I was escorted to the storage area for my car when I noticed a few issues with my car. I noticed the bumper appeared to be slightly separated from the vehicle. I then proceeded to unlock the door when I noticed the driver seat pulled all the way back. This was not the original position of my seat. I then looked at the door and there were dirty fingerprints and marks on inside of the front driver side of the vehicle. I asked Anthony (the manager) if there was anyone inside of the vehicle. He stated that he doesn't know. I then noticed when I turned on the vehicle that the brake warning light was on. This was the third indication that someone went into the locked vehicle during the towing process. While driving the vehicle, I noticed a huge cold draft coming into the vehicle. I spoke to Anthony to address my concerns. He was rude, aggressive, combative and condescending. After explaining the issue, Anthony proceeded to tell me that I was "hallucinating". He completely disregarded my complaint nothing was resolved. As a single parent of two, having to drive around with this huge cold breeze coming into the car and having my children freeze because of the negligence of your employees is very unsettling. My hopes for this discussion was to handle this amicably and instead was disrespected and my vehicle is damaged. Customer service was disgusting. It's a shame that this place even exist. I have a video which shows the car was clearly propped open causing a dent allowing the car to be filled with a very cold draft. There are scratches on the vehicle as well due to the propping of the vehicle by your employee. I would not recommend at all!!!

The tow truck driver decided to made a stop at the deli before bringing me to my destination. After the tow, I discovered that my headlight had been knocked out of its socket, causing visible damage that was not present before the vehicle was picked up. The charged 175.00 for towing…read more The location they were towing us to was closed and we told the driver before hand that location was closed and to take us to one 2 miles away from that one. He still drove us to the one that was closed and then drove us about 6 miles away to another location that was horrible. He asked us for more money for the extra drive, we requested a receipt he asked for more money for a receipt. We said no and drove away. This was a horrible experience and if I had my kids with me this would've been a nightmare. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
