My 17 yr old daughter brought her well maintained truck up here for an inspection. They failed her and gave her 2 pages of issues with her truck. Even sent her a pic of the "nail in her tire". I had her take it to another shop where she was told she has no issues that would stop her from getting a passing inspection. Are there things we should address yea but nothing major to cause her to break down. The nail in the tire didn't even exist!! It was a picture of someone else's tire or pulled from the internet! How these people sleep at night knowing they are scamming the very people in their community is mind blowing to me.

This makes two times in a row. Walmart is right across the street. Why can't you buy some to have on hand until your supply comes in? That would be really great customer service. My invoice says "windshield wash fluid level checked and OK." Absolutely not true. My last visit I got full synthetic oil, and the employee told me that I would be able to get 5000 miles, which was on the window sticker. This time I also got full synthetic and there was no mention of miles, and the sticker says come back in 3000 miles. This just seems not right. I want to trust this place as it is near my house and convenient. But just not feeling it.

Also I asked if he could bring in one of my tips because the other shop weld it uneven, he said he doesn't know if it would be possible and I quickly responded it's okay because I didn't want to be a nuisance. So I didn't think he did but I checked a few hours later and I don't know if I'm crazy but it looked a lot more even.
