Asked about schedule issues and if they can confidently do this job. Then was replied with: "no no scheduled issues sir , the car is in line with the space of it still being occupied by the car itself it was just one of those days unfortunetly and we couldnt start on it today , the work time is still the same im just backed up by 1 day sir , i apologize for this inconvinience and since we dont open sundays , the best bet will be to finish it by monday" Told specifically not to start it or drive it due to timing being off and creating additional damage. But that was disregarded and started any way. Highly unprofessional place and strongly don't recommend bringing your car here if you love or care for your car. I have been lied to and disrespected. I parked by the garage door and my husband went in to see if they could do the job right away. Another car was inside being worked on. Luckily, one of the guys, Kevin, had time to switch out my wiper blades and fill up my washer fluid. He came out in the cold weather, took care of the job super quick-15 minutes from start to done! Kevin had me try them out to be sure everything was okay. I cleaned my windshield before we drove away, and it looked great! It's such a simple thing but it made a big difference. I very much appreciate that kind of efficient and friendly service.
