I got into an accident a couple of months ago, and AAA recommended this shop, saying it would be a…read morebetter option than the shop I originally had my truck at. Everything seemed fine at first, so I decided to let them do their thing and stayed patient throughout the process. After about 4-5 weeks of my truck being in the shop, they kept telling me that a bracket was missing or that they had received the wrong one. This happened over and over again. I continued to be patient, and after about 6 weeks, I finally got my truck back. Keep in mind, the damage was only minor front-end damage. When I got the truck back, there was about a 1-inch gap between my bumper and grille. They also installed the wrong fender liner, which caused my tires to rub against it. Six weeks without my truck for what turned out to be a terrible job is extremely disappointing. Honestly, I feel like I could have found someone on the street who would have done a better and quicker job. I gave them plenty of patience and opportunities to get it right, but unfortunately, I can't recommend this shop based on my experience.

My first ETA of an hour was given around 12:45 pm. 1:45 pm came and went, so I called for an update and was told it would take an additional hour. Things happen, at this point I tried to have patience. Once 3:00 pm came and went I tried to get an update again--I will save everyone time and tell you that it was 6:00 pm before anybody arrived! Luckily my car died in my apartment complex parking lot, but for all Budget Collision knew I was stranded on the side of the road. Unacceptable! I wish this was the end of my story. When the tow truck arrived the driver attempted to jump start my car, which didn't work. However, for some reason whenever we tried to jump start the car the driver's side window rolled down completely. The driver assured me he would fix the window once my car arrived at the dealership. Well, he did not! My car arrived at the dealership on Friday evening, and since they were closed until Tuesday for Labor Day weekend, nobody was there to at least cover my window until Tuesday morning. My car was sitting outside with the window completely open for FOUR DAYS, during which rainstorms completely ruined my leather seats. I have already told my insurance company to never send this horrible towing service to any other customers again. They were just as shocked as I was with this company's behavior.

I have never in my life had to wait that long for a tow and with NO communication. If youre running HOURS behind schedule the very least you can do is let the customer know. I shouldnt have to call over and over wondering where the hell the driver is.
