    I had been looking for a good dealership to bring my trucks to,…read more I went to a few in the area and none of them match Ricart Chevy I had purchased my 2025 2500 HD from Ricart and I have a1500 which I had to bring to them because of a recall and my service adviser Cody was excellent! He Helped me with the recall getting fixed and he also managed to get my ECU or whatever it was called reprogrammed because a prior dealer didn't do their job properly which he could have made me go back to them to finish the job or correct their mess up but he went ahead and fixed it! That speaks volumes! To anyone who reads this and needs a truck! Come to Ricart!! they made buying my truck effortless thanks to Tom Diggs!! And with any repairs or maintenance go see Cody! He had my truck in and out! They are great guys! And I just dont use that word lightly! Thanks Cody! And Tom and this also go outs to the Techs! Ricart wouldn't be getting such a good review with out you guys as well! Job well done! I will make sure I come here for all my needs! Thanks again!

    Once again the service side of the business is a money gouge…read more 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. On a VERY quiet day at Ricard. Charged me $400 to fix a seat belt wire clasp. Dear Owner, I would never buy a new car from a dealership that overcharges to this scale for service. Last two new cars purchased- Taylor Michigan and Indiana. Customers will drive to buy else where.

The one she chose was out of our price range, but the helpful people on the new side found us one on the used lot that we COULD afford. So we were sent to a wonderful salesman named Austin. He picked out two cars for us, and we looked at the one a year older, a 22, but with 14K miles on it. A test drive and 2 hours later, we came home with a new Subaru Crosstrek, with a $290 payment. After the service, I drove home, which is about five miles away, and everything seemed fine. Later that afternoon, while driving to a doctor's appointment about two miles from my home, multiple warning lights began flashing on and off, and the check engine light remained illuminated. I immediately called the service department and was instructed to bring the vehicle back. After returning to the dealership and waiting approximately 20 minutes, I was told that everything was fine. The explanation I received was that "there was too much air" when the technician checked the air filter during the morning service. Concerned about what had happened, I asked for a written report documenting the issue and the corrective action taken. My request was refused. Instead, I was told, "You are lucky I still have a technician here." That response was disappointing and unprofessional. Later, another service advisor--who happened to be the same advisor who handled my vehicle that morning--provided a completely different explanation. This time, I was told that the technician had not properly reinstalled the oil dipstick and had failed to tighten the oil cap. I find it hard to believe that such basic mistakes could occur during routine maintenance at a dealership service department. What concerns me even more is receiving conflicting explanations and being denied documentation about the incident. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the quality of the service provided.
