I've brought my car in every single time my check engine light comes on or there is an issue. I brought it in today with a check engine light. They came right out and plugged their thing in to check what the issue was. The device did its thing and the worker explained what it said. He popped the hood and within a moment saw what the issue was. He re-attached the tube. Cleared the check engine light and it was all good. Didn't charge me anything. There have been other times where they run their check and it's not always a quick fix. But how important is it that I can trust what they say and that I know they're good. They've replaced my alternator, spark plugs and coil on a truck... I can't even list everything because I've been going here for 15+ years. They are extremely communicative, timely, honest, and their prices cannot be beaten. After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. Thank you to Bill, KC, and the entire Immaculate team for such an exceptional experience. You've earned my business for years to come!

The first red flag was that the receipt I was given before payment was an un-itemized, handwritten note. A few weeks later, my car's check engine light came on. When I took it back to Alpine Foreign Repair, they confirmed that they had put over a quart of excess oil in the car. The excess oil had foamed over and was preventing the camshaft from rotating at the right speed, and the oil had dripped on the engine in several places. With all the 5 star reviews this shop has, I expected this to be fixed quickly. Unfortunately, they treated the situation as a huge inconvenience. They were unsure of what exactly was done on the car; the services to my car weren't in the system, and the handwritten receipt didn't provide enough info to understand what oil or how much was put in the car. No responsibility taken, no apology, no info on what had happened, just a quick drain of the oil and told me to have a good day. I asked if this would fix the check engine light being on, and mentioned my concerns with the issues the excess oil had caused. They assured me that the issues I had were completely unrelated to the excess oil, but if the issue did persist, it'd be a $1600 fix. The local dealership had quoted me $600 for a fix in the worst case scenario, so this absurdly large quote didn't make any sense. I realized the shop had no interest in fixing the mistake they made, and took my car to another nearby shop for a second opinion. The other shop flushed the oil and, before they could turn the check engine light off, it turned off on its own. The overfill was absolutely the cause, and I haven't had issues since. I'm shocked that a shop claiming to specialize in European cars messed up something as basic as an Audi oil change. Looking at the age of most of these positive reviews, my guess is that management or technicians have changed recently, and standards have dropped. Mistakes happen, but their complete unwillingness to provide restitution or honest service is disappointing. If you're reading Yelp reviews like I was to try and see if this shop is right for your car, service, and budget, I would advise to stay away. I'd recommend taking your car to any other shop for any type of car service.

Finding good mechanics who work on audi/vw in Utah that don't price gouge is everything. I truly cannot say enough good things about them... down to the fact that my only reason for hesitating on going from Audi to a Porsche was because they don't work on Porsches. I'm still rather bummed about losing these guys as my mechanics. They knew my late father and have always taken good care of our family. If you have an Audi or VW, look no further!
