I hadn't had a detail in a decade and it was just filthy inside and out. It's a NEW car, minus the dent I need to have vacuumed or sucked out and the driver's seat. Saab leather cracks sooner than other brands. My Nissan Pathfinder LE (1998) lasted much longer. I took a video but will get pictures later and upload to phone. I cannot believe the ceiling. Like no one ever smoked! It's shiny, shiny, shiny. They did the interior and exterior, plus engine. Elite detailing isn't cheap but if , like me, you paid cash for your used car and have no payments, who cares? It's like a couple months car payment or so. Do yourself a favor and call for a quote. The website has no prices but they also do ceramic coating, with several tiers of packages. You can do a mini-detail or just regular car wash but if you leave the car with them for a day, they will give you a NEW CAR back at the day's end. I'm still on Cloud 9. Floating! Every time I see my baby, I smile! PS. THE SB INDEPENDENT BEST OF LIST IS HORRIBLE. The best acupuncturist, not just in SB but California, is Anthony Kar. He's probably the best in America. After showing a video clearly showing it wasn't ceramic coated. Finally agreed to fix it. After that I got a new part added and wanted it coated and paint corrected as well. I paid $300 for that part and the original missing panels to my surprise issues weren't done as promised. After going back the 3rd time. I dropped it off for the whole day then didn't touch the car at all. Wasted my time. 4th time same thing. Finally after the 5th visit it finally gets done after being pushed off for days up to two weeks. If you care about your car and wanted to get the service and respect you deserve. DO NOT GO HERE. Rene diagnosed that the front window gasket was leaking. Unfortunately, it had rusted the front of roof so badly it needed to be rebuilt. Aiiieee ya! With that curvature in two directions and the lip for glass it should have been impossible. Not for Rene's team! Their prices are quite reasonable. Rene and his team are fast and darned good. Get a quote then do your auto body job at A Quality Auto Body on Daley. You'll be very happy with the results.

I took it to another reputable body shop, who immediately pointed out that the bumper was not prepped properly. The surface hadn't been sanded or treated with adhesion promoter before painting. When I brought this up to Mathew, he refused to take responsibility and wouldn't stand behind his work. Any professional shop knows that proper prep is the most basic step in refinishing a replacement bumper, so this was disappointing to hear. Now I'm left with a bumper that needs to be completely redone, at my expense, because of poor workmanship and a lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere if you want the job done correctly and backed by a shop that honors its work.

On day 1 I was greeted by Gabriel, and he was very nice and knowledgeable on what they do. And immediately took me out to inspect my truck, and then we went to get me an estimate. I thought the prices were very reasonable, and that made me happy. I wasn't expecting to drop off the car that day, but Gabriel said they could reach out to the Rental car agency. Unfortunately, Enterprise only had one vehicle and it was out of the price range that insurance would cover, so I said I would have to look somewhere else. That's when Louie reached out to Enterprise, and was able to get me the vehicle for the amount that the insurance covered. I was very impressed!! I was told that it would take about a week for me to get my car back, but actually it only took about five days. So I was happy to get my truck back before the holiday weekend. I was called on 7/1 and was informed that my truck would be ready in a few hours and that it was being washed. When I arrived, my car was in pristine condition, Jesus and his team did a wonderful job. I felt like a VIP client. And I'm sure everyone that's taken their vehicle there, feels the same way. Chris at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful, and Felipe was communicative and kind with getting me settled with dropping off my car. I received text updates and appreciated the communication. There was a revision to the estimate after I had already dropped off the car, so I called to inquire (the other driver's insurance was covering everything but I was still curious). Felipe explained that they needed to fully replace the two doors after all and that was the change. There was a slight hiccup in communication later on, where (on the day I was told my car would be ready - a Thursday) they let me know that afternoon that I would need to wait until Monday to get my car - an issue had popped up and they needed more time. Totally fine - my rental car was covered and I told them there was no rush! That next morning, on Friday, I got a call from Felipe saying it would be ready that afternoon. I was thrilled! He explained that there was an issue with the side-view mirror, where they thought they needed to get a new mirror from the dealership because the original had been accidentally tossed. Felipe himself dumpster-dived and found my mirror!! He went above and beyond to get my car to me before the weekend! Both he and Chris made this process easy and smooth, and my car looks amazing!!
