I'm sure everybody has had their different experiences here; good and bad. I never got the opportunity to purchase from them, because the vehicle I was aiming for wasn't ready when I went. They said it was having last-minute little repairs done, and had me test drive something else in the meantime. They were pushing for me to get something else, but I wanted to hold out for the vehicle I originally went for, so they told me it should be ready in a few days and gave me an exact day. I didn't hear from them at all, so I ended up sending a message that I'm no longer interested. I believe in keeping your word, and if you say you're going to call and do this & that by a certain time, at least give me the common courtesy of reaching out instead of just leaving me hanging on the day of if this have changed. My 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been sitting at Mt. Ephraim Jeep since May 26, 2026, and I am still no closer to getting clear answers about what is actually wrong with my vehicle. The dealership has informed me that I need a new engine due to what they claim is negligent maintenance, yet they have not provided the diagnostic trouble codes that were present when the vehicle arrived, explained whether a specific mechanical failure occurred, or identified the actual root cause of the issue. Instead, they are relying solely on the presence of sludge to deny warranty consideration. What is especially concerning is that they have refused to perform or submit an oil analysis, despite having an oil sample available. An oil analysis could help determine whether contamination, a mechanical failure, or another issue contributed to the engine condition. They have also refused to submit the claim to warranty for review, even though my factory warranty expires in just a few days. Communication has been extremely frustrating throughout this process. Nick has been difficult to work with and has not provided the information needed to understand or evaluate the diagnosis. The only way we have been able to get updates has been through my husband speaking with Mike in person at the dealership. I understand that warranty claims sometimes require extensive investigation, but after more than a month, I would expect a thorough diagnosis, transparency regarding the findings, and a willingness to provide supporting evidence before recommending a complete engine replacement and denying warranty coverage. I have also requested that the dealership contact Stellantis and request a factory field technician to inspect the vehicle. Given the lack of a clear root cause diagnosis and the severity of recommending a complete engine replacement, I believe an independent review by a Stellantis field engineer is warranted. Unfortunately, this request has not been acted upon. Instead of thoroughly investigating what actually caused the failure, the dealership appears focused solely on attributing the issue to maintenance without providing the evidence necessary to support that conclusion. I purchased a 2026 Dodge Charger that was being used by the sales manager Albert. It was purchased and traded in within a short period of time. The Cars.com website said no damage, no accidents and offered a buy back guarantee. I did not go over the car as closely as I should have because of the website assurance. I get it home and noticed a significant dent in the passenger door. Albert told me he was not obligated to point out any damage. I explained he did when there is a buy back clause. Albert said the dealership auto-body shop would repair it for me for $500. Paperwork was done incorrectly and when I went to pickup the car I would take my money back if I had to pay the money for the repair. After my wife was on her way to pick me up he waved the charges. Additionally, the car was listed as having 868 miles on it, but actually had 2,660 on it when I picked it up. The front license plate holder was in the back of the car and badly damaged. They sent me a new one. When installing it I noticed the bumper on the car was a new one. Upon closer inspection I could see that the upper plastic panels had been removed. Albert is a dishonest shred of human debris. He knew the car was damaged and lied about it. I would stay the hell away from this dealership. After the deal was completed, needing me to do my own research on towing capacities, I come to realize it couldn't safely tow my travel trailer. When I tried to work with them on a solution, I was met with indifference, delays, and flat-out rudeness. One manager even said, "I don't have time for this shit." I did all the legwork--followed up daily, suggested alternative vehicles, and finally agreed to a deal on a truck I had found. The next day, they casually told me it was sold, blamed me for not being reasonable, and offered no apology or accountability. They knew I was on a deadline and simply didn't care. I agreed on the phone with a sales manager to purchase a specific car on the lot. We agreed on the VIN number and on the "out the door price" which included every charge - cost, dealer charges, gov't charges, tax, tags etc. - $ 83,288.66 - down to the penny. The dealership is 140 away in a different state so they were going to call me the next day to tell me when and where we would meet. No one called me. I contacted them and was told they were working on it. No one got back to me. I contacted them again, and got a response they had sold the car! When I complained, they were defensive and I was told a blatant lie that I told them that I could not pick up the car for two weeks and that anyway, there was no signed purchase order. Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge Ram will say whatever is necessary to close a sale and then immediately walk it back once the paperwork is signed. My husband was upfront that his trade‑in was in the shop and could not be delivered yet. To secure the deal, the dealership explicitly promised that they would deliver the purchased vehicle to our home and then retrieve the trade‑in from the service center. That promise is the only reason he agreed to come in and sign. Once the paperwork was completed and the car was officially purchased, that promise suddenly disappeared. We were told to "figure it out ourselves," forcing me to waste over an hour of my time driving back and forth because they could not honor what they represented to us to make the sale. Their attempt at damage control was insulting. First a free oil change. Then vague talk of a gas card. Then I was told I could come back another day, another 30‑minute drive each way, when I "needed gas." Eventually, after repeatedly begging me not to leave a negative review, they put $25 of gas in my tank (which costs about $75 to fill). This wasn't miscommunication. This was a deliberate promise made to close a deal and abandoned the moment they had our signatures. If this is how Mt. I went to service with an issue. The manager told me there is a $200 diagnostics fee. He came back to me and said there is nothing wrong with your car. He said I still have to pay the diagnostics fee because I took up the technicians time. I told him I ain't paying that because you didn't fix nothing. He threatened to hold my car until I paid. Ephraim Dodge (3/12), they let me leave with it, buy insurance for it, even put a temp tag on it signed all of our paperwork, and then 3 weeks later on a Saturday Morning (3/28) i was told i had to bring back the truck right away because they called my employer and they was a mix up about being laid off even though i was returning to work. Long story short, they wasted my time, they wasted my mother's time, they let me leave with a truck for weeks when clearly the deal was not done. Very Unprofessional, Very disorganized and i'm very unpleased with my experience in the sales department at least. Stay away from Mt Ephraim Chrysler Dodge! Took my van there for warranty service - they ending up not plugging all the wires back in - had to take it back for them to fix that, and during the second visit they ended up breaking off a piece of trim and didn't say anything. Then when I asked the service manager to address the problem, he did nothing - asked for weeks and his only response was "I'm waiting for the parts department". This was not the first issue I've had with them - I have twice before this specifically told them there was something wrong that needed to be fixed under warranty, took off from work to get my car there, and only for them to come back saying they didnt have the part! It's not like it was a surprise or anything - they knew exactly what part needed to be replaced and they didn't have the courtesy to call to reschedule my appointment. That same day I went to go check out the truck but I was told by the salesman Jack that someone had put a deposit on it the night before, so I was asked would I be open to other vehicles, I say I'm looking for a truck, so the salesman proceeded to take me outside to show me a Mercedes-Benz car I told him I was done and I was leaving so he insisted on showing me other SUVs and I told him again I was looking for a truck long story short I was going to leave and magically the 2015 Ram 1500 did I ended up buying appears we take the truck for a test drive and on the test drive the check engine light came on I immediately told Jack about it he said they'll take care of it we go back to the dealership invite me registration and do the insurance portion of my deal needless to say the check engine light has been looked at by Mount Ephraim Dodge three times now and it continuously pops back on they told me it was a cylinder three misfire they wanted me to take the truck and keep it until they can look at it I take the truck back to them they told me that they will fix it they told me I would get a loaner which I have not done I've had the truck for 3 weeks and I haven't driven it 75 miles this service manager says they had the motor apart they put it back together a couple times and it keeps throwing a check engine light for filling the three misfire I keep getting running around and I'm starting to get frustrated they have my money but don't want to do right by honoring a customer I understand that it's a truck that sold as his but the check engine light came on while the truck was still in their possession I can't take possession of the truck and take it through inspection because of the check engine light I'm very unsatisfied with this customer service and a professionalism from this dealership I feel like I've been taking advantage of and I'm not happy about it I should have walked away with my gut told me to the dealership isn't a respectable dealership people work hard for their money and one decent things we can go on places like Marketplace and get the same kind of rude encounters. read more

