Overall, this is one of the better car-buying experiences I've had in my 25+ years of driving. The cars are newer to not as old and are rebuilt titles, meaning they have been involved in an accident but the guy who runs the joint only sells cars that have only suffered body damage. They do their own body work and do excellent work to the point that you cannot tell the car has been damaged. He can give a price break because of the depreciation the cars face over having been in an accident but because he's less expensive than everyone else, he is not generous on trade and will not come down on the price. Be prepared to pretty much pay his asking price plus ballpark of $1,000 for tax and title. He's probably going to be better than anyone else you could buy a car from. read more

3 things to know about them going in: 1. They primarily deal with totaled/salvaged vehicles that they rebuild (next door). 2. The price is the price, they won't haggle much if at all. 3. They really don't want your trade-in. If you have a trade-in don't expect to be offered much for it. If you're okay with these 3 ground rules then this is a decent place to car shop. Last summer I needed a car pretty quick. I purchased a Corolla that I knew had been hit in the rear and repaired. Driving it home it didn't steer quite right. There was some leftover rear suspension damage that couldn't be seen visually but showed up plainly on an alignment rack. I took the car back to them and they made it right. Also included was a year long drive train warranty. The car has been great since. I would recommend them just understand the ground rules. read more

This place is ok. I paid my car off after 3 years. It was priced a little high for the true value of the car in my opinion. Shortly after I got it I started having problems. Brakes, starter, hoses ect... when I had the oil changed and a tune up my mechanic told me that the car had never had a tune up before. And the oil most likely hadn't been changed in awhile. read more

The worst customer service ever. I had my car serviced and was told they would would not touch it until I received a quote. I got a quote of $500, but when I went to pick up my vehicle I was asked to pay $685. I had to ask for a receipt and found that had additionally repaired another part without my knowledge. Justin asked if I wanted them to take the part off facetiously. After selling the vehicle and obtaining a new car, Justin agreed to a pay off and then took money out of my account. When I asked him about it he called me out of my name. This dealer had no problem when my payment was made on time, but once I started questioning them I was disrespected by Justin. I have called to speak with the owner with no call back. I've since reported them to BBB. I would never refer anyone to this dealer. read more

I think I got a pretty good price on the car I bought ($7,000) however I made sure to verify with them when I bought it that they had checked it and everything was in working order. They confirmed that everything was in working order just fine. However, within the first few days, one of the tires was leaking and was unable to be fixed because it had previously been patched so I needed a new tire. I also discovered there was NO air filter installed in the vehicle at all - when I put an air filter in, within 1 mile the check engine light came on and has been on for a few weeks now (no idea how much damage has been done to the engine because I was driving without a filter for so long or what the check engine light is going to cost me). Finally, I just discovered that the horn does not work at all. The car also pulls to the left when driving on the highway. Overall, I think the car is probably in satisfactory condition, but I don't know if the quality would be up to my standards (selling a car with no air filter, and no working horn seems like they are not probably repairing and verifying these vehicles the best. After driving to the Livingston Avenue (where they assured me it was a "great car!") lot to see a car that was located in Clintonville, we drove through rush hour to test drive a Honda CRZ listed at a great price with low miles, excellent condition, one owner with maintenance records and a CLEAN CAR FAX. I drove the car 1 block and could hear the brakes grinding over the very loud a/c and it rode like a kangaroo. I drove the car back to the lot, firmly placed the keys on the desk and declared they had put me in a test car with no brakes. I took my copy of my drivers license and walked out while the man behind the desk grunted. No apology. The only reason I left one star is because I couldn't leave a comment without one. My husband and I were going through chapter 13 bankruptcy. We needed a reliable car but affordable. That is hard to find with our situation. I looked everywhere until I found them online. We found a 2006 saturn vue for a great price and affordable payments. Well after a year and a half with just $1100 owed on the loan my saturn broke down and the first mechanic said it was unfixable. I called Clintonville who did not owe me anything because I had the car almost 2 years. I spoke with Justin the sales manager and he offered to have the car towed there and they would check it out for free and if I wanted they would give me a decreased down payment in another vehicle. Turned out another mechanic found out the minor problem with my car and I was able to get it fixed. I just appreciated the way they were willing to help me and I felt valued. I found this place through my parents, they had bought a car for my sister from this lot (a nice 2010 Nissan with a low mileage), and they highly recommend that I go here too. This was such an easy buying-car experience! I was given help and assistance at every minute and the guys working there were extremely easy to work with. They were willing to negotiate and wanted me to be able to drive off in something that not only worked well but that I'd be happy in. The location I went to off Livingston Ave. didn't accept cards, but thankfully my bank was 5 minutes away and in the time I was gone they cleaned it out even more, checked to make sure everything was good, and when I returned reminded me that I have 30 days to bring it back if anything was going wrong and they're repair guy would fix it free of charge. This place is awful. I called to ask about a car that they had advertised. I asked if anything was wrong with it. The woman that I spoke with said that it was fine. Nothing wrong with it. I asked about their hours and she said they were closing for the day but Saturday they would be in at 10:00. My husband and I drove an hour to see the car. We got to the car lot right around 10:00. Nobody was there. Doors were locked. We waited until 11:00 thinking maybe they were just running late. Nope. Nobody ever showed up. Monday morning I contacted the car lot to find out why they told me to come in on Saturday when nobody was there. The same woman who I spoke with previously answered the phone and lied. She said we were there at 10:00 on Saturday. She said you never showed up. When I told her that I most certainly was there and waited an hour she then changed her story and said the person who was supposed to be there had a problem and couldn't make it. Then she informs me the car I was interested in that she previously said had no issues had been wrecked and had a salvage title. I do not recommend this car lot at all. Very dishonest.
