After driving my new car for a day, the breaks started to squeak. So I came in to check them out. after seeing the brakes, wjth my own eyes, I knew they did there due diligence. BUT not only did they see me right away, even through the brakes are perfrct and should be working fine. They told me that they'll replace the rotors and pads anyway!! Thats a 1000 dollar job at minimum for brakes that in my opinion are perfect. So they definitely have won over my business and I will be buying more cars from them very soon!!!

I thought that taking it to the dealership would be my quicker option, but I was wrong. They not only were unable to resolve the problem, they suggested it was struck by lightening and I get insurance involved because it was too complicated. I then had it towed to an automotive electrician who claimed it was fixed after a week, but did nothing but apply a bandage. I was ready to make my peace with a 6 year low mile vehicle and scrap it and went to tell John how the story was about to end, but to my surprise he nonchalantly said "bring it over." I was and am grateful that he and his team were willing to take on a complicated project that I thought for sure would lead to a dead end, but unexpectedly received a call that they figured out the problem and it's now resolved. I am confident that the repair was done correctly and I will not have anymore electrical problems with my vehicle. Pricing was fair, never once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of a situation, but simply wanted to help me out of a bad situation. I asked Jack about having work done on a scrape on my front bumper that was not related to the accident. I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner.