I am a hard working professional black woman. I leased a 2024 Dodge Hornet RT. It is a hybrid car. When they first came out they were the hottest thing. I leased my car as of April 2024 and by end of April it's had nothing but problems. The car has been in the dealership about 10x for the same issue. They were so quick to roll out these hybrid cars without knowing they are riddled with so many problems electrical defects. My car is still in the shop until this day. I purchased the car from Mt. Ephraim Dodge in Mt. Ephraim NJ. I have went there countless times requesting if they can buy the car back because it's defective and is a safety issue. The engine lights been on since April, cruise control comes off and on randomly, sport button doesn't work, auxiliary pump failed, alarm goes off randomly, emergency brake button comes on randomly, the list goes on and on. I reached out to the General Manager, Service Managers/Directors, Chrysler Customer Care case #90595600. The dealership will not buy back the car, help me get into another vehicle, nor offer me a loaner or any reimbursement. I have lost countless days at work to allow them to diagnose the car. They only care about making a profit off of people.Just look at the countless reviews on their website. I'm supposed there has not been a major recall yet. They are continuing to sell these defective unsafe vehicles. Mind you my car has a bumper to bumper warranty still and they refuse to honor it. Other nearby dealerships will not take the vehicle either claiming they are saturated with these car issues. The manufacturer does not care and does not respond to emails or phone calls. The General Manager and Sales are fully aware of my issues and how unsafe the car is and told me they can't help me unless I stay in the vehicle for at least a year!!! What kind of nonsense is that it's defective and a safety concern. Instead of helping me, Mt Ephraim towed my car without my acknowledgment or consent to Cherry Hill Dodge NJ and remains sitting there which they are just as worse. My cars been there countless times too. They are ping ponging my car back n forth pointing the finger instead of helping me. They won't do the moral thing and be there for their customers they only care about giving them a great CSI at the time of purchase and then after that they ignore you. My son dropped off his van on a Friday to get a second key made. Now it is Thursday of the following week and they are telling him he needs to have them install a new ignition switch because his key looked and can't be removed. All he wanted was a copy made! He was without his work van for 5 working days. His latest trip back he found his van in the parking lot with the old key in it. He drove it away. They did nothing. We're they trying to rip him off? We would not recommend anyone go to this dealership, the sales experience we had was short of appalling and was by far the worst experience we ever had. We felt ignored, rob looked at my wife when she asked a question like she had twelve heads and that she was stupid, and it was down right insulting. Stay away from here. I called around 9am to verify the truck was there and available. Upon arrival we met our salesman, Rob. Rob took us to sit at his table and immediately start gathering information on money, and if I was doing a trade in. We have not even seen the truck yet, why are we already discussing money? Rob went to go grab the keys for the truck which took him about 30 minutes to find. He then informed me the truck didn't start. He proceeded to try and pitch me a brand new truck. I called earlier that morning, why did no one bother to prepare for us to look at this truck? We went out to the truck to look at it, it indeed did not start and was disgusting inside. They didn't bother cleaning it or anything. They parked it in a field across the street and left it the entire time. We briefly looked inside but I told Rob that I was not going to discuss anything until I heard it start and run, I also wanted to drive it to make sure everything was good on the truck. This is where Rob started to show signs of not having any interest in this sale and started to become very rude. Huffing away that he had to go grab a few service guys. Starting this truck took about two hours, which is kinda silly for just starting a truck but the service guys were nice and were trying their best. After they got it started I said I wanted to pull it out of the overgrown grass it was in and in front of the dealership so we could look at it and drive it. It was very clear they traded this truck in, shoved it to the side and never looked at it again until I came to look at it. During our test drive the truck died due to the batteries being dead and not charging, which I assume they sulfated as they sat dead for so long. We got to discussing price. This was another time where he was very rude and didn't even attempt to negotiate price at first. When we finally reached a number everyone was agreed on he went to do the paperwork, this was a lot of waiting. We were waiting for about an hour until he showed back up. He came back to our table once to pitch an insurance policy finding service which we had no interest in which was maybe a two minute conversation then disappeared again for an hour and a half. When he finally came back with the paperwork he said his finance person was out on sick leave and he was going to do all the paperwork. It was very clear he had no idea what any of the paperwork was or how any of it worked. He just wanted us to sign everything no matter what, which we had some issues with and some items mended so we had some assurances since we had to leave the truck so they could service and detail it. We finished up there and finally got out around 8pm, we had arrived just before 1pm. A total of 7 hours with our toddler who was luckily on his best behavior that day. We didn't hear back from Rob, so we called him two days after to check on the status. His response was that service had finished and that it was with the detail dept. we asked what service did and he said he didn't know, we asked him to go find out but he refused to do so, and we could find out when we got there. We asked how long the detail dept would be and he said maybe that day or two days from now, which was ridiculous. After this call we called the sales dept back and requested to speak with the manager, Justin. Justin was able to get us an update on all of our questions and said we could grab the truck that day and the detailing would be done. Upon arrival Rob didn't attempt to even speak with us or look at any status on the truck, we spoke with Justin and he got us our vehicle without any complications. He didn't ask about what happened so I figure he didn't really care about the situation either. read more

