***PLEASE ANYONE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW.*** This company is literally the most dishonest and lying people I've ever worked with. I was sold a $7,000 BMW that within the first few weeks was inoperable because it was overheating. The car was parked for many months as I fought with them over this and I didn't make any payment to them because the car was in the shop by the most reputable European mechanic in Spokane, and I had known that paying them a cent would be a loss to me. The quote was over $7,000 to fix the vehicle, he stated that it was one of the worst cars that he had seen come through and that the amount of problems was insane. He stated that they cleared off all of the codes prior to the sale of the vehicle. They ended up repoing the vehicle from the mechanic while it was on their lot. They then told me that it was being sent to collections and that they sold a late 2000 BMW that was beautiful on the outside and inside at auction for $350, I'm sure they just have someone that they sell these to and they agree to put in a low amount like this and sign an invoice to make it legitimate. I then was just served this morning with paperwork to be sued for the $7,000 vehicle loan. Please God people I know that if you're having credit issues, you need a vehicle. Go anywhere else other than these people. When I went in to talk to the manager about all of these issues they first agreed to help and then when they got together outside of our meeting decided not to help and then started to call me names and their 2 store managers told me I should learn how to pay my bills in the lobby of their business and cursed at me. They have legitimately stolen $7000 from a young family with no problem in doing so and now have sued over it. Even Phoenix Financial stated how awful this was and told me to try and sell the car to someone else. The amount of professionalism was disgusting and they will sleep soundly at night by ruining people's lives. We are still carless because of the deposit we put towards the vehicle and have a 3 year old autistic child that goes to therapy 40 hours a week. Thanks a lot Auto Credit Sales and Phoenix Financial. I will not rest until this story is heard by every news outlet locally, every review site and every social media. This people are absolutely crooks. Please Spokane stay away... I wrote this many months ago and actually withheld it because I thought MAYBE they would do the right thing but it gets even worse. They ended up suing my wife and I for $8126. And of course, they won in court because of the signed as is document. And we barely make ends meet each month and they now are GARNISHING MY WAGES. 20% of my pay goes to these crooks and now it threatens my daughters therapy. But like many other dealerships I've talked to said they would've worked with us and got us into a different car, more expensive to help with the loss but still would've helped. These people have literally ruined our lives when all we wanted was a running vehicle. The feeling is the grossest feeling I have ever felt in our life, literally feel like a scam that they were so glad to pawn off a poor purchase of theirs onto a young family. Please everyone go to anyone else, don't listen to the stories they tell you about the vehicles they are all lies. Another thing to add, the BMW they sold to us could not open the door without using the key. When they sold it to us they signed a document stating they would fix it in 30 days. I literally made 3 trips to their "service department" (aka just guys that clear codes and make thing sound and look good for a walk around and 30 min test drive). All they had to do was replace the locking mechanism. 3 different trips, 3 different days taken off work and an Uber ride home each time and back to get the vehicle and they kept the vehicle nearly all day. They literally can not even change a door lock, it was never fixed before they repo'd it. So all in all don't trust the salesman, they will lie to you about the vehicle, how they got it and it's true mechanical state. If there is something wrong and they offer Cody and his team to fix it, do not trust them. If they can not change a door lock would you trust them with a serious mechanical issue? And go ahead and post your canned responses here Scott. You were the one who screamed and cussed me out on your "showroom" floor and in front of people said "learn how to pay your bills and you wouldn't have to come to us". Me and my boyfriend went here looking at one of their nicer cars we had seen sitting there for quite awhile. Igor took us for a test drive. Seemed like a cool guy. He pointed at all the other car dealerships along the way talking about how terrible they are and they'll scam you and they're "monkey" places. We drove around for quite awhile. He also bought us lunch which was real nice. We really liked the car so we applied for it and we were told we needed $1250 down. We had almost enough for it. Igor insisted that we go to the Moneytree down the road to get a couple loans to make up for what we were missing. We really liked the car so we did. At the loan place if you refer someone you get $25, and since me and my boyfriend both got a loan, Igor got $25 for referring me and I got $25 for "referring" my bf (this is relevant later). He also took it upon himself to give us a couple coats and a few groceries because we mentioned we were new here and trying to get on our feet. So we got the loans and drove the car back to the dealership. So excited. We went in to finish paper work and all of a sudden he wants $2500 down. Obviously we don't have that. He told us $1250, and took us to get loans so that we would have that. Now suddenly he wants $1700 more?? We still wanted the car so we came back the next day with a possible trade in. He had seen it the day before and really liked it but we didn't want to trade it in at the time. He says no on the trade in and tried to get us to give him the $2500 we don't have. Starts getting hostile when we explain that he told us $1250 and that we went and got loans specifically because he told us that was what we needed to walk away with the car. After a bit of bickering we just walked out and went home. He kept texting my boyfriend being rude about it after we left. He tried to guilt trip us, saying he bought us food and brought us coats and groceries ON HIS OWN ACCORD. We did not ask for these things. We didn't even know he was going to do that. He also says we "stole money" from him. He was referring to the $25 at Moneytree. He assumed he was entitled to not only his $25 (that he got) but also the $25 that I got for "referring" my boyfriend. He continued to text my boyfriend until he got a new number. 