Super responsive and was easily the cheapest/best rate in town. After getting two flats, front and back, on my passenger side while attempting to leave Santa Cruz we ended up stranded for the night. I called the next morning after we woke up from our unexpected hotel stay to inquire about the price to tow my VW Jetta 1.3 miles away to the Big O Tires on Soquel. He gave me a price for cash or card ($85 or $95) but also texted me the number of a few other places that he thought might be cheaper or quicker. After calling and getting a quote from one of the other companies he suggested, which came back at $220 , I immediately called him back and just asked to book him. He called to ask if we were ready about 30-40 mins later, arrived on time with his expected ETA and we had my car at the tire shop by 1pm! They were very friendly and safely loading my car on the truck even with the added challenge of a sloped driveway.