This was a terrible experience. My car was a recovered theft that was towed to this dealer to fix mostly minor cosmetic damages. My car was towed on 5/10/24 and my claim was resolved on 7/10/24. It wasn't until about the end of June the shop found other damage underneath my car. I spoke with a worker name Frank about 2 times a week for an update, and for the most part no work was getting done on my vehicle. Now on 7/10/24 the insurance company stated my car was a total loss. I showed up at the dealer the same day to retrieve my belongings and my car was filled with mud inside and out. I took picture of my vehicle when I dropped my car off and on 7/10/24. Someone was joy riding my car in the mud and got mud all over the outside and inside of my car. I could not believe it. It is so much more but too much to type. My Dodge RAM was towed to Mt Ephraim Dodge on March 5, 2024 for a Voltage / Charging issue. After 3 days of not hearing from the dealer. I called to check on my truck. They didn't look at the truck yet , I was told they're busy! My service advisor was Enrique Melgar who does not update you at all! A week goes by without any phone calls or updates, I called again. I was then told they're working on it. Another week goes by, now I had enough. I asked to speak with management. It's always they're not in or unavailable! Finally, I speak to the service director and was told they are working with Dodge ( star case). Another week goes by but they CALLED ME and told me they're ordering a part. Then I get a call and was told the part was returned because they didn't have a Qualified Technician to work on the 48 volt system. Unbelievable! My question to them is who diagnosed my vehicle? Not a qualified technician? My truck was there for 3 weeks (March 26 , 2024) before they had to take it to Cherry Hill dodge because they have a Certified tech to work on 48 volt systems. I asked to speak with the GM Dean Gagliardi. Of course he's not in today. Dean Gagliardi calls me back and I explain my situation. He says " Let me look into this and I'll get back to you ". I haven't heard from him since. Even after making several calls asking to speak with him. Cherry Hill Dodge was able to diagnose and order the parts needed. I was told the part wouldn't be in until May 8th, but it came in early thankfully. I pick my truck up at Mt Ephraim Dodge on April 25, 2024. When I got my truck back after 2 MONTHS , it has a dent in the bumper and 2 scratches. Now I'm very heated. The vehicle wasn't QC'ed and it's dirty. You would think they would try to do right by the customer! Not MT Ephraim Dodge. MT Ephraim Dodge is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with! There's NO LEADERSHIP, Dean Gagliardi! You need to talk to your employees. I was never told my truck couldn't be fixed there and definitely was going to get sent to Cherry Hill from the start. By one of Your employees! Update to my review posted on 7/21: Dropped off the car on 7/21 for repairs as we have 30 day/1k mile warranty.  Had to call for an update since nobody called us. Was just told today (7/24) that the car hasn't even been looked at yet! Have to order parts, maybe next Mon/Tues it may be done! Maybe if we were spending 30k we would be getting better service? Probably the easiest vehicle transaction I ever had! Pulled up and was greeted by a sales guy Mike Sannutti, explained my situation and how I was looking at a used Ram 1500. I was there attempting purchasing this vehicle with my one year old son and Mike and his fellow employees made me feel at home and not once did I feel pressured. Within an hour the deal was done and I walked out of the dealership with a brand new Ram 1500. This was my 4th dealership that I visited and I knew from the start this is were I was buying. I get up there and test drive this Durango which has NO gas. And I had to use my own money to put gas in the car. To help told me story how Durango's are crap cars. And I didn't end up buying it because I guess they didn't want to sell. Not really sure. They told me they have a better model at another store and would get it in the lot the next day. 5 days later. No call. In the 3rd day. Dylan tells me there really busy with customers. Like I wasn't one Long story short. Bought a brand new Dodge Durango R/T for 38k. I contacted Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge Ram online through Autotrader. I received a phone call right away from a salesperson named Frankie, who seemed to be very helpful at first. I was interested in two cars specifically. I had no vehicle with which to visit the dealership and physically see the cars, so Frankie offered to send a shuttle to pick me up so he could show me those two cars. During that initial phone call, he said to give him 20 minutes to get with his manager and call me back. Fast forward three hours, no phone call back. I finally received a call and then a text from Frankie to say he had been making sure I could get a ride. At that point, my work schedule didn't allow me to go to the dealership. (We had spoken