After checking it, they gave me an estimate of over $6,000 for repairs, which was higher than I expected. Since it was a big decision, I told them I needed time to think about it. They said that was fine but then hit me with a $200 diagnostic fee--something they never mentioned upfront. If they had told me from the beginning, I could have made an informed choice, but instead, I was blindsided by the charge. Just a heads-up for anyone considering taking their car here--make sure to ask about hidden fees before agreeing to anything. Transparency matters, and unfortunately, I didn't get that experience here.

WARNING!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!…read more I brought my vehicle their because I had transmission problems, after having my vehicle repaired a year 1/2 ago for the same problem. They told me my transmission needed to be rebuilt, so I paid them again for the second time, in less than 2 yrs. It only took them 1 day to rebuild it, after 2 months of driving my vehicle I notice I was having transmission leaks. I've been back to this shop numerous times for the same problem, and each time they would have my vehicle for at least a week. They claim I have a 12 month warranty on the transmission from the day it was rebuilt, but thats bullshit. All they do is take your money and don't honor their warranty and they don't back up their work. They rip people off, badging the problems, I had to end up taking my car to the dealer, and had to end up paying $3,500 for a new transmission after i already paid them a year before $2,200 for a rebuild. I should have just took my car to the dealer in the first place, and I wouldn't have ever been ripped off by "Chucks Trash-missions".

My 2014 Infinity was serviced by Dealer Holeman Infinity on route 38 West in Maple Shade I thought Holeman serviced my Transmission they did change the fluid in my Transmission ,but Holman did not .Perssion Trans Did one Hell of A Job my 2014 QX60 was brand new Again .My Ifinty Showing for the transmission ,that part is cleared up .I use much less gas & More Responsive on Take off . So when my personal truck starting acting up knew where I wanted to take it. Its a Dodge Ram with Cummins and 48RE transmission. They got me in , fixed it much quicker then I could have imagined, and did it for a very fair price. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a couple different options and recommendations. Excellent communication throughout the whole process, Anna up front is wonderful. Very happy to have my truck back and working great.
