I wanted. When his business grew, I his business ethics or practices did not change. He employs people who are hard working, those who really need help and try to put food in families plates. He used to provide financing and warranty at a reasonable price. Advised me to stay clear of insurance companies both car and warranty insurance as he knew them personally and had customers who had bad experience with them. To this day aka 13 years later, I still talk to him and purchase cars from him, simply bc I know he is honest and has no ulterior motives aka make a quick sale. read more

However their attitude is really rude, arrogant as well as "super busy"- or may be discriminated. And I said "It seems like you guys don't need any more business." to the sales manager. And we left. Where do I even begin?! Lets see.. First I was browsing around and applying a loan to get me a new car, then autofourless website popped up and I applied and sent my inquiry about the car I liked. Buyer beware! Went and test drove the 2007 Buick Rendezvous they have onsite. Vehicle was comfortable, smooth ride. Problem occurred when driving at slow speeds and turning to left. This was a problem that you could hear and feel (did this 4 times during the test drive). Took car back to lot and let them know what was going on. Also told them if they repaired the problem we would buy the vehicle. They refused and Daniel (believe he is the manager) told us we could take it to a mechanic and pay to diagnose the problem. That isn't our responsibility. It is the dealership"s responsibility to make sure they aren't trying to sell a car that has a problem. Lastly make sure to note that this dealer prices their vehicles above fair market value. Would never do business with them as they proved not to have any integrity. read more

All dealers/dealerships aren't created equal. Well this is true in a very positive way as I found a diamond in the rough. My Scion tC finally died (auto transmission) and I always said I was going to replace it with a Lexus IS 300. That's all good until you actually start hunting for one. For those who don't understand, finding an IS 300 is a feat in itself. They sell quickly, and you're lucky to find one under 150,000 mi. Well, not only did I find one, they had two for sale both under 150,000 mi. I drove down (from El Sobrante) the prior weekend to check the place out and get a feel for it as it was a smaller/local car dealership. There, I met Manuel who helped me from beginning to the closing deal. He was very courteous, not pushy, and shot straight with me. I called back the following Tuesday (today) to see if the car was still available as people were inquiring about the car while I was there! It turned out a few individuals made offers, but they were below the listed price. Oh yeah, pricing was the same as the website. I even asked for the out-the-door price (taxes, fees, etc.) and gave me that as well. Needless to say, I was ecstatic! I secured the vehicle today after following up with Manuel. Also, he let me drive it to my mechanic in El Cerrito to get looked at prior to purchasing for my piece of mind. The big takeaways are Auto 4 Less may not be a huge dealership, but they are: respectful, not pushy, and honest. The car buying experience was smooth and easy-peasy! I would recommend.