first mid-morning, and now it was the afternoon.) I said I might stop by with my husband when he got home from work. I asked to see the CARFAX/AutoCheck first. "Yes," he answered via text. Over an hour later, I asked again. "Sending it now," he said. Thirty-five minutes later, I asked again. I finally got the AutoCheck reports in my email. I told Frankie later that I was more interested in a vehicle at another dealership (which also had much more responsive salespeople) and that I would check in with him the following day. He replied by saying that they have a car with similar specs that wasn't on the lot yet. He then asked me to do him a favor and not to "...purchase anything until you see if there's something we can do for you." The following day, I checked in via text and asked for more info on the car he had mentioned wasn't on the lot yet. Frankie asked me what info I wanted. I asked for the AutoCheck report. No response. I asked again two hours later. At that point, he replied,"Yes 0 reported accidents ill [sic] email you again." Two and a half hours later, after no report, I asked again. "Sending right noe [sic]," he replied after another half hour. Forty minutes later, no email. I did finally get that email with the report, but I had already given up on Frankie and Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge Ram. I'm not sure if I was supposed to go to the dealership with a pile of money, point to a car and say, "I want that one" for him to be interested enough to help me, but I am very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness. read more

Shady place. Went and spoke to a pretty down to earth and reasonable salesman. We were having a productive conversation with the give and takes of negotiating for a new vehicle. Out of left field, a "sales manager" materialized out of left field like a vampire from a cloud of smoke. They were honest to god doing the "good cop/bad cop" routine, which was completely unwarranted as we were having a productive negotiation. The "manager", we'll call him Count Dracula for the purpose of this review, proceeds to pretty much condescend me and talk down to me. Nothing has ever turned me on more to getting into a committed investment like buying a car quite like a condescending salesman- am I right? He used phrases like "I'm the professional here. I have a degree in accounting". And then within the same sentence proceeded to say "there is literally no difference between 0% APR and 5% APR. I'd like to know which Cracker Jack box he got his degree from. He then condescended both myself AND the original salesman by implying that I don't understand how APRs work, and that the salesman was completely incapable of explaining it properly. The cherry on top is that he was pressuring me into signing and agreeing to the purchase commitment without telling me the exact APR- he claimed that I would have to sign first and that the bank would then decide an APR AFTER the fact. It was supposed to be a special day, it being my first new car off the lot. I had extra money for the down payment- more than I let on- once they busted out the good cop/bad cop routine, I immediately tuned out. Any offer you see on ads like those "end of year clearances": forget it. There will be any "if", "and", or "but" as to why it "isn't" possible. Please be careful with this place. read more

Absolutely disgusting service department. I have never dealt with such a horrible dealership. I brought my truck in to have the horn fixed (only one of them worked), they quoted me $150 to fix the horn. I declined the work and when I received my truck back neither horn worked. The dealership refuses to fix the problem now. Trevor and the service manager are impossible to deal with; they are condescending, extremely rude and not helpful. I have had poor experiences with the service department in the past and I guess I haven't learned my lesson. Ephraim Dodge a deposit to hold a new car for a couple days till my wife came home from a business trip, and to boot my dog is dying a slow death and required my immediate attention the day after my visit to the dealership. I contacted the salesman and made him aware that I would not be down to buy the car until Saturday, because I would be at the veternarian ALL day Friday. He leaves me a voice mail on Saturday morning stating they had 2 internet appts. 'today' to show MY car (that had a deposit to hold it), and that I better "get down there fast!" SERIOUSLY!!!!!!? Where I come from, a deposit HOLDS an item until the buyer gives further notice. PLUS, he knew full well that my dog is dying! UNREAL! Soooo, I wait. I figure I will let him call me and tell me the car is sold. Instead...he calls late Saturday afternoon and says to me, "when ya coming down?" Apparently they showed the car to two other people and they didn't want it, or was it just a big ploy to get me to jump? Either way....COMPLETE and utter BS! If I can give them zero star I would!! They're the worst! If you don't have manufacturer's warranty, do not go there. John at the service area told me, to fix both my headlights, it was going to cost me over $2700, then one of the mechanics name Jay that works there came up to me with some headlights in a box and told me he was going to fix it for cheaper if I call him, remind you, we're discussing this side job in front of John. The whole thing was so shady, so I left. I went to a local dealer that a friend recommended and it only costs me a total of $150, that included both bulbs, labor, plus they also fixed my windshield wipers pipes, so it can spray properly! The funny thing is in over 14 years things have not changed at Mt Ephraim dodge..I