All of these reviews are a joke. Adam (the owner) is the biggest liar I have met in any company. His favorite line is, "I''ll take care of you". He smokes in customers cars, makes promises he NEVER keeps, and if you tell him you want the deductible paid, he will try to weasel out of it, and then simply replace your car parts with generic mismatched junk. A rude old woman sits behind the desk. He also sells cars, but doesn't tell the customers what's wrong with them, and even goes so far as to lie and say "those are brand new tires", when all four are used with plugs/patches. Paint chipped off, screws missing, some paint patches looked like they used nail polish. Also, don't trust the 5 star reviews, this guy is a bottom feeder and will overcharge the insurance company while giving you wrong or generic parts. UPDATE: After posting my review, I got a nasty message sent to me from the desk clerk woman, Erin. (below, and also my reply) at One Stop Collision Shop. They are not only rude liars, they have proven that if you don't like their service, they will threaten you and bring those threats into your home. -- Fraudulent use of the internet is a crime Between Erin L. and Pete T. I was amazed by the whole experience. I found them through a google search and then in the yellow pages. I was impressed with them because they had over 50 reviews and a 5 STAR rating. No one else came anywhere close to that!! I needed to have a front bumper on my ford focus replaced. I took it in on a wednesday just before they closed and they had it done by friday at closing. That in itself is unbelievable, let alone the fact that the repair made it look like the car was new. Their price was also well below that of other estimates I had gotten. I also need to mention this-- I got in my car to leave and was in shock because it was CLEAN. I literally said WOW when I got in it. That was totally unexpected. So needless to say, they are by far the best repair shop that I have ever come in contact with and yes I have had my fair share of needing body work done over the years. I will never go anywhere else in the future if I ever need any work done and I will always recommend them to anyone I come in contact with that needs any body work done. I will never go anywhere other than One Stop Collision Shop. I have been there on four different occasions for 4 different auto accidents over 4 year (3 of 4 accidents-I was not at fault) Each time, I have been 100% satisfied. My car looks a if it just came out of a dealer showroom (It is a 2001 GrandAm) The paint matches to perfection. The stripes match to perfection. One Stop excels in communication. I was always kept informed and did not have to call them for the status of my vehicle-they called me. They even did those "extra special" things, like replace my front headlights, replaced my hubcaps, made sure ALL my lights were working (even those not related to the accidents) and my car was always returned to me extremely clean, inside and out (at no cost to me) One Stop Collision is very reasonable in their fees. I seriously doubt anyone could do the exceptional work at the price One Stop Charges. They truly value, and work with their customers. The best consumer service you can find. I searched throughout the state of Michigan for the best facility to repair my Volvo s60R. Let me say, I love my car and take extreme care of it and I was scared that after an accident it would never look the same. One Stop Collision takes a lot of pride in their work and it showed in the results. I told Adam I came to them because I wanted the best job done and he delivered. They offer options to help you with your situation, but that's no the point here. They do the best job, they care about their work, and they treat you like you've been their customer for 20 years from first contact. I wish I could show pictures of my car! Let me tell you. I was in an accident which left the front end of my car banged up pretty bad. And my insurance company considered it totaled. I was devastated. I had shown and discussed the estimate with the owner of another collision shop and he had also told me that totaling my car would be the best decision for me. If I had given up on hope and believed what was told to me. I wouldn't have my car today. It is still running good and it looks great! Adam at One Stop has been amazing so far. I came in for an estimate for my back bumper which needs replaced and he was friendly and professional when providing me with a quote. I additionally asked him about fixing a part under my hood that holds my battery in place (AAA broke a bolt when changing it so it needed a new hole drilled and bolt) and they did it right then and there for me! He even topped off my wiper fluid with me. On top of that, they said that when I bring the car in for the bumper, they can work with me to get it done same day while I wait so I won't be without a car! I needed a new hood for my Camry, due to rust. When I checked online, 'One Stop' had great reviews, so I gave Adam a call... Not only did he give me a fabulous price, but he ordered and painted it ahead of time. When I brought my car in he installed it in short time! I have to fix my RR door due to minor scratches and color damage for my Toyota Camry. Adam and his staff did a excellent job. They replaced the door and colored rear fender like a new Car. It looks some difference in color but that may be due to freshly paint. Nice and helpful staff. Price is also worth. The car was fixed in the time period that they quoted.