6 months in, they won't honor their word. When I bought my vehicle from them, I have it written down from one of their sales staff that I wanted a warrenty with the vehicle. It was important to me to get it with the price tag on the car. Apparently, they slipped in the stacks of paperwork I signed that I waived said warrenty, regardless of what I have written down with their staff when i was hashing out the price of the vehicle. We made an appointment to look at a truck that was advertised, I drove an hour and a half to get to the lot, we waited for Igor for 30 minutes before we casually walked up to us and asked what we were waiting for, and we told him we had an appointment with Igor to look at a truck. He said I am Igor(this man had been waking around us the entire time we were standing in the building waiting for our appointment with him), he told us that the truck had been moved to another lot and was sold, but that he had other trucks for sale. This man had sent me a message the morning of our appointment to let us know we had an appointment for drive the truck, knowing full well there was no such truck. Unfortunately, I have to provide one star just to explain my experience with this business. I went in with my girlfriend to buy what was my first car purchased from a lot (living most my adult life back east I never needed one). For a car originally priced at $4,995 (2009 ford focus) my total with interest and fees ($+/-1,000 I never agreed to) came to just under $10,000. obviously much of this is my fault for being taken in by such degenerate scum bags, but it's a mistake I'll never make again. This place makes its money from giving outrageous loans and fees to customers with for whatever reason are struggling with their credit only to repo at the soonest opportunity and sell it to the next victim. I'd give 0 stars if possible!!! I've put in over $9000 on a car they said they had checked out and obviously didn't! They AC didn't work, headlight didn't work, they said they changed the oil but nope. They took it back to detail and that's a huge joke if they considered that a detail they need to hire new guys. When I called to schedule on the promise of them fixing the headlight all I got was the run around. I live 2 hours away, I couldn't conveniently leave the car there for multiple days. They were rude when I'd call I finally gave up on them fixing things and took car into a repair shop hoping the so called warranty they sold me would cover NOPE! Check engine lights on! First fix on AC cost $700, it's currently in the shop with a leak in AC hose, seeping power steering hose, filthy air filter, front and back breaks need replaced, and low oil! I went here thinking they would work with me because I had filed for a bankruptcy last year. I had no money down but was told by a few people they got in a car with no money down. I was not there long just long enough that the sales man tried to get me to look at a 2004 SUV that center console was torn up and stains all over the front seats. I came in on 7/15/2018 to see if I could trade in my vehicle for something newer and more reliable. We got there and were greeted by a younger gentleman named Adrian. Very kind and very polite. He asked about what I was looking for and what my price range would be. I told him i dont have the best credit but we'd try to give it a shot. After doing the paperwork and them being able to work with me I got approved! He took us outside to go look at what they had. He was funny and very friendly, took his time in explaining everything and was patient with me while i looked at almost everything there. When I decided on a vehicle, we went back inside and finished up the paperwork with him and another awesome employee named Kyle and by the end of our visit I was happy and driving home in my new Chevy. When i took my chevy for a test drive my driver side blinker was working, when i brought it home it had stopped. i thought maybe it was a fuse relay or the blinker stick itself. Well, I went back in the next day because I had left some belongings in the rig I used as a trade in, and i had asked if they knew why it stopped and if they could tell me what id have to do to fix it.. Kyle took me to their shop and made an appointment to bring it back and fix it for me FOR FREE!!! Y'all, I didn't even purchase the warranty!! :D So I brought my rig down. The mechanic Cody is (excuse my language) fuckin awesome! Just a straight forward guy! Hes funny and friendly and let me just chill in the shop while he worked on my rig! He was very helpful and informative. Would let me know what was going, always kept me in the loop, and didnt waste any time!! oh and lets not forget to mention that Kyle called me and asked if i could come back in because they got me an even lower interest rate and car payment!!!! "Buyer beware!" My daughter bought a car therefor $5100. She earns $10/hour and could not afford the service warranty. She drove it 70 miles when the head gasket blew, and has been tole it cannot be replaced in this model car, and needs a new engine (which, she also cannot afford.) We have been told that we bought it as it, and that's just the way it goes. The assistant manager told us, "Buyer beware!" They did offer to allow her to turn the car back in for $1000 credit toward another car, which would mean that she would lose $4100 and driving it 70 miles. She now has no money nor a car that runs. I realize that she should have bought the warranty, but driving 70 miles and needing a new engine does not seem right. I would expect a reputable business to do more. Ouch! read more

So made an appointment with Kyle. Was under the impression that the vehicle I was interested in...in Post Falls would be brought to the location so I could check it out. Instead I get a ride from Dan (of whom did nothing but complain about his job more so about Kyle) to Post Falls where I ended up driving the rig myself back to Ruby St. Location. Than the numbers game. Knowing I don't have great credit......The offer was....Vehicle priced at 4,999.....for the sale....reduced to 3,999. Now if I put $100 down today....and $500 down in 2 weeks. The price of the vehicle would be 3,499.00. The offer I got was at a 73% interest. Payments of 281.00 for 2 years....equals....double the price of the car. In fact it would be the 3,499 for the rig....plus 3,845.00 in interest. The interest is 346.00 more than the cost of the rig. I don't mind working a deal but I'm not about being bent over a table. By the way Kyle couldn't seem to make it out of his office once to introduce himself. Let alone shake my hand. Thanks, but no thanks! Taxes are right around the corner I'll buy something outright instead. Forget that!!! Between the customer service and outrageous interest I'd love to rate ya lower than 1 star. Liked a vehicle on the lot. Tony Becker gave us a price on it. We took it on 2 separate test drives over several days. Talked to Tony both times. When we went to purchase it, we were sitting at the table and when Tony brings the paperwork to us, the price listed was over $300.00 more than the price he had told us. I questioned it and he tells me 'Oh yeah, there was some work on it I hadn't added on.' A stereotypical slimy used car salesman. Would not recommend this lot. I have called multiple times to make an appointment and they said the mechanic was not in and would call me back never got a call back so I went in and was told he was to busy and could do it if I called and made an appointment.... it has been 4 months and still can not get in it also took a month and a half to get my plates for my care because the lady forgot to turn them in. never never will go to them again.
