I had worked with Vince and Dave at Auto Body Specialists in years past when I was an adjuster with a major insurance company. Always polite, professional customer service and an excellent repair facility. When my wife's car was damaged in an accident recently, Auto Body Specialists was my go to shop for repair. The polite , professional customer service and quality of repair has not changed. All are still EXCELLENT ! The car is a low mile, one owner 2004 that needed front end repair. After repair the car looks excellent. Paint on front bumper cover matched adjoining sheet metal perfectly which eliminated any need for blending those panels. Shop worked with my insurance company to make sure all was repaired to high customer satisfaction and quality . These are reasons why Auto Body Specialists is the number one rated direct repair shop with my insurance company . They beat the other "big box" repair facilities hands down ! I was in a car accident in November 2019. Auto Body Specialists was one of the repair shops on the recommended list from my insurance company so I had it towed to their shop. Dave and Vince were great to deal with the entire time. As soon as they could, they got me in one of their loaner cars. They kept me informed as the repairs were being evaluated by the insurance company and after the repairs were approved and being completed.
