Jay was able to come to my work and get this nasty pinecone dent I've had on the hood of my car that's been bugging the crap out of me every time I look at it for the last 3-4 years. Wow! After getting a very nasty ding in my new MINI Cooper while parked in a Ventura public parking lot, I was p!$$3d and upset.
