I did offer him an extra hundred dollars if he got the glass out fine that's how bad I this out and undamaged well unfortunately he cracked it. He was extremely apologetic but in the end, I have a useless piece of glass and I got no compensation for it. He might be a good Glass Guy but he wasn't for me. It's unfortunate because I do like to support small businesses, but it's instances like this that makes me want to go back and support bigger companies because they stand behind what they do, good or bad.

It was coming out the back window, not the front. checked the fuse to see if it blew. The fuse was missing! replaced the fuse. Found out the hose was disconnected and the fluid was spraying across the engine compartment. In the middle of nowhere and having to troubleshoot this to see to drive.
