Not happy. I came in just for an estimate on some rust body work on my window lines for my 1968 Chevy... next thing I know this guy 'David' is pulling off my chrome moldings on my back window!! An then he's like oh my bad I guess I was a little aggressive, go take it to best auto glass he will fix it for you and just walks away. Like wtf !? Who does that. Who pulls new chrome moldings off someone's vintage 68 and then says oh go to this guy he'll fix it!? Unprofessional to the max! Also quoted me $1200 for a week long job for literally 1-2 days worth of work @ $300-400 max. 3x more than anyone else I came across. That being said I do not recommend getting "estimates" here unless you want your car abused! read more

Dino's is a great body shop! I'd used their services when my parked car was hit a number of years ago. Thankfully, a note was left on my windshield! The other party and I decided to repair out-of-pocket rather than deal with insurance. I'd gotten four quotes from local body shops and Dino's stood out. Not only was their pricing the most reasonable of the competition, but the service and overall execution were superior. I was assisted by Dino himself and found him to be personable and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to provide a quote on the spot and inspected the damage on a more detailed level than the others. While my car was in the shop, I was provided with regular updates. There were no hidden costs (which usually ends up being the norm once the vehicle is already in the shop's possession). My car was returned better than new - it was washed and I couldn't even tell that it had ever been hit! Awesome shop! I had to get a front bumper cover fixed or replaced on a 2014 Toyota Camry. David, who is the Manager, gave me the advice and made the estimate. He strongly recommended replacing the bumper cover due to the damage, and he insisted on an OEM bumper due to the quality of the fit and the integrity of the material versus an aftermarket bumper. There are two factors that made me choose Dino's. It turned out the proposal from David using an OEM bumper was a few dollars less than two other serious proposals I had which were using aftermarket bumpers. The second factor was an added value due to the time David explained to me the options including how they would handle my service. This part was very important to me. They would paint the new bumper before I had to bring the car in, and he estimated one to two hours for doing the work to put the new bumper on the car. Thus we agreed on a time, I brought the car in, and it took an hour there to do the work while I waited. So the whole repair took one hour of my time! To me it is so helpful to have a mature Manager that knows his business aid me and minimize my hassle. The work done by Dino's looked very good. My car had low mileage, and I like to keep it in good shape. It is just for my own satisfaction. So my experience here validates my five star review, and I would recommend Dino's Body Shop. read more

Took my truck here 2 times, once for unknown suspension problems (which turned out to simply be the mud guards...), and the second to have a front end replacement installed. They didn't do much of anything the first time, but the second they did manage to get the replacement on... without installing the lights. I'm not sure why they had so much trouble with that, but when i got it back only one light was in, and i had a blown speaker. I'm not necessarily blaming them for this, but it most definitely wasn't that way when i left it with them. anyways, they guys that i spoke with were actually extremely friendly and made the overall experience salvageable. they didn't do terribly, but I'm sure there's someone out there more tailored to my needs... read more

I purchased my car - 2095 Camry LE, second hand with paint scratches, dents and paint missing from both bumpers last year. But now the paint on the roof and trunk was pealing quite badly and rust was being to show. Dino's was recommended for fair pricing. Since I am on a fixed income I took the car for an estimate on just the hood, roof and the trunk and back bumper-- all the worst areas. The quote was fair and I was going to proceed but then asked about the whole car. The price for the sides (it's a 4 door) and front bumper would be an additional charge of 1/2 the original cost. A very fair price. (I left my car on Wednesday and picked it up on the following Tues- they don't work on weekends). I picked it up today and could not contain my joy! It looks brand new. They FIXED EVERYTHING ALL the dents. My only regret is I don't have before pictures. But the pictures included show the beautiful job they did. They also replace all the logos on the trunk. If you are contemplating body works and or paint job, contact Dino's. You will not be disappointed. They care about a "job well done" and they have an amazing crew. When my bumper needed replacing, several friends recommended this place. They did a better job, faster and for less money than I expected, and they were really nice on top of it. I think I stopped by for a quote on a Thursday and dropped off my car Tuesday morning. By lunch on Tuesday, I had a flawless new bumper. The person I worked with, David, was super helpful and did exactly what he said he would at all times. A note: The shop is on a Goleta backstreet you've almost certainly never seen in your life. I came here today because both of my side view mirrors on my car were rattling from being hit, they looked like they were going to fall off at any second. To replace the mirrors would have been 400 each. I was sweating bullets during the estimate. Dino had his tech take the car in the back to check it out. They easily could have ripped me off because I've had to replace a mirror before and I knew the cost and that my model of car has very delicate side view mirrors...instead they told me they had just come off the tracks and put them back on free of charge! I am a car guy. I own a rare sports car that I bought new in 1973 (41 years!). As you can guess, I don't trust it to just any body shop.
