This is what Kathleen told me on their chat line when asked that question? Remote Access Plan includes the following features: Remote Start, Remote lock/unlock, Remote horn and lights, Vehicle status, Vehicle locate. When Asked if it includes all the mentioned items, her response was "That is correct! she then confirmed that I had indeed activated ONSTAR. Window Stickers have been a car industry standard for over 50 years. If its on the sticker, it is on the car. Car dealer bibles we use to call them. You ask most any salesman whats on a particular car in their lot they go look at the STICKER. Right? That's not the case with my car. My sticker says I have *3 YEARS REMOTE ACCESS PLAN: ONSTAR & WI-FI CAPABLE, SEE ONSTAR.COM FOR TERMS. No where in the description does it say only part of the remote access plan will work on your car. No notations or disclaimers about the car having to be "equipped". Nothing to let you know as a consumer that this part of your Remote access Plan will not work. It very clearly states that the "Remote access plan" is included in the car for free for 3 years. Then why does my plan not include all the features? You sold me something I don't have! Pretty simple. Here was Leachmans response to this dilema. My salesman Zach Whitemore thought I was attacking him when I questioned why Remote Start didnt work. I just wanted ot know why? Seriously, he told me he couldn't help me and pawned me off to a guy named Greg Weir who made it a point to tell me he was a military man and "we get things done". So, I explained the issue, laid out the facts, and at that point I think Greg knew the facts were on my side. So he told me he would look into it, he would pull the build sheet against the window sticker and get back to me. To this day I have not heard one word. Quiet the sense of honor and duty eh? Not one single person at Leachmann Buick GMC has called and tried to make this right. Not One. I will take my second free oil Change from them and never darken their doorstep again. Bassically boils down to GMC Built a car, that ONSTAR sold a plan for, where nobody botherd to make sure the components of the plan work. And Leachmann's, They just can't be bothered. They got their sale.

Not sure what has changed but they quoted a $300 labor charge for something that takes 10 minutes. I have taken my car to them before without issue. I even supplied the parts. So, what did I do? I took my parts home and put them on myself. I have no problem paying the hourly rate for labor, even for a 5-15 minute job. If you are that cheap then do it yourself. It is a business and should be treated that way. I do have a problem with being charged for 3+ hours of labor for a 5-15 minute job though. When it comes to under the hood repair, I'll stick with Lindsey Automotive around the corner. Me and my fiance work 5+ days in Downtown Nashville and will be moving downtown in 4 weeks when we get back from our Boston trip. I know a very honest shop in East Nashville and if he's busy, and I have the time, I'll bring my car an hour away to let Lindsey repair my car. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, honest and their integrity hasn't been compromised by greed. Best shop in Bowling Green hands down.

They had to bring the vehicle from Somerset to Glasgow for us, saving us a 90+ mile drive. I waited until one year passed to post a review (11/2025). We just had the 15k service completed earlier this week. Services so far have been priced fair and all indications the job was done well. The speed at which the service is completed is great; very quick turn around. But the availability of scheduling short-notice is fantastic. A previous Nissan we owned and had serviced at another dealer (we live out of town from this dealership) was at least booked ten days out! I have been telling everyone how great Don Franklin is to work with. One of our sons bought a pre-owned Ram from here June of 2024, similar experience. Definitely five stars.

Take my car to get part put on and oil change, and they sent the part back. Tried to make it ALL my fault. Never heard from them when it was delivered or when they sent it back. I drive all the way from Nashville, and all they could do was "order the part again". Uhhh what about my time and gas? It wasn't their problem. I will be letting the joke of a warranty from them run out and will be going somewhere that knows how to communicate with their customers.

My 20 year old son took his car to Musser automotive because his car would randomly start reving…read morethe RPMS up and down out of no where! We had already figured out that something within the alternator clip, an electrical short or intermittent connection was causing or at the very least contributing to this problem! I instructed my son to make sure musser was aware of this before they worked on his car! They changed the map sensor, and other components in the car and told him that this would fix the problem! After he got his car back I asked if they addressed the alternator connector issue and he informed me that they didn't have to. The problem wasn't that.... Fast forward six months, and the problem is back! No problem you might say, musser offers a warranty and guarantees their work?? My son takes his car back to musser, while it's still under warranty, and they diagnose it, after my son insists on showing them the issue with the alternator connector. Jason's response was "that's just a coincidence". The next day they call and inform my son that that was in fact what was wrong with the car. Then proceeded to tell him how much they were going to charge him for the fix... that's when I stepped in and asked about the warrenty and their work being guaranteed... I was told they would get back to me... yet the next day by 1pm we still hadn't heard anything! Drove up there to talk to Jason because he said we needed to talk to him face to face, yet when we get there he's "gone to the doctor". We ultimately decided to take the car somewhere else because at this point I just don't trust them to do the right thing! I was never expecting them to pay for the parts, but I was most definitely not expecting them to try and make money off the parts, charge a $75 fee for absolutely nothing, and charge for labor, after throwing a bunch of parts at a problem that they misdiagnosed, and was too arrogant and prideful to listen to what my son had already told them!! I'll never take another car to musser automotive, and if you're smart, you won't either!! I work for General Motors, and know a thing or two about cars, however, I never told my son to go in and demand anything be fixed a certain way. Just told him to make sure they were aware of this so that it could be corrected too!! $1200 down the hole for the first repair that fixed nothing..... unless you've got money to blow, find a different mechanic that actually knows what they're doing, and doesn't do guess work! Edit: No tantrum was thrown! I picked up the phone after Jason quoted my son a price to RE-fix his car after throwing parts at the car the first time that were unnecessary, and ask if they really ran their business like this? He guarantees his work, parts, diagnostics, labor. Well the diagnostic was incorrect, and had he listened, and simply tested the alternator connection, none of the other parts and labor would have happened.... Never once did I say I expected Jason to eat all the cost! But you can bet your hind end I expected them the cover the labor, and eat their $75 garage maintenance fee or whatever the crap they call it! Bottom line, Jason had an attitude with my son because I refuse to let a mechanic take advantage of a 20 year old kid, that would rather pay the money than to be even the slightest bit confrontational! But I'll gladly pay a mechanic, who knows what their doing and will honor their promises, twice the money that I will someone who refuses to admit they messed up and try to honor what they originally promised!