have been waiting a long time to write this,i wish yelp was around when i purchased a dodge quad cab back in 2003-04.I am reading all these negative reviews and i am laughing because Mt Ephraim dodge were scummy back then and it sounds like they still are.. Back then i purchased a dodge quad cab from them,i put alot of money down on the vehicle(what a waste),Too bad is was the first car i ever bought at a dealership!!I was young and inexperienced,not that i would ever shop at M.E.D again even after all these years.The truck ended up not starting or breaking down 3 times within the first 2 months,i remember that no one and i mean no one at the dealership gave a shit or cared.I eventually got rid of the truck,wrote and contacted dodge several times over the years but eventually forgot about it and moved on to ford where i have been happy for many years.I even remember the salesman's name,it was a father and son team at the time,out of class i wont use his name but even after all these years M.E.D gave me the worst car buying experience i have ever had at the time and since then(14 years)!Maybe dodge is a good product,but M.E.D certainly is not,and by the reviews on here i am not the only saying this...I cant believe they are still in business.(i wish yelp had negative stars to give,1 star is being too kind) read more

Very unpleasant buying experience with this place - especially when you've been tricked into paying more than the sticker price, then receiving a car that's dirty and almost no gas in it. ATTN: NEVER accept the "dealer sticker" that adds extra $$ to the final MSRP. It's a ploy to squeeze more money and they sell it convincingly. They flim flam, make "little mistakes", wear you down and even hold your trade's keys to slow your exit when you smell a rat. (I'm not the only one). This was my opportunity to run away and I blew it. Whadd'a dummy!! ...Dirty- I received my car at closing time and they were almost closing the gate on me. I felt pressured to get out, but soon realized it was filthy and the low fuel light came on crossing the bridge to Phila. What is that? No gas in an expensive new car. I called the next day to complain and naturally they had a sht attitude about it. They seriously defended putting no gas in this car. Paying more was my fault, but the low class treatment was not. Ok then, In my opinion this is a disheveled, low class place and I would hope atleast one consumer heeds my warning. read more

I expressed interest in a vehicle via MECDRJ's website. Within minuets I received a phone call from their internet manager Mike Myles. During the call I detailed what I was looking for and the price/term I was comfortable with. i even got into detail about my trade in. I was assured that everything I wanted was easily doable and the deal could be better since they can offer more on my trade in. Still skeptical I hampered on the fact that I didn't want to go through the whole rigamarole of the salesman going back and forth to the desk seeking approval. I was guaranteed that that would not happen and everything would be ready to go. After spending 2 hours at the dealership I was told that they could not provide the vehicle upon the terms I was told would not be a problem. I'm not upset that the vehicle I had expressed interest with was not available on my terms, or that I was there longer than I wanted (the place was busy) I'm dissatisfied that I was lied to and my time was wasted after being assured it would be well worth my while to come in today. My reason for this review is so that future buyers may beware of the deceptive sales techniques used to get people in the door. I would also hope that ownership will see this review and the others I plan on leaving and change the way they do business to a model where honesty & integrity are put at the forefront. With all that being said, the salesman and sales manager were completely friendly and honest with me throughout my visit. The sales manager was sympathetic to my concern on how I was lied to. Not knowing how far up the chain my sentiments would be echoed, is also why I'm submitting this and many other reviews. Horrible experience. The car was advertised online a specific price. When I asked about the online price, the salesman Frank, just LAUGHED at me (rather rudely, cocky and arrogant). He said that its only the price they quote once you at the dealer that is the actual price, and the online price doesn't matter. Frank sells cars for a living. What an ass. Just drove two hours to this dealership and it was the absolute worst experience. We were lied to about everything. We get there and the car we are purchasing is not there. They tell us it's old and then turn around and say oh wait we can get it back. They tell us one price on the phone and then it was astronomical when we get there. I would never recommend this dealership. I have never had such a horrible experience going to purchase a car. Mike Miles is the guy we dealt with whi made all these arrangements and promises and then we get a different salesperson. Absolutely awful. read more

PLEASE AVOID!! Would give zero. Absolutely awful experience with this dealership. Arranged a sale over the phone in the evening, with the agreement to complete the paperwork and pick up the vehicle the following morning. Salesman called to confirm 1 hour prior to appointment but when we got there we were told that the vehicle had been sold. I only wish I had taken heed to previous reviews as it seems like this is a recurring thing for this dealership. They are are completely unprofessional and untrustworthy and a total waste of your time. Please don't make the mistake I did. read more
